19/05/2026: Amazing authentic restaurant, in the middle of Strasbourg. The building holds some important history back to 1861. The food was absolutely delicious, we had the hotch poth dish, which was a mixture of meats marinated for sometime and cooked very slowly, with some vegetables, spices and covered with potatoes which melted in your mouth. The service was quick and very friendly. Thank you ❤️

13/03/2026: Sorry, I had justified my rating, but the text didn't appear. Here it is: we chose your restaurant for its ambiance. However, the baeckeoffe served was very dry. The potatoes were mushy (except for the one on top, which was burnt) and dry, as was the meat; there wasn't a single drop of juice.

03/05/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. The cooking was perfectly executed, especially the meat, which was tender and cooked exactly as requested. You can tell the care put into the kitchen. The service was also top-notch: welcoming, quick, and professional staff, always attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend this establishment for a pleasant time and a delicious meal. Children's menu not listed, but they are always happy to accommodate customers. A good and tasteful wine list. Homemade cuisine, which is sorely lacking these days.

30/03/2026: It's a lovely brasserie, the owner is super friendly, the service is perfect, the food is made on-site, the dishes are well-executed, everything is cooked with fresh ingredients, and the small desserts are very good and well-suited if you still have a little room left at the end of your meal. So I highly recommend eating here if you're in the area; we use it quite regularly, especially for treating our clients. They're never disappointed by the homemade dishes.

21/06/2026: Was definitely not impressed with the food. Got beef fillet with fries. There is no sauce for the food so quite boring. We had ordered red wine with the food but we didn't get it. Sat and waved the glass but nothing happened..But the dessert was okay.

16/06/2026: We were a group of 17. The food was excellent. The lobster salad with asparagus was delicious! The dishes could have been just a touch warmer. In any case, you should definitely go. It's a natural setting, near the Garonne River, with an enchanting landscape.

02/06/2026: We drove 45 minutes to eat at this restaurant. The ash was excellent. 5/5 However... The service was deplorable; something was always missing (even the spoons for dessert...). The dessert was inedible... Ice cream and topping that looked like it belonged in the subway; I couldn't eat it. The owner, from the middle of the dining room, not even in private, called me out in front of everyone and shouted: "You shouldn't have ordered it if you're not going to eat it!" I didn't want to argue, so I didn't say anything... But the behavior is outrageous! If you serve garbage, don't try to make it worse by telling your customers they can't finish their meal.

18/05/2026: We had lunch as a family. A very warm welcome, a generous €35 set menu featuring regional cuisine. One dish was adapted to accommodate allergies. A very pleasant experience in this museum-restaurant. We will be back!

02/07/2026: I had the opportunity to eat lunch at the chalet by the port with a group of retired firefighters. We received a very warm welcome. The perch fillets were more than decent, the lemon sauce was amazing (lol), and the service was quick and excellent. I recommend it.

26/06/2026: We were fortunate enough to celebrate our wedding at Domaine de la Reynaude, and the setting was simply magnificent. The venue is full of charm, impeccably maintained, and contributed to making our day even more beautiful. The fact that our loved ones could stay overnight was a real bonus. Everyone appreciated the estate and its atmosphere. Thank you to Thibaud for his support throughout the planning process. We leave with wonderful memories of this weekend, which will remain etched in our minds forever.

08/06/2026: The room was really nice for the price. However, the hotel's somewhat isolated location, right next to the hospital, was noticeable. As for the staff, we were warmly welcomed at breakfast by a charming lady who was incredibly sweet. On the other hand, the receptionist was a different story. One day he was pleasant and courteous, the next he was pretentious to the point of being disrespectful. A better attitude is certainly more pleasant at a hotel reception.

03/07/2026: I give the restaurant top marks. I didn't stay at the hotel (my sister did and she was very happy with it). The hotel is located right across from the train station, and the rooms are very good value for money. As for the restaurant, it's excellent value for money. Everything was delicious, homemade with fresh ingredients, original, a top-notch meal from start to finish, all for a reasonable price. Congratulations to the chef! A very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

26/05/2026: Everything you find in Alsace…simple, pleasant, clean, friendly, and welcoming, all in a very well-maintained building. I much prefer this type of establishment to an overpriced, ultra-cozy hotel. With a day reaching 30°C, air conditioning wasn't an option. Parking is available in the center of Thann. This establishment was exactly what I had booked. Thank you.
