04/05/2026: Excellent meal, a friend introduced us to it, frankly we don't regret it, the food was super and amazing.

03/05/2026: We came for a group lunch with a menu decided two months in advance. Five of us were served undercooked chicken (!!!!!). The plates were taken away, barely reheated, and then mixed up among the diners…!! And there wasn't a single gesture of goodwill or apology. "The meat was cooked at a low temperature," we were told. Five hours there for a bland and disorganized group lunch… Avoid this place. The first time we came in November, the waiter broke the cork in the wine bottle and dared to serve me with it… but we let it go. Not this time.

13/07/2026: I stopped by around midnight yesterday and I want to thank the woman who served me for her promptness and warm welcome. It makes me want to come back.

12/07/2026: Without exaggerating, I've never seen anything like it in any of the restaurants or fast-food places I've ever been to. It's not just a bad experience, it's downright appalling. We arrived at this McDonald's around 11 p.m. with a disabled person and asked to be seated. I should mention that two very kind customers helped us get the wheelchair through the door. The sofa and table were filthy. There was a pile of squashed fries on the floor and a sauce drip on the table that was impossible to miss. I looked for an employee and was lucky enough to see a Black manager (or maybe it was the manager because he was wearing a black vest and shirt) approaching me. Right away, we got a comment about the cast on the leg that the person in the wheelchair wasn't allowed to put on a chair (medical recommendations to improve blood circulation). That already put us off a bit. I told him we'd like to sit at that table, but it had been soiled by previous customers. What happened next was something I'd never seen before. The guy showed me a dish towel in the corner with some water and said, "If it's dirty, you clean it." I was stunned. I wondered if the guy was serious. First of all, he was using the informal "tu" with me, but we didn't know each other. Secondly, I said it wasn't my job to do it and that I wasn't a waitress. To justify himself, the guy said the last servers had left. In a McDonald's that closes at 4:00 AM, seriously?? Our first thought, quite naturally, was to tell this gentleman the rest and get out of there. Not only did this man have absolutely no respect for people with disabilities, but he had the nerve to point us out and open the door for us. We left in shock, openly asking him if he could even look at himself in a mirror. Frankly, this is unacceptable and practically discriminatory. And this won't be the end of it. We fully intend to report this to the channel's management. This person needs to learn basic respect and also change careers, especially to something other than customer service; the world will be a better place for it!

26/06/2025: No air conditioning in the rooms, a no-go in summer

22/06/2025: Good hotel in a strategic location for us in the French Alps. With 58 Dutch biker friends we were very hospitably received here with good rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Also the shower was for me one of the best I have ever had anywhere. We will gladly come back here again.

08/07/2026: Caesar salad €22 without tomatoes, onions, peppers, or corn… just lettuce, parmesan, and breaded chicken swimming in dressing… Meh.

04/05/2026: Excellent brunch with plenty of choice. Welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful setting. We will definitely return. You can go there without hesitation!

30/04/2026: I left feeling disgusted by the food: bad spring rolls, fried rice that resembled porridge, tasteless steamed dishes, and everything was cold. Luckily, the beer was cold, and they didn't brew it themselves. We'll never go back.

13/05/2026: Excessive price considering the advertised standard and the reality. Monday evening: only one chicken dish available. No prawns, scallops, or filet mignon due to staff shortages, and I wasn't notified or compensated for the inconvenience.

13/05/2026: We had a lovely family weekend in Nantua, a region we hadn't visited before. The ferry terminal was the perfect place to recharge our batteries after busy days.

13/07/2026: The letter in English does not match the letter in French. It was difficult to order dinner. The entrecote was a simple pastado del punto steak. Poor air conditioning

18/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant! We wanted to eat there yesterday, May 17, 2026, but arrived at 8:30 PM, even though they're open until 9 PM. The waiter told us they weren't taking any more customers because the chef wanted to go home. He should just stay home! There were only six customers in the restaurant, while the butcher shop and Léon's were packed. This restaurant needs to close down quickly. Go somewhere else where you'll be welcomed with a smile.
