20/09/2024: L endroit est toujours aussi impressionnant et apaisant. L'accueil simple et chaleureux.
La responsable nous a clairement expliqué quels choix nous pouvions faire et ce qu'il y aurait dans chaque menu choisi, viande ou poisson.
Le repas fut délicieux du début jusqu'à la fin. Ce fut un moment très agréable, très bien pris en charge par le personnel et petite fleur... la présence du chef venu nous saluer à la fin de notre déjeuner, prêt à nous écouter.
J'ai l'intention d'y retourner avec mes petits enfants.

05/09/2024: The beetroot and mullet dishes were overwhelmingly good. The combination of roasted tomatoes, basil sorbet, smoke-flavored cream, and balsamic was also great. I can’t forget the whiskey conch you gave me as finger food! It was a really enjoyable meal. (The pickled pear dessert is also great!)

14/12/2024: Fuimos a este restaurante de última hora sin reserva para una familia extensa de 8 personas. Este restaurante estaba muy reservado, pero hicieron todo lo posible para acomodarnos y hacernos sentir bienvenidos. La comida era sensacional. Todo estaba bien de precio. El vino estaba delicioso. El personal de camareros era amable y amable, especialmente con los niños. Muchas gracias por una hermosa cena en Estrasburgo. Esta familia australiana está muy agradecida.

Le repas était gourmand et goûtu, nous y retournerons sans hésiter si nous repassons dans le Périgord.

16/08/2024: Very good place to spend a pleasant evening. Excellent cuisine, with varied, tasty and copious menus. The staff is very pleasant and attentive and the terrace is very pleasant despite the proximity of the road. A very nice surprise, we recommend!

When the plates arrive it is first a pleasure for the eyes and then a pleasure to taste!

We see that the owners are passionate and the cuisine is excellent (and that is an understatement), the service and wine advice are those of a passionate person, not to mention the place which has incredible charm.
It was a favorite for us.

30/05/2025: The positive reviews made me hesitate for a long time. But having been to many restaurants, I must say that this is perhaps the biggest disappointment I have experienced. It must be said that this restaurant is an institution, whose high prices inevitably lead to implacable judgment. Impeccable, welcoming service, pleasant dining room and atmosphere. The plate is beautifully presented, except that the monkfish is much overcooked, the dish lacks flavor, the pink lamb is rather raw and cold, the bread, according to the waiter, is frozen! It is hard to believe that this restaurant once had a Michelin star.

05/07/2025: If you are not ready to consume: aperitif + starter + main course + wine + dessert + coffee + digestif then do not go! The waiters / waitresses will make it clear that you are not consuming enough. This makes the atmosphere heavy... And it's a shame because the food is really excellent! And the setting very pleasant.

11/01/2025: Habíamos hecho una reserva para el sábado 18. 30 y lo esperaban con muchas ganas. Cuando recibimos un correo electrónico pidiéndonos que confirmáramos la reserva unos días antes, lo hicimos inmediatamente. Y luego en el día mismo recibimos otro recordatorio tres horas antes de la reserva, confirmando nuestra reserva. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos a los 18: 30 , cuando el restaurante debería haber abierto, estaba pitchdark por dentro y no parecía que fuera a abrir en el corto plazo. Me parece muy desalentador que ni siquiera se hayan molestado en informarnos.

08/09/2024: So the server Alex, AWESOME! But the food……. We ordered a Savoyard fondue, the cook changed the cheese 3 times but nothing helped, the fondue was thick. A little disappointed.. But thank you anyway for the gesture
