20/09/2026: We came for my partner's birthday, a group of 15, with a reservation made two weeks in advance for 8 pm. Admittedly, we arrived about 20 minutes late, but upon arrival, nothing had been set up for our group. The waitress thankfully offered to let us arrange the tables and chairs ourselves as we wished… which is quite surprising for a reservation of 15 people. Unfortunately, things didn't improve from there. The service was very disappointing: no beer because they supposedly didn't have a tap, which is quite absurd for a restaurant; several dishes were unavailable (including the short rib); and the portions of the various options offered were very small, even though the restaurant was practically empty that evening. Some of the dishes were dry and cold, and the cocktails were frankly disappointing. The bartending definitely needs improvement. Regarding dessert, we were promised Nutella-filled brioche rolls… but they were so hard it was impossible to cut them properly with a spoon. The only gesture of goodwill was that the birthday person's dessert was offered to us free of charge, which we appreciated. But overall, for a reservation for 15 people made in advance for a birthday celebration, we really expected something different. If you're coming in a group, avoid this place.

20/06/2026: We had reserved a table for 25 people at 9 pm several weeks in advance, with pre-selected menus. When we arrived at 8:50 pm, the owner told us the table wasn't ready. Apparently, our table had been given to other people beforehand, and he hadn't managed the time. Furthermore, he hadn't communicated with his servers, so they didn't know there was another table to prepare. Consequently, the owner suggested we have two separate tables, a solution we refused as it wasn't what we had requested. Dear Mr. Owner of Bistroz, when you can't manage service time, take reservations into account, but you know how to openly disregard your customers, you should consider a different career path. A big thank you to his team, who demonstrated professionalism and responsiveness in setting up tables for us despite everything.

03/10/2026: A very strange course, impossible to understand the first time. One wonders if this course was designed with the help of an architect, given the sheer number of absurdities, such as greens that are completely sloping: there's no mention of an architect in the descriptions. Apart from the fairways, it's all rocks and more rocks, making it impossible to find a stray ball.

21/09/2026: The food is good, and the Thai shrimp soup was enjoyable, but I'm unfortunately disappointed by the value for money. I paid €23 for a 400ml Thai shrimp soup, four spring rolls, and a container of fried rice. For that price, I expected much more generous portions, especially for the soup. So it's not the quality I'm questioning, but rather the value for money. It's a shame because the flavors are there, but at €23 for everything, I find the portions insufficient. The portions (except for the rice) used to be much more generous.
