21/07/2026: We ordered the set menu, for which we received a hastily cobbled-together salad as a starter. The main course consisted of tasteless fish and reheated leftovers. The vegetables were colorless and bland. For dessert, we simply ordered ice cream because we thought nothing could go wrong with that. In the end, it was fine. All in all, we do not understand how this place has a score of 4.4 and how we let ourselves be taken for a ride.

22/06/2026: We chose this restaurant to celebrate our son's christening on Sunday, with about twenty guests, and everything was perfect! The team listened to all our requests and demonstrated great professionalism. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. As for the service, it was impeccable: attentive, warm, and of very high quality. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!

The welcome is impeccable: a warm, smiling, and genuinely kind team, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, it's flawless. The dishes are flavorful, beautifully presented, and prepared with great care. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the effort behind each plate. Perfect for both a special occasion and a simple moment of pleasure, especially with prices that remain very reasonable for the level of quality offered. 05/05/2026: A pleasant overnight stay at the Auberge de la Rose. The owners are a welcoming couple who offered helpful advice. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the generous breakfast buffet before heading out for a walk! I highly recommend it!

04/05/2026: Reservation for a group of 28 motorcyclists for a meal on the evening of May 2nd. The contact for the reservation was pleasant. The meal was very good, with unbeatable value for money. The service was friendly, even accommodating a last-minute change for a member's dish, even though the menu had been set a week prior.

17/01/2026: Excellent place for the cheese and egg shop, etc., AND for the restaurant where the meats are delicious with a very wide selection available: for example, the hanger steak is a cut not offered everywhere. The salads and side dishes are also very good. The raclettes and fondues that were being passed around looked very tempting; I'll have to try them next time. The icing on the cake is the very friendly and professional staff.

09/06/2026: The food was delicious, the view was beautiful, prices very reasonable, and the service was… profoundly bad. We were seated around the same time as two other guests, and watched the other guests (seated right next to us) receive their menus and have their order taken, while we just sat there. Right next to them. The waiter genuinely seemed annoyed at our presence the entire meal, especially when after our dinner we ordered dessert and digestif. It was just a bummer to feel so unwelcome, with food, price and atmosphere really on point at La Cave.
