14/10/2026: We were disappointed by this restaurant because not only do you never know when they're open, but the owner's welcome was icy. The food is sophisticated and good despite the small size of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the owner won't make us want to come back. She makes it clear she doesn't want to work. What a disappointment, because the place itself is worth a visit.

30/04/2026: I bought a cocktail reception from Thomas Traiteur for a birthday party. The food was good quality, but I found the portions small, especially the verrines and the cubed cheese. As a result, my guests left feeling a bit hungry. In fact, there were 22 of us at the party, and I wasn't directed to the event catering service. The person at the store who helped me told me that the event catering service only handled receptions for 30 people or more. So, I was given bad advice. It's a shame.

26/03/2026: The service needs improvement, the staff is unpleasant. I go every Thursday at lunchtime for the burger deal. I went on March 26th to ask for cutlery from a young mixed-race woman who couldn't smile or even say hello or goodbye. I will never set foot in there again because of her. I am a shopkeeper myself in the Bécon district, and I am surprised by their lack of professionalism. She should find another line of work.

30/07/2026: When will they install air conditioning? How can a venue as beautiful and iconic as the Casino de Paris, with all its history and charm, not have air conditioning? We watched Malik Bentalha's show in sweltering heat from beginning to end. At one point, the roof opened, but unfortunately, it didn't change anything. We were extremely hot throughout the entire performance, which made the conditions truly uncomfortable. It's a real shame, because the venue is magnificent and Malik Bentalha's performance was excellent.

19/07/2026: Despite the heatwave, a superb show (Rocky Horror Show). The staff did everything they could to keep us cool and help us have a great time. The setting and atmosphere were fantastic. Bravo to the orchestra and cast for their performance in 34°C heat.

26/06/2026: The leafy interior terrace is very pretty and romantic. I was a little disappointed by the quality of the meat, which released a lot of water. Otherwise, the service was pleasant.

The food is simple and good, a bit more like school cafeteria food than home-cooked. But it's tasty. The service is simple: appetizers and dessert are served buffet-style (you get up and serve yourself), and you just receive your main course and drinks from the servers. But the buffets are nice and simple, even if the selection is limited. I noticed a definite effort to reduce food waste, which I find very positive. The atmosphere is like a small self-service cafeteria or canteen. It's a little noisy when the place is full, but you can still easily have a conversation. The welcome is warm and friendly. So, in the end, I recommend it if you want a quick and easy meal.
