09/09/2024: Cadre de la salle à manger très chic, accueillant et le personnel et le patron souriant, le repas est de bonne qualité, petits amuse bouche en attendant, service rapide , petit bémol, l'eau en carafe sentait trop l'eau de javel.
Le madiran proposé était gouteux. Petite salle à manger agréable.
09/09/2024: Brésiliens de Porto Alegre, nous avons visité le sud-ouest de la France cet été. Excellent accueil, cadre raffiné,service agréable, diner apprécié, nous avons passé en cet hotel un excellent moment. Un style enraciné et authentique qui se fait malheureusement de plus en plus rare en France. Um bom endereço para recomendar aos nossos compatriotas brasileiros!

02/09/2024: The picture shows the herb garden. 🤩 Wonderfully large perennials and plants. Was in the church and then in the herb garden next to it. Very beautiful and worth a visit!

31/10/2024: Exceptionally friendly service. Very nice place. We were upgraded from a standard room to a very nice comfort room. Lots of very pleasant little touches (like the evening herbal tea). The breakfast is good but unfortunately a little too expensive (29 eur/person)

10/12/2024: We have been coming to this restaurant for years with my family and we are never disappointed. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere calm and friendly and the cuisine is incredible. My mother, being a vegetarian, was able to make a few modifications to the pancake that she wanted and was able to enjoy it as much as we did. A superb address run by owners who love their job.
29/10/2024: Great atmosphere and great owner who is really nice!!
Well on the other hand we waited 1 hour on a Saturday evening for our meals to arrive so perhaps that is the only point to improve

22/09/2024: Absolutely reasonable prices. The service is very good, at the end of the service, the chef comes to make sure everything has gone well. It's a quiet place, with very few tables, which in my opinion improves the quality of service. We will come back, that's for sure.

13/10/2024: Nous avons dîné à 4 dans cet établissement avec plaisir et gourmandise.
Les mets étaient fins, généreux, bien dressés. Les cuissons parfaites, rien à redire.
Le cadre est chaleureux, et Anne-Lise, pétillante patronne, s’est montrée attentionnée et passionnée.
Tous ces ingrédients nous ont permis de passer une excellente soirée gustative, je recommande absolument.

06/09/2024: Everything perfect, impossible to find a flaw from the kind and professional service to the quality of the dishes. It is one of the best Michelin-starred dishes, the dishes are taken care of in every detail and you wake up satisfied, full but not weighed down. The dessert is amazing, considering that in my opinion it usually remains the weak point of many gourmet restaurants. Mandatory stop for lovers of gourmet and non-gourmet cuisine. Well done.
