27/06/2026: I ordered four pizzas but only received three. I called the restaurant, and they told me the person who ordered the pizzas gave four to the delivery driver, who only arrived with three. In short, the staff on the phone were very unpleasant. In the end, Uber won't refund the pizza I didn't receive, and they won't resend it. Anyway, those pizzas were disgusting... you should find another job.

23/06/2026: We waited 35 minutes for a €5 pizza. In the end, it wasn't the right one, and they wouldn't give us a refund. So it's either we eat what we didn't order or we keep quiet. Too long.

06/05/2026: We stayed two nights at this hotel, and it was perfect, no complaints whatsoever. The room was elegant, and the spa and restaurant were also very good.

01/05/2026: My review concerns a relaxation massage with Mélanie: The massage was simply magnificent. Every movement was fluid, enveloping, and deeply relaxing. I have rarely felt such a complete disconnection; it's a treatment that soothes both body and mind. I left feeling totally rejuvenated. The movements were precise, rhythmic, and incredibly gentle. It is without a doubt one of the best treatments I have ever received. A wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

07/06/2026: We came for a birthday dinner with friends. The food was great, with good portions and quality ingredients, and the service was quite quick considering the size of our order. I have very fond memories of it!

18/07/2026: The service was rude and impolite from the moment I arrived. I ordered one thing and they gave me another. Then I politely asked if they served fish, as they hadn't provided a menu and there wasn't any available. The waiter rudely pretended not to understand and very rudely left me talking to myself. I wouldn't go back, and perhaps that's why other establishments nearby are much busier than this place.

12/07/2026: A stop on our holiday journey, we had a wonderful time at this establishment! Superb decor, warm welcome, and above all, delicious food and quality products; we will not hesitate to return if we are ever back in the area.

17/02/2026: I'm never disappointed by this restaurant, whether I eat in or take away. The portions are generous, the staff is friendly, the food is excellent—you can tell absolutely everything is homemade—and the desserts are incredible too! =) They offer delivery in Pertuis, and ordering on their website is so convenient. It's definitely worth a visit! Thank you to the team.

02/07/2026: A truly great spot on the road between Vichy and Clermont! If you love generous and authentic French cuisine, this is a must-stop. The dishes are delicious, the service is pleasant, and, best of all, you avoid wasting time looking for parking in Clermont. A convenient and gourmet stop that I happily recommend!

29/01/2026: I've stayed at the hotel several times before, but I hadn't tried the restaurant. What can I say? The food service was beyond appalling. The cook has no business being in the kitchen; he should find another line of work. The waitress puts on a show but doesn't care about her customers. It took over 30 minutes before anyone bothered to take my order. As for the main course, there was nothing left in the kitchen. She offered me a plate of fries with a green salad. I must be dreaming; this must be some kind of hidden camera prank. For the appetizer, I had to wait 40 minutes to be served, and the same amount of time for the main course, which turned out to be a merguez sausage with a spoonful of dry rice. In short, come here to sleep, but definitely don't go to the restaurant.

15/05/2026: This doesn't even deserve one star because the reservation was confirmed but the restaurant is permanently closed.

16/07/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars… I wanted to report our very bad experience this evening at the Léon de Bruxelles restaurant in Vénissieux. We arrived as a family at 9:40 PM. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception desk. A waitress, alone to manage the entire dining room, saw us and told us she was coming. She then went into the kitchen. We then saw the cook look towards the dining room through the kitchen window and shout at her, looking us straight in the eye: "We're closed!" The waitress explained that the kitchens closed at 10:00 PM. I replied that there was no problem since it was only 9:40 PM and the kitchen was therefore still open. She told me that by the time we were seated and our order was taken, it would be 10:00 PM. Yet, we already knew exactly what we wanted. We had consulted the menu before entering and simply wanted to order mussels and fries for a family dinner. Our order could have been taken immediately. I find this situation completely incomprehensible. Turning customers away twenty minutes before the official closing time of the kitchen, in the middle of summer, is already regrettable. But the way it was handled is even worse. The lack of welcome, the tone used, and the complete absence of any willingness to find a solution are not worthy of a brand like Léon de Bruxelles. It's truly a shame, as we had simply come to enjoy a pleasant family meal. After this experience, I will unfortunately not be returning to your establishment. P.S.: Don't judge a book by its cover. A word to the wise…

20/07/2026: Excellent restaurant with a warm welcome. Enjoy the mussels, especially the ones with Comté cheese and fries. The pot is generously filled and the sauce is amazing. However, be sure to book ahead. I highly recommend this establishment.

17/07/2026: Very nice place. The fried food is excellent and the sour cherry + vanilla dessert is amazing.

14/07/2026: The appetizers and charcuterie board were good, but that's where it ended. For the main course, mussels with Maroilles cheese, still searching for the Maroilles flavor… the ham hock was dry, very dry, a real shame. The service was adequate. Overall, nothing extraordinary.

16/07/2026: I probably made some poor choices with my dishes, which explains this rating. But I really don't recommend the pineapple carpaccio, which was served to me drowning in burnt caramel. Disappointed.

15/07/2026: Lunch today, July 15, 2026: magnificent setting, lovely back courtyard. Friendly and welcoming service. Very good food, a 5A andouillette, delicious with a glass of Côtes du Rhône. Excellent value for money. Thank you for this lovely time in your beautiful establishment. Isabelle
