10/12/2024: Typical mountain restaurant, very warm and pleasant An authentic raclette with very good cheese, however the quantity of cold meats and salad for three people is far too low for the price (70€)

21/11/2024: As part of the Mont Blanc Rally, we have partially privatized the restaurant for a reception linked to an automobile brand. We met lovely people, with whom the collaboration was fluid and efficient. A beautiful address!

17/12/2024: While passing through the area this afternoon, I stopped at this small brasserie on the square. The service is impeccable, the waitresses are very kind and smiling. The place is quite pretty under a beautiful stone arch from the period. I had the dish of the day, the excellent beef and the very delicious sweet potato puree. Very good value for money I will come back

14/12/2024: Originally I never write reviews on the internet but I was very disappointed with Bauhinia. We came for dinner on Tuesday in October with an invitation, poor service, never seen that in a hotel which nevertheless has 5 stars. A waiter who was not at all pleasant, our invitation included “food & wine pairings” after asking three times to check, he informed us that this was not included after showing him the photo of the invitation (which we had previously taken a photo before submitting to them in case of a problem) he gave us only one glass of red wine during the entire service (this is not what I call food and wine pairings) There is really a problem of service and communication in this restaurant. The veal chop replaced by a beef chop (without being asked for cooking) was supposed to be accompanied by mushrooms but there were none, A scoop of lemon sorbet presented with two empty cups next to it. And at the end he brings us the bill when everything has been settled. The service in a restaurant is not to be neglected, having also worked in gourmet restaurants (due to my invitation) I directly understood the problem. The fact of having come as a guest made me feel like I was treated in a different way during this service and I have bad memories of it.

30/12/2024: How is this place still open?? The boss thinks he's an escobar And the bouncers are a real militia!! I was taken out of the restaurant with my partner after thinking about my meat which was just a little overcooked!! A lot of means used and violence on the part of the bouncers to get us out of the restaurant One even hit me in the face when I said I would complain!!! I more than recommend this place and greatly hope for its closure or another xynthia storm to make them pay for customer dissatisfaction To flee

19/11/2024: Very good pastries, I recently tried their quiche which was very tasty. It's a family that runs the restaurant and they all exude kindness. They are so adorable and kind. I've been working nearby for years and come by to pick up things from time to time. Their kindness and kindness mark me every time.

24/09/2024: Exceptional pizzas..incredible fresh produce. Rostello ham among others. The pizzas are large and very well garnished. Sometimes even served by the pizza maker himself. For me, the best.
