This small establishment, set like a secret at the foot of the Ardèche, invites you on a gastronomic expedition where every bite is an adventure. Here, everything exudes authenticity, from the elegant simplicity of the place to the discreet smile of the staff. But it’s on the plate that the odyssey really begins. The products, drawn from the heart of the terroir, are a tribute to the soil, the seasons and the hands that cultivate them. We let ourselves be surprised by the power of the flavors, by the precision of the cooking which reveals, without ever betraying, the natural richness of each ingredient. Vegetables, the humble heroes of this feast, are taken to heights that were thought to be reserved for great meats and fish. 18/09/2024: 5/5 for the service, and 100 out of 10 for the Côte de Taureau (eat blue on the advice of the team whereas I usually eat medium rare) with its vanilla mash at the top. Wonderful discovery of this restaurant with a wonderful view, and a great team!

20/09/2024: Superb bib gourmand dining in Pigalle. This was my second time here, and Le Pantruche never dissapoints. The menu complet and menu dejeuner offer unparalleled value. Warm, efficient service. The sheep's milk ravioli starter was the standout dish of our visit to Paris, really punchy flavours. And they rushed my Gran Marnier souffle to me as I had to rush off to get a taxi to the airport... Merci beaucou mes amis...

13/09/2024: Un vendredi soir avec trop peu de monde dans ce restaurant qui vaut vraiment le coup ! La gentillesse du chef, son bon conseil pour le vin et la découverte des spaghettis à la Gitta (pâtes aux pattes d'araignée de mer) sans oublier l'entrée et les desserts, nous avons passé un tres bon moment.

12/09/2024: Restaurant parfait si vous souhaitez goûter la cuisine Corse. La terrasse est installée dans une petite ruelle. Ambiance romantique assurée. Le chef a l’écoute et de très bon conseil notamment pour le choix du vin. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. 35€ le grand plateau de charcuterie à partager. Les entrées approximativement 10€. Les plats sont aux alentours de 23€. Le service est rapide, efficace, très aimable. Les produits sont frais et régionaux. C’est vraiment une très belle découverte pour nous 2 qui cherchions un restaurant qui change des multiples pizzerias d’Ajaccio. Mention très spéciale pour la glace au limoncello!

08/09/2024: Je déconseille fortement ! Excessivement chère pour une qualité déplorable. Un service okay quoi que très long pour un restaurant presque vide, après 20 min à attendre qu’on me débarrasse je suis partie. Un aligot qui est une purée à l’ail. Je cherche encore la recette authentique inscrite sur leur carte, celle qui est supposée faire des “fils” presque. J’oubliais la salade avec une tomate tellement défraîchie qu’elle me faisait pitier. Et ne parlons pas des mensonges “notre limonade n’est pas maison mais bio et artisanale” pour me retrouver avec une limonade premier prix du Franprix, absolument pas bio et encore moins artisanale. Bref l’inverse d’un sans faute. Ne gâcher pas votre argent il y a de bien meilleurs restaurants autour et à des prix plus raisonnables avec des serveurs plus agréables.

01/12/2024: Hmm what can I say? A very good village restaurant where you are very well received. A truly magical setting. A cuisine the way we like it. That is to say with taste but also copious. And the prices are more than reasonable. In short, a restaurant that I recommend with my eyes closed.

22/04/2025: Friends introduced me to this restaurant. I was not disappointed at all, quite the contrary. I liked the country atmosphere, the good smell of cooking, hmmm. We were welcomed with a smile. The first courses were not long in coming and what was good was also 😋. We will return there with our eyes closed because we really want to discover the other specialties of Savoie. 😁👍

15/09/2024: Une carte avec autant de choix (viandes, poissons, galettes bretonnes, couscous !) ne peut être que mauvais signe sur la qualité des plats. Une fois en bouche, cela se confirme : le couscous est insipide, les merguez n’ont aucun goût. Typiquement le genre de resto attrape-touristes, avec des prix de surcroît exorbitants. A la fin, le serveur nous demande de laisser un bon avis sur Google. On comprend mieux les bonnes notes ici..:
