09/01/2026: We came on a Sunday at lunchtime, and it was really pleasant and enjoyable. The servers were super friendly, and we were served incredibly quickly. The tapas are inexpensive and high quality! The wine is excellent too. Special mention for the cookie for dessert 🤤 We'll definitely be back 👍🏼

22/11/2025: Incredibly rude service this lunchtime. We arrived as a couple with a baby at 11:45 am. We barely opened the door when the manager told us, "You have a reservation." Since we didn't have a reservation, it wasn't possible to eat there. So what about people just passing through? Pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago, traveling salespeople, families, tourists... Especially considering it was 1 degree Celsius outside this morning and we had just finished a long hike. This manager showed absolutely no compassion. Therefore, a negative review for her hospitality. I hope this message will be helpful to you all.

24/10/2025: I had already had the opportunity to try this place some time ago, on a weekend. If I had really enjoyed it the first time, this second experience during the week was less conclusive. We had opted for the daily menu at €20: starter, main course, cheese or dessert, with two choices for each. It is quite correct for a daily menu during the week. Unfortunately the dishes were not very convincing: the starter was very good, certainly, but too rich in sauce. Then the fish gave off water when I cut it and the vegetables (steamed or boiled?) really lacked flavor and also gave off water. Finally the dessert, even if it was nicely presented and had a very tempting name, did not live up to its promises since the piece of chestnut cake, rather compact, resembled a cake that I could have made at home and it was swimming in a large quantity of chocolate sauce. The whole thing was somewhat difficult to digest. Too bad.

04/11/2024: Fidèle cliente depuis 16 ans à ce restaurant (nombreux avis élogieux déposés),cela fait 2 fois de suite que nous sommes déçus ...la dernière fois je ne l'ai pas signalé mais là je m'exprime... Déçue par l'accueil de la serveuse qui lorsque je lui ai demandé quels cocktails comme mojito,spritz il était possible d'avoir,elle m'a montré du doigt la petite carte posée sur un support sur la table,sans un mot...Sur cette carte,il n'y a que 3 cocktails et j'ai déjà bu un Spritz ici qui n'apparait nulle part... J'ai donc pris une sangria curacao, très banale... Heureusement,nous nous sommes régalés avec l'incontournable caquelon... Ensuite,nous avions commandé 2 pavés Rossini bleus et 1 sauce béarnaise saignant...Les 2 pavés bleus sont arrivés entre à point et saignant...et celui commandé saignant est arrivé bleu...Ma fille a renvoyé son pavé pour avoir un vrai bleu,celui rapporté était encore + cuit que le 1er...Le dessert était parfait... Je comprends mieux cette descente progressive dans le classement...entre les prix qui augmentent , les accompagnements qui disparaissent,les cuissons non respectées...Nous venons exprès d'Alençon (+ de 100 km aller/retour+ péage) mais là nous ne reviendrons plus exprès...nous tenterons peut être si nous allons au Mans mais ce n'est pas sur... dommage après tant d'années à nous régaler...

19/09/2025: While passing through the area, we went there for lunch. The reception was friendly over the phone and on-site, and we were given a table next to the pool. Very pleasant outside space with enough space for our baby's stroller. A booster seat was provided for our 2-year-old. The food was a real treat. All for a more than reasonable price considering the quality of the food and the location.

14/01/2026: A truly amazing discovery! We travel extensively, and it's such a pleasant surprise to find a lovely tea shop where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a delicious cup of tea. The tea is served in a large teapot, creating the feeling of a family tea party. The water and tea are both excellent. 😊👍🏼 I also want to mention the delicious ice cream; they have wonderfully creamy flavors and a sorbet-like red fruit ice cream. There's also a good selection of tea sets and cups, and even a milk jug. The atmosphere is welcoming for both visitors and tea lovers. As we understand it, it's a family-run café. The women were incredibly kind and attentive; we didn't have to wait and were served promptly. We also tried some salmon sandwiches. I highly recommend visiting and trying everything. Enjoy your meal to all visitors of this charming place! Thank you so much for your hard work and hospitality.

06/02/2026: We wanted to order at the bar, but were told that orders were taken at the table. No one came to see us. We went back, they took our order, but nothing arrived. A waiter finally came, we explained the situation, he said he would check with his colleagues, but still nothing. After 40 minutes, a waitress came to ask us to leave because it was no longer time to order drinks, telling us we should have spoken up. No apology, no smile.

06/02/2026: Fantastic mountain restaurant in La Rosière! The service is impeccable, the food delicious, and the owner, Sandrine, is lovely and very attentive to her customers. For hikers, it's possible to walk there if you're up for a bit of a climb. We've been going every year for several years and are always delighted.

30/12/2025: I am very disappointed regarding the origin of the products I purchased. Two days ago, while passing through Figeac, we bought, among other things, goose rillettes. Not having my glasses to read the origin of the meat, I asked the shop owner if it was French, and he confirmed it was. Once home, I checked, and unfortunately, the meat is from the EU. I would never have bought it if I had known. This is dishonest.

31/01/2026: A true delight from start to finish: gourmet, flavorful, and perfectly executed cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The service was impeccable. We have absolutely no complaints, except that we will be back soon!

30/10/2025: I ordered a duck breast, and to my surprise, I barely received a third of one; it didn't even weigh 100 grams. The service was haphazard: people who arrived after me were served before me. I had to wait over 35 minutes...

28/10/2025: We went there on market day, and the owner found us a seat right away. We ordered the daily special and dessert, and we had a blast... Fast service despite the crowds.
