03/09/2024: The rooms. First choose carefully. If you want a view with a balcony ask for one that faces to the back not one facing the front car park. Book many months in advance as the hotel is very popular and fully booked in August! It is one of the nicest in the area. We had room 6 (as a post booking requested upgrade from a window only room if a balcony room became available). The view was over the front and car park. When sitting on the balcony it was ok with 50% scenery the rest the dining room roof.

29/08/2024: Adorable and welcoming staff, in a truly sublime, natural and soothing setting. A very gourmet restaurant and quality cuisine. The rooms are simple, pleasant and clean, well soundproofed and with a nice view (depending on the room I imagine).

03/12/2024: The dishes are quite disappointing. The salmon gravlax is not one and the quality of the dishes offered is irregular. The dark chocolate volcano is just a basic (but good) fondant covered with a fairly poor quality whipped cream. It's a shame for such a beautiful location facing the Fontaine de Mars.

03/12/2024: I was going to give a good rating until the end at the time of collection where the waiter looks at us askance and when we ask him for the rating he answers TWELVE we are dogs not even a goodbye not even a smile honestly not wow this server and in addition two hot chocolate 12€ that's what the price should be reviewed

27/08/2024: Super restaurant with a pleasant menu, Small desserts offered, I recommend this simple restaurant The new French car and supports, Taken between two and a little expensive if you Take the supplements but the quality Worth the detour, Enter brown sea bass with shrimp, Casselette of excellent leg of fine lamb. I highly recommend this restaurant

21/09/2024: A brilliant welcome worthy of Robert Surcouf himself. The boss also has a real Corsair's face and knows how to serve you a good Américano with slices of sausage (which would have been to Jacques Chirac's taste). As for the fish (a Sea Bream caught this morning in Locmariaquer and cooked in the oven), it was a real marvel of freshness and flavor, especially with this Mango white butter and roasted vegetables. When you leave the table, you can't pretend to still be hungry. Absolutely worth discovering!

04/09/2024: Avant sa revente, cet établissement était un endroit chaleureux et convivial, où les personnes véganes pouvaient également se régaler avec une option qui figurait sur la carte. Aujourd'hui, cet endroit est à boycotter et à fuir absolument, encore plus si vous avez une alimentation végétale. Les nouveaux repreneurs, qui très honnêtement auraient mieux fait de travailler dans un bureau plutôt que d'être en contact avec du public tellement ils sont désagréables, font preuve d'un mépris absolu, accompagné d'un manque de respect et de considération énorme pour les personnes véganes. J'ai commandé la seule et unique option végane de la carte (carte pour le moment inchangée donc option végane qui figure encore dessus). Et ils ont réussi, malgré la description détaillée du plat sur la carte, à ne pas respecter ce qui était décrit. Face à leur erreur que j'ai de suite reconnue, ils ne se sont pas excusés et pire encore, ont fait preuve d'un manque de respect énorme en assurant que je n'en étais pas morte, sans même se remettre en question et admettre leur erreur. La femme en cuisine est totalement incompétente et ignorante. Elle a assuré à ma sœur que rien n'était spécifié sur la carte quant à la sauce qu'on a servie avec mon burger alors que TOUT était mentionné. Une sauce curry/mangue devait accompagner mon plat. Elle m'a servi une sauce barbecue qui n'était pas végétale. En 2024, ces nouveaux repreneurs osent tenir des propos affligeants tels que "un burger, c'est avec du ketchup et de la mayo." Encore une fois, allez ailleurs. Ne donnez pas votre argent à des personnes aussi abjectes qu'elles. Le Lac de la Seigneurie ou l'endroit que ces nouveaux repreneurs vont faire couler bien au fond dudit lac.

31/07/2024: Good dishes, beautiful surroundings and very warm, welcoming and friendly service. Really great time to spend with family or friends.

18/12/2024: Disappointed ! For the price one could expect another standard. Everything is old and worn. The whole thing gives the impression of being abandoned. It's not that it's typically Alsatian but no renovation has ever been done. The rooms are old and depressing, no effort has been made to make them pleasant. In addition, the hotel does not have a garage. We have to try to find a place in this horrible town of Neuf Brisach. The welcome and the service are nevertheless correct but that is not enough to make the quality-price ratio honest.

16/12/2024: I spent a good evening with my daughter at the restaurant, we were well received, the plates were well served, even too much, but it was very good, we ate well and the service was very good.

14/09/2024: A great find. Great atmosphere, service and food. Generous portions. Calves rib with morel mushroom sauce was fantastic.

03/09/2024: Very good meal shared with friends. From starters (scallops, or foie gras), to desserts (pavlova with red fruits, pistachio whipped tartlet, flambé plumière), including main courses (beef steaks with foie gras sauce, farmhouse poultry supreme, mushroom risotto ), everything was perfect! (May 2024). Returned at the end of August 2024: card renewed, still as good. Semi-cooked foie gras, piece of beef with foie gras sauce, sea bass fillet with sparkling butter and yuzu sauce, strawberry soup. It was almost perfect, as we somewhat regretted the wait between courses.
