15/09/2026: I booked an appointment at your salon in advance. I selected a time slot directly on your online platform and paid upfront. The following morning, you contacted me to inform me that the chosen time slot was no longer available, even though my reservation had already been confirmed and you had indicated that you were looking forward to seeing us. But the real issue isn't the time. The problem is that in a salon like yours, a single hairdresser serves five clients at a time. While he was working on my husband, he was constantly moving between four other clients. Under these circumstances, it's unfortunately no wonder the result was disastrous. The haircut was truly awful, as if my husband's hair had simply been cut randomly, and his beard was asymmetrical. Yet, the price charged for this service is far from negligible. A professional should be able to give their full attention to their client. I specifically chose a personalized service on your platform in advance and paid a significant price accordingly. People have the right to know how clients are actually treated at your establishment and what the real quality of the services you offer is.

19/04/2026: What can I say?! Clearly the best bar in Val-d'Isère, by far. The atmosphere is always fantastic, and the bartenders are incredibly kind and welcoming. They also play fair with seasonal staff regarding prices, which is always appreciated, especially compared to other bars in the resort. Thanks guys, it's awesome!

24/05/2026: A small bar with a PMU (Private Management Unit) that stands out from the crowd and is a real surprise! Very well run, and the gentleman who manages it is truly charming: polite, respectful, and clearly a true expert in the hospitality industry with undeniable know-how. The atmosphere is perfect: the people who frequent it are very relaxed and you can tell they're from the neighborhood. Beautiful decor, impeccable service and expertise. Plus, spotless cleanliness. I was alone, on a Sunday during a long weekend, and I felt not only welcome but also completely safe. A great find right in the city center that I highly recommend. Thank you for that wonderful moment of calm and cool air on a hot day.

26/10/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery and a great lesson in resilience! ❤️ We chose to stop at this crêperie after being moved by the damage it suffered during the recent protests, particularly the burned parasols. We wanted to support this restaurant in our own small way. And what a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed a generous savory waffle topped with crispy breaded chicken, potatoes, cheese, and sauce, accompanied by a salad, as well as a delicious Nutella crêpe for €5.50. The portions were generous, the food was flavorful, and we left satisfied and delighted! The service was impeccable. The waitress who looked after us from beginning to end was smiling, attentive, and very pleasant. After reading some of the Google reviews, I must admit I was very surprised! The prices mentioned, the criticisms about portion sizes, or even the service, don't reflect our experience at all. I read, for example, that a Nutella crepe cost €7.90, whereas we paid €5.50 for ours. Experiences can obviously vary, but I'm glad I didn't check those reviews before our visit, as they could have put us off this place! Beyond the meal, what particularly touched me was the positive energy of the team. Despite the damage, they chose to decorate their parasols for Halloween, bringing a touch of cheer to a difficult situation. I saw it as a beautiful demonstration of resilience, creativity, and a determination to keep moving forward. Generous cuisine, a warm welcome, and above all, wonderful human energy. Well done to the whole team! We had a fantastic time on Place de la Comédie and we'll gladly return. ❤️👏

26/08/2026: We usually shop at this store where it's located and have never had any problems before. But this time everything was different. We were pressured into buying something that wasn't part of the basic package, and the other saleswoman was incredibly rude to our 4-year-old daughter. It's a shame that these saleswomen have tarnished our previous impression; we won't be going back. Perhaps a change of staff should be considered. 😡

12/10/2026: A beautiful restaurant with a charming Alsatian setting. Thank you to the very friendly and helpful waiter for the second helping of butter, as well as the rest of the team. As for the food, the value for money is excellent. A minor point, however, was the skate, which was a little bland for our taste, but this is a small detail considering the overall experience. The bar in front of the restaurant is also worth a visit: the cocktails are very good, and thank you for the recommendation of the young Gewurztraminer – a great discovery!

14/09/2026: Nice food, but atrocious service. We came for an anniversary meal, we were sat in a nice area with good ambience. Then the problems started. We were given a menu and brought some water, we then waited 40 minutes and had to ask twice before someone came to take our order and bring a wine list. We finally got wine and ordered food 55 minutes in. We were then served amuse bouche where one was meat which we couldn't eat as no one had asked about our dietary requirements. The other two were nice, the crab one especially. Entré arrived 1hr 10mins, langoustine carpaccio, which was nice, but maybe a little small. Mains arrived about half an hour later and whilst they were nice, they were a bit cold suggesting they had sat for a while before being brought out. Monkfish tail and cod dishes were tasty, but the temperature did detract from them. After finishing, we were asked if we'd like dessert, which we said yes to. 40 minutes later no dessert menu. We decided to cut our losses and ask for the bill, this took two attempts. We were brought some end of meal petit four, which normally would have been great with coffee, but this was clearly a realisation that something had gone very wrong. It took 2hrs 40 mins for 2 courses. We had 5 different waiters and a combination of slow and cold food. Service gets 1 star instead of 0 because there was a young lad who was most likely a stagiaire and doing his best despite being surrounded by chaos. Ultimately, this was a meal ruined by poor service. The food would have been nice, but it'll never work if it's late and cold.

19/09/2026: A simple French restaurant, more suited to locals than tourists, serving fresh, homemade food, expertly prepared, with good service and very reasonable prices (Saturday set menu €17 without drinks in September 2026). Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

26/10/2026: What a disappointment! The salmon pasta was cold and tasteless in one dish, and the scallops in the other two were barely lukewarm with a cold sauce. The dishes were sent back to the kitchen, but upon their return, they were exactly the same. Another return wouldn't have changed anything; when something's a failure, it's a failure. A true professional wouldn't have let this slide.

25/10/2026: We went to Villers-sur-Mer to see the scallop festival and enjoy lunch, as well as buy some scallops for home. The restaurant staff gave us a warm welcome and we were invited in. The oysters were fresh and perfectly briny – as they should be – and the scallops were simply delicious! Furthermore, all the waitstaff took care of every table – as soon as customers left the restaurant, their tables were cleared, cleaned, and reset for the next guests. And everyone did so with a big smile and a few jokes. Even though the restaurant was full, it wasn't noisy. Highly recommended!
