28/07/2026: A very good experience. I had the free-range chicken with chocolate mousse and cider. The chicken was delicious, the fries were tasty, and the small pot of ratatouille on the side surprised me because I finished it, even though I usually struggle with ratatouille. Excellent presentation and friendly service. The lunchtime set menu is unbeatable, without compromising on the quality of the food. Excellent! 👍😁😁

27/07/2026: The menu has recently changed, and they no longer offer the set menus with a starter and/or dessert buffet. There's very little flexibility with a two-course meal, and by 1 p.m., only one course is left! I've had much better experiences!

03/07/2026: We highly recommend this establishment! We thoroughly enjoyed the mussels and fries and the burger, both of which were delicious. The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. We will definitely be back!

14/07/2026: It used to be great: huge paninis, varied selection, but since the change of ownership I'm no longer a fan at all: 3 small paninis, basic with industrial cheese, limited selection, etc. Really a shame.

29/06/2026: Right in the city center, this restaurant offers three menu options (one dish only, two dishes, or two dishes and dessert) at fixed prices. We ate well, the staff was friendly, and the prices were fair. Oh, and for France, the coffee was good, too.

28/06/2026: I was charged an extra "bone charge" on a sirloin steak that I never ordered. Even more surprising: the steak was boneless. When I asked for an explanation, the waitress told me that the extra charge was due to the meat being French and therefore expensive. But "extra charge" means "in addition": you can't charge extra for a missing bone, nor can you use it to indicate the meat's origin. If French origin justifies a higher price, this should be clearly stated in the dish's price, not disguised as an optional extra. At this rate, I'd love to see a "plate surcharge" and maybe even a "fork surcharge" too. I won't be going back.

22/06/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! The service is appalling. They promise air conditioning, but in the end, there is none, even though we requested it before booking because we had a 90-year-old in our party. The service was a complete disaster: no bread, the steak was disgusting, and the price was exorbitant. They sell you two ice cream scoops when there's only one. The chef could really use a change of clothes; he's not very customer-friendly. Father's Day was ruined. Never again!

20/06/2026: Unbearable heat, over 40 degrees. More meat??? We ate a Caesar salad with lots of lettuce and a piece of meat, with hot Perrier. Staff were slouching at the counter. Six people on a Saturday night, do you think that's normal? We finished our meal at Burger King across the street from you.

02/04/2026: A great overnight stay with incredible value for money. The rooms are clean, though could use some soundproofing. The meals are excellent, very generous and varied. There's something for everyone. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.

19/02/2026: A Valentine's Day meal with a special menu, but no aperitif or dessert. The service was poorly organized, the manager unfriendly and training her students in the middle of service. There was no presentation of the dishes, and tables were mixed up. One wine was madeleine, so it had to be changed, as had other tables. The decor is outdated. The chef came by at the end of service, a bit gruff. The bill was exorbitant. It was a first, but also a last...

05/07/2026: The galette and fries were sluggish, the meat was of mediocre quality. A lifelong resident of Harnes, I used to find this kebab shop decent, but today is the last time I'll ever set foot in there.

23/07/2026: The food and service were excellent, however, the atmosphere, due to the owner, really leaves much to be desired! The owner is arrogant and disrespectful towards his employees. I arrived to pay, and the owner yelled at me – truly unpleasant! My best wishes to the team.

29/06/2026: Early afternoon, there weren't many choices left... I asked about the ingredients in the remaining sandwiches and declined any with ham. The cashier suggested a chicken wrap: okay, except she didn't mention that it also contained ham (who knows why), and when I opened it to find three tiny pieces of chicken fighting over three minuscule lettuce leaves: not a single piece of tomato, cucumber, or any other raw vegetable! At €10.90 for the meal, it's outrageously expensive! I've always been satisfied with my previous orders there, but my lunch break was reduced to just dessert and a drink, so I was more than disappointed.

03/05/2026: Regarding the Premium apartment: Leaky sink, dirty dishes. Ski locker doesn't lock. The assigned parking space is not being respected by other guests. The restaurant was closed. No breakfast was offered except for pastries. Very good location and beautiful view of the slopes. Very pleasant staff. Very nice spa.

27/03/2026: Nice hotel, good sized rooms, nice small bar, great access to the slopes. The issue which may be unique to the room we had was that it stank of cigarettes smoke each night. We spoke to the front desk but nothing was done about it. It really made the hotel stay of our holiday a let down. We will not stay again.

08/06/2026: The "Sporting" is ideally located. I hope this review helps the manager find a solution to the clattering of plates for customers at the back of the room. The dumbwaiter and the bar's crockery during lunch make conversation impossible. The upstairs toilets don't close properly, and a huge 7cm hole in the door, plugged with toilet paper, is not worthy of Saint-Tropez. (If this is done to prevent customers from coming to take illegal substances, then it's very well thought out and shouldn't be changed). Customers smoking on the enclosed terrace can disturb the entire dining room depending on the wind direction. But after these observations, which could be addressed 24 hours before the season by an attentive manager, the food was a real surprise with prices that aren't just for the wealthy. I insist that the food is the highlight: experience the chef's vision, and it's rare to see this emphasized. The staff is friendly. So yes, I recommend it, but not if you're sitting at the back of the room. (Tip for the waitress or waitress: don't use your fingers to put the small tomatoes that fall off the plate back in.) … One last thing, if you offered a simple, locally produced champagne at a price that would still be profitable for you, I assure you that you would have a significant turnover. Looking forward to seeing you again.

30/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place!!! They advertise a football match on Instagram (Champions League final), the TVs have no sound for the first 30 minutes, the owner is awful to customers, pressuring every table to "order or you're out" even after meals and drinks have already been ordered. These people are damaging the image of French restaurants!!!
