25/09/2026: Our entire experience was ruined by a very rude and obnoxious blond waitress. I rarely write poor reviews and prefer not to, but she is just an awful human being. I hope the owner and manager sees this and watches how she treats customers, not only the locals. I likely will not be returning to the area, but I encourage others not to visit this restaurant simply given the lack of simple decency by this one woman and server.

11/07/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us. We were very disappointed. The quiche and salad (I had to search for the bacon bits, it was sickeningly rich with too much cream) were delicious. My husband asked for bread for his saucy dish (we're still waiting for it). Then we ordered gourmet coffees, and I had to ask for them twice... and the second time, they told me they had to make the coffee... which was served after 40 minutes.

17/08/2026: We went to this place for dinner (late and without a reservation – our mistake) because I had very fond memories of it as a child. We were served by a woman with tattoos and lip piercings. She was one of the most unpleasant and rude people we've ever encountered. I understand that one is tired after a long day at work, but I believe that people should be treated with respect and not spoken to with contempt, especially when we had only asked if there was room for two. I'm giving the restaurant a 1 not for the food, but for the service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

05/10/2026: Perfect for relaxing after a long day at work. Very close to the Ibis hotel, and the food is homemade. I had a great time, thank you for the delicious burger.

25/09/2026: We bought 2 pizzas— and they were magnifique. The staff are passionate people, present at the work and delivering really outstanding pizza with a lighthearted smile, local veggies and Italian Parmesan… If I remember correctly. I’d appreciate some vegan-cheese options too which would massively improve my experience, but the pizza is already a delicious masterpiece!

24/09/2026: I went to this café for drinks with friends. The service was slow and very unpleasant. I received a sexist comment from the older waiter when I ordered a second beer. The second waiter (younger, dark-haired) told my friend, who was asking for a carafe of water, "I'm not serving your table, I've told you ten times already," even though she hadn't asked him for anything. At €12 a pint, one would appreciate more respect, decency, a smile, and simply decent service. Avoid at all costs.

16/10/2026: What can I say about a restaurant that has kept only the name but has lost all its former glory? I used to frequent this restaurant regularly before it was taken over and renamed Best Western. The food was good, excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Now they can't even make fries properly. After several requests and complaints about the cooking of our dishes and fries, the problem remains unresolved. It's a disgrace for a restaurant. Avoid at all costs.
