18/01/2026: We came on a Sunday at lunchtime to celebrate a birthday and received a very warm welcome, as usual. A seat by the fireplace was more than pleasant 😀 The homemade cuisine is excellent and refined. Special mention for the meat, which is of exceptional quality. I recommend it 200%! I can't wait for summer to enjoy the terrace 🥰

04/01/2026: We went for lunch with my 15-month-old daughter today and it was perfect! Very little wait, absolutely excellent food, and very welcoming and friendly staff! All in a truly charming setting. I highly recommend it!

04/04/2026: An extremely satisfying experience with Titi. Music, atmosphere, relaxation, everything was perfect. A sound system with that old-school feel.

15/03/2026: A real surprise, but a bad one. The owner is vulgar and even rude when he comes to the table, instead of asking if everything is alright. The tartiflette is mediocre and there's no drinks menu. The only positive point is the waiter who does what he can and is very friendly. A hefty bill, absolutely avoid this place.

24/04/2026: We had an absolutely amazing dinner here last night! From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcome. The Food The food was simply great—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of local flavor. You can tell the kitchen really cares about the quality of every dish that comes out. The Hospitality What truly made the evening special were the owners. They were so charming and present throughout the night, checking in on guests and ensuring everyone was having a wonderful time. It’s rare to find that level of personal touch these days, and it created such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The Value To top it all off, the meal was great value. Given the high quality of the ingredients and the wonderful service, the price was more than fair. If you are looking for a delicious meal served with genuine hospitality, look no further. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this establishment, a true gem in Châtel—and yet, I've had the opportunity to try many restaurants in the resort.

18/04/2026: A truly excellent establishment. This is our third meal at Remais Louis Blanc, and the dishes are of high quality for a reasonable price. The servers are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for quality French cuisine at an affordable price.

10/01/2026: A huge disappointment, not worthy of a gourmet restaurant! The atmosphere was very cold, and the flavors were a mismatch! The restaurant needs renovation! Even though it's still a pleasant place! What a shame... the dishes were overpriced for the quantity and quality!

31/01/2026: I ate at this restaurant last night and it was a bad experience. The table next to us was shouting and using very inappropriate language. The staff did nothing and laughed along with them. Then we asked for the bill and the waiter just looked at us and walked away without answering us. We've never seen anything like it. So, it was far too noisy and the staff were disrespectful.

07/04/2026: Maginifique!!! We went to this bistro twice! It's a cozy bistro with traditional French cuisine but also fresh fish! There was a short wait to get in but it was worth it! Definitely try the chicken, the duck and the desserts!!! I highly recommend it! Special bravo to the very helpful and kind waitress! 🙌
