18/01/2026: Personally, I found the food very, very good; I was very satisfied from beginning to end. However, the prices are a bit high because there's an extra charge for almost everything on the menu. Otherwise, no complaints.

14/07/2026: The hotel is located on Castellane's main square, with private parking. The rooms are clean and have very comfortable mattresses. The staff, both at reception and in the dining room, were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast (we chose the buffet) was excellent and varied. Thank you!

03/07/2026: A super cute hotel with lots of charm! The renovated bathroom and beautifully furnished room are lovely. The garden behind the hotel is fantastic. Very central location. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious; eggs (boiled or scrambled) would have been a nice addition. Parking is available behind the hotel, either in the courtyard or on the street (the latter is better for larger cars, as the courtyard can get quite narrow when several cars are parked there). We highly recommend this hotel!

02/07/2026: A wonderful time! We came to enjoy a fantastic seafood platter and excellent wines. The waiters and owner were incredibly attentive 🫶 special mention to Wilson who treated us to a delicious meal. The Parisians will be back!!

11/07/2026: My little brother and I went to this restaurant. €15 for cheap salmon, but at first glance you can tell the salmon was of poor quality; the meat was full of gristle. And to top it off, the Virgin Mojitos were just sugar at the bottom of a glass with a stale lemon taste. I don't recommend this place. The two North African men who ran it couldn't find a solution to the problem. What kind of service is this in such a busy area? My advice: avoid it. You'll leave disappointed and annoyed.

24/05/2026: Large but noisy terrace (next to a busy road) Decent food, nothing exceptional Friendly but inconsistent service (the waiters walk past you 10 times without looking at you, and you have to ask twice for salt and pepper)

19/05/2026: Friendly service, pleasant place. But there it stops. Ok it was a Sunday evening, most other restaurants were closed. Hence busy. The cook was maybe overstretched. Franch fries were a joke: some soft stuff in a paper bag. Vegetables, courgette were soft and partly burned. The meat could have been reasoble, but partly burned to charcoal. It was not cheap. Pity, as mentioned, people were fine.

05/03/2026: Unfriendly staff, very slow service, no atmosphere... It's a shame the restaurant doesn't live up to its name.

28/02/2026: Perfect! The food is excellent, the burger is exquisite, as is the Camembert. The evening staff are very, very pleasant; it's a pure pleasure to eat at this restaurant! Don't hesitate!

Very impressive. I am a call centre trainer and I am very impressed with the training provided. Very warm welcoming and attentive. Very clean tidy and I will come again. 5 stars.

24/12/2025: Mixed experience. We came on a Sunday as a family for lunch while visiting the Christmas market. We ordered the daily special, which was croziflette. Unfortunately, the portions were too small. The adults received the same amount as the children. We left hungry. The children, however, thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

20/06/2026: We are regular and delighted customers of this place, which we especially love for its traditional ice cream. One drawback, however, was on this particular evening, the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival). We stopped by around 9 pm for ice cream. The waiter curtly turned us away. "It's not ice cream time, we're eating now." In short, the evening rush doesn't excuse this disrespectful behavior. It's the customers who keep restaurants afloat. We went to get our ice cream elsewhere.
