14/10/2026: Pizza base was soggy and put on to a plate too early(pizza people will know this)(they were obviously busy with take away) the other main I had was ok. Not many choices of restaurants in quillan so they will remain busy🤷
06/09/2026: Always one of our favourite restaurants in Quillan. Great food at very reasonable prices. Fantastic service and a wonderful atmosphere.

10/07/2026: Hello, 10 days ago I tried it for the first time. It was delicious, creamy... a marvel. Today, before catching my train, I thought, "A little treat!" Disappointment!!! Awful. No taste whatsoever. Just a nice, milky, frozen liquid. Never again ☹️
05/07/2026: Disappointed, I wanted a milkshake, but they were out, so I opted for an iced tea. It was served to me hot, without ice. When I asked for ice, they said they were out. First and last experience here.

17/06/2026: Passing through the area, we stopped for a drink and a charcuterie board.
We especially want to highlight the warm welcome from our two servers, a man and a woman, whose kindness, professionalism, and smiles greatly contributed to making our break even more enjoyable.
It's important to emphasize the quality of their service, which is sometimes rare these days... A big thank you to them; we will gladly return. A mother and daughter :-)

The dishes are refined, and I recommend the sea bream with sautéed vegetables, chilled diced tomatoes with mango, and a light vinaigrette. Very good and quick service.

03/10/2026: Maps showed it as closing at 2:00 AM, we arrived at 1:10 AM and the man told us it was closed. Appalling service.
29/08/2026: The braised chicken was very good, the only slight drawback was the rice, which was a tiny bit overcooked.
Service was adequate.
The restaurant is a bit old-fashioned, but that's part of its charm 😃

26/09/2026: The restaurant was reasonably priced, and the waiter was very friendly. It's a shame the service time wasn't respected, even though our waiter had put our dishes on hold. I've never been so fast for dinner; we were served an aperitif and main course in 45 minutes and it was over.
However, the food was good. I just have to mention that the bacon was overcooked and there wasn't enough sauce in the Italian-style carbonara pasta; I wasn't entirely satisfied with it.
26/09/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by this excellent pizzeria, which doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food is absolutely delicious.
I highly recommend it.
