All the staff were very friendly and efficient, and they provided us with all the necessary information and advice regarding transportation. The rooms were very clean and beautiful, the bedding was perfect, and there was ample storage. A very pleasant experience; well done to the entire Campanile team! 👏

25/04/2026: A very well-located hotel if you're staying in western Lyon. The rooms are really comfortable and were recently renovated. The restaurant is also a good option if you're looking for somewhere to eat. The staff is welcoming and attentive, with a special mention for the warm welcome at the restaurant in the evening 😊😉.

09/04/2026: I rarely order carbonnade in restaurants because I love my own recipe and am sometimes disappointed when I try it elsewhere. Given Monsieur Leplat's reputation, I decided to give it a go. And I think it's safe to say it's truly the best carbonnade in the world 😊 The balance of all the ingredients gives this carefully crafted recipe an exceptional character with a subtle interplay of flavors. I can't wait to go back!

29/04/2026: Food and cider was delicious :D Les Galandines is next to Notre-Dame but the prices are reasonable. (Only French cards are accepted but the ATM is very close so it's not a big deal)

16/03/2026: A wonderful discovery at this Michelin-starred restaurant! After a dazzling starter featuring mushrooms prepared in 30 different ways, we continued to enjoy dishes that were as beautiful as they were delicious. The homemade breads and butters were superb, as were the pre-starters, and the lunchtime price was quite reasonable. We also ordered the additional side dish, which had a comforting street-food feel (excellent oyster mushrooms with cheese – although I don't recall the exact ingredients). In short, I wholeheartedly recommend this Michelin-starred restaurant; the starter was one of the best I've ever tasted at a Michelin-starred establishment.

23/02/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and have absolutely no regrets... the setting is magnificent from the outside to the inside, with its chic bistro feel. The walls are adorned with black and white photos of actors and actresses who have graced the silver screen. A huge fireplace stands in the very center of the room. The cuisine is refined; if I remember correctly, the butternut squash velouté with parmesan and truffle shavings was a delight ❤️ and the mushroom and truffle vol-au-vent with pollock on a bed of crushed potatoes was delicious. We didn't have dessert this time as we were in a hurry, but we'll be back. Finally, the service was warm and truly attentive. In short... go for it!

30/01/2026: Excellent experience this lunchtime. A straightforward dish, but what a dish! Chef Joan, in addition to being very friendly, is a true master of his craft: a truly exceptional chicken with Vin Jaune and morels. A delicious Mont Blanc to finish. My only regret was being in a hurry. And a special mention to the very friendly young staff who also served us. I can't wait to come back in the evening to enjoy the fireplace. Well done and thank you.

18/04/2026: This is the best place I've had for classic french food. portion is a little small but definitely very enjoyable. The escargots and duck confit were very good.
