26/04/2026: A wonderful visit! Tickets were purchased through Booking.com, eliminating the need to go to the ticket office and making it slightly cheaper. The visit was quick, with or without audio, and the guide was comprehensive. Food, a small farm, and a wine cellar were available. A beautiful place, though the visit was a bit rushed, offering a truly immersive experience with authentic furnishings.

17/04/2026: Last night we had dinner at Ô Rev; a warm welcome. We had a reservation and were seated inside. The dining room was beautifully decorated with a touch of the exotic. The service was provided by a trio working with perfect harmony and expertise. We had the octopus as a starter and sea bass and beef as a main course (a minor point: the fish was slightly overcooked and the chanterelles were frozen; I would have preferred fresh, seasonal mushrooms like oyster or shiitake). The dessert was very good, although not homemade. The Bandol red wine was excellent. Thank you for a lovely evening!

And let me be clear, we were absolutely right to visit Ô Château! Nestled in a discreetly located building, within an intimate and welcoming setting, this establishment is well worth the effort. No ostentation; no glitz and glamour. Instead, it offers understated elegance, professionalism, smiles, and a genuine sharing of quality in a relaxed atmosphere. The wine list boasts a wealth of excellent selections; the sommeliers in the dining room are a welcome help in making the right choice, taking into account individual tastes and the perfect accompaniments. We opted for a 2011 Volnay 1er Cru Chevret from Domaine Nicolas Rossignol, before enjoying a 2010 Côte Rôtie, single-vineyard Champon, from Stéphane Ogier. To accompany these wines, we savored a mixed platter, a starter of particularly exquisite green asparagus, chorizo ​​croquettes, and then desserts. A true delight! Thank you to the entire team at Ô Château for this wonderful experience, and we look forward to more tastings soon!
