15/02/2026: It's a shame I can't give it four and a half stars. The place is superb, with a refined and very classy atmosphere, impeccable service, and truly excellent cuisine. One small drawback: the price of drinks (excluding the champagne, which is well worth it). This detail makes me deduct one star. However, we had an exceptional experience. Note: we didn't try the "club," only the restaurant.

There were six of us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The small charcuterie board for our aperitif was simply magical! 19/02/2026: Disappointment is my word regarding this establishment. We've been coming at least once a year for years. But this year it's simply extortion. If we want a 3-hour pass in the new part of the complex, there's only one time slot available, whereas if we choose 4 hours, it becomes available as soon as it opens. For us, 2 hours is too expensive and 4 hours is too long, not to mention the price increase. So, they might say it's to limit access to the rotunda to 50 people, but I'm skeptical. It's worth noting that the internal regulations only mention opening and closing times. It's bordering on forced selling. Perhaps we should contact 60 Million Consumers... I think we'll go to the center near Italy next time.

18/02/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. The sauna and steam room are extremely small. The sauna isn't clean and isn't even airtight, so it's not hot. There's pink mold around the grout. The heated marble benches aren't hot because they're covered in a thick layer of limescale. The water is cloudy, and no one enforces the rules of silence in the designated areas. Given the price... I strongly advise against going.

01/10/2024: A warm welcome, with a pleasant waiter who gives very good advice and who listens to his customers. Quite refined cuisine with beautiful dressings. The dishes are plentiful, very good value for money and very good respect for the products. We came in the evening for dinner so the terrace was quiet with soft music playing in the background to accompany the meal, a wonderful evening that we will remember with the little limoncello at the end of the evening.

25/12/2025: The hotel is great, it maintains its traditional charm and is very clean. The room was nice and warm, and the bathroom was very good. Breakfast is varied, but they don't have gluten-free options. Since it's not a tourist town, it's easy to stay put. The staff are very friendly.

14/12/2025: We came as a group to eat. The service was quick. The main course and dessert were very good and generous portions. I recommend it.

11/01/2026: As a regular here, perfect for ending a sunny afternoon on the terrace, I'm disappointed, despite the staff's friendliness, by their lack of decorum... An ice cream sundae dangling in each hand to the waitress's swaying rhythm. It's always better to stand up straight and have some poise. The small plates for resting the ice creams, meant for a more elegant presentation, are gone, as are the little napkins we had to go and ask for. A successful business must pay attention to so many details.

11/01/2026: We had lunch there during the Christmas holidays. The restaurant was empty, but that didn't bother us at all; quite the opposite. We were very well looked after. Beautiful view of the lake, we ate well, and I absolutely loved the coconut ice cream—it was amazing! 🤤🤤🤤 I've never had any so good.

11/12/2025: Nothing gluten free to eat on breakfast. You have to go and buy your own breakfast in a store nearby.

30/12/2025: A truly seedy bar, whose owner should really consider retiring, she seems so fed up with having customers… the cleanliness of the glasses was questionable… only the waitress was more cheerful, but she seemed to be getting a lot of flak from the owner… it's a shame it's the only bar near the train station…
