Cuisine de grande qualité et pleine de finesse proposée par une chef qui s'adapte sans difficulté à ses clients. Un cadre, une convivialité et un service irréprochables! Une belle carte des vins dans laquelle on trouvera sans difficulté satisfaction et des tarifs tout à fait raisonnables compte tenu de la qualité de l'ensemble. Une adresse de référence à decouvrir sans hésitation!

Madame is at the service, very pleasant with particular attention to show us their way of working and their products And the gentleman is in the kitchen, passionate and meticulous, waited for us at the checkout and we were able to share our opinions with him. High quality service for a very reasonable price.

23/08/2024: Visited twice during our stay in Les 2 Alpes, once for takeaway pizzas, fast service and good pizzas. Then on the terrace one lunchtime, we ate very well, were pampered and the waiter was great! Our family really appreciated it. Little extra for the à la carte names 😉

07/09/2024: I have just had an unforgettable culinary experience at Les Négociants in Bordeaux, near the Grosse Cloche, rue Saint James. This restaurant is a real gem of Bordeaux bistronomy! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and courtesy. The atmosphere is both elegant and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner or with friends. The food is divine, prepared with high quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The flavors are balanced and the presentations magnificent. The menu offers a variety of dishes that will delight even the most demanding taste buds. The wine cellar is excellent, with a selection of references for all tastes. The sommelier advised us perfectly, enhancing our meal. Finally, the welcome in the dining room is luxurious. The staff is attentive, always ready to meet our needs with a smile and remarkable kindness. They knew how to make our evening even more special.

15/08/2024: A magical setting, intimate lounges, a warm welcome. Undeniable assets ensuring very pleasant evenings with friends or family. For €60, we enjoyed a muscat as an aperitif, a soup with the taste of our childhood as a starter, followed by donuts and an excellent charcuterie, the veal stew accompanied by cannelloni, a local cheese (watch out for the one at brandy😛) and to finish a donut and poached clementines. Wine and coffee included. Efficient service and offbeat humor to wash it all down. Thank you for this lovely moment.

17/09/2024: We chose this restaurant because we always prefer to try out the local cuisine. We didn't have a reservation, so we tried our luck and waited just before they opened. The owner welcomed us in despite not having a reservation on a Saturday evening and let us choose any table. As soon as we sat down he was extremely friendly and gave us time to look at the menu. I have to say this was probably the nicest experience we've ever had in terms of service. He first asked what we would like to eat, so that he could pair the perfect wine for the meal. I have to admit I'm not an expert when it comes to wine, but he was so engaging he has given me the confidence to try more styles, especially when it comes to red wine. We went for the pate with crusty bread as a starter and that proved delicious. Our mains which was steak and chips turned out full of flavour and as dessert we went for the classic apple tart and coffee. All in all the staff were fantastic and we never felt rushed or ignored and everything about the place highlights why it's so nice to eat out on the continent. Merci Beaucoup Le Millesime!

06/09/2024: Très belle carte des vins. La proposition est généreuse et la personne au service est connaisseur. Service un petit long mais il était seul ce qui peut s’expliquer. Décor sympathique, peu de place à l’intérieur. Réservation conseiller. attention cependant en ce faisant plaisir la note peut vite montée. Et petit bémol tout de même à la qualité des pièces de viande légèrement déçu par l’entrecôte. À reconfirmer lors d’une prochaine visite.
