01/06/2025: It was regulars at this brasserie who introduced me to "Le Bleu," and I'm delighted! And for good reason: a simple and friendly welcome (even though we arrived without a reservation! and right in the middle of lunch service!) immediately won us over... We were able to choose to be seated on the outdoor terrace, which was very pleasantly shaded on this sunny day (May 31, 2025), forcing the staff to set up an additional table and chairs, without any hesitation despite the busy service... Then it was a most harmonious lunch: excellent food (unanimously agreed by our small group!), service always attentive and well-paced, with no excessive wait between courses, all for a more than competitive price... In short, a place to remember! I'll definitely be back!

28/10/2025: A very pleasant experience. The service was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the food – authentic, inn-style cuisine in a setting typical of medieval heritage. In short, I highly recommend it.

08/12/2025: Very disappointed by this restaurant. The seafood sauerkraut...filled with crème fraîche: yuck...I've never seen anything like it!! Seafood sauerkraut is simply cooked in white wine (at least they could mention that). The mussels were bad, the cod was frozen, the salmon was undercooked...and then there was the dessert. A chocolate Liégeois with a scoop of vanilla ice cream inside...again, I've never seen that, and I don't like vanilla. A chocolate Liégeois is all chocolate, which wasn't mentioned either. The waitress was unpleasant. They send you the bill even though you haven't asked for it yet, which is unacceptable. In short...avoid at all costs.

18/01/2026: Passing through Paris for a few days, we found this restaurant. The food wasn't bad and quite generous. The only downsides: the meat wasn't cooked to order, unfortunately, and the beetroot was overcooked 🤣 (be warned, it was meant to be very crunchy!). Apart from that, it was quite good. The service was friendly. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, mainly due to other customers, but very tolerable.

14/01/2026: The room is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The lobby has an impressive design, and the breakfast offers a fairly good variety. There are not many facilities nearby, and the area is quite quiet
