Cuisine inventive véritable voyage culinaire entre l’Amérique latine et l’Ardèche justesse des assaisonnements, qualité des produits irréprochables, présentation recherchée. Service impeccable personnel aux petits soins à faire et a refaire. Très belle découverte et soirée d’anniversaire originale !

04/09/2024: I stayed here during the Paris Olympics, it was a cozy place to stay. The rooms were alright, nothing spectacular but it was comfortable, the AC unit also works wonders if you like your room being COLD.
Relatively close to the metro line, the star of it was really the convenience of being walking distance to the Moulin Rouge. The other star of this place was the concierge, Corinne was A+ service, she is multi-lingual and extremely out-going, perfect for the HappyCulture Cardinal team, she deserves all the best - and she is the driving force for me giving this review.
28/08/2024: Very nice hotel located close to all the attractions of Paris a few steps from the Moulin Rouge very abundant breakfast friendly staff we had a great time

The fricassee is incredibly good, bread to die for and incredibly fresh! Bravo!
The bourguignon is less successful because the taste of red wine, typical of this dish, is not present at all, which is a shame because it is the basis of this dish, and where are the button mushrooms? Did you say beef bourguignon? In terms of quantity, it is good, fortunately, it saves a little!
The endives, a delight.
In short, this meal was a success, it is a shame that the beef bourguignon is not up to par.
