13/07/2026: Hello, We've been coming to eat here for two days now. Yesterday we came, the service was very good, but for dessert I ordered a tiramisu and it was runny. We figured it wasn't a big deal, so we got a refund. The next day we came back and ordered another tiramisu, and it was runny again. Otherwise, the service was very good overall.

18/07/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience today. Upon arrival, our table wasn't ready, and we waited 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, let alone brought us the menu. There was barely a greeting; the welcome was cold and unfriendly. The appetizer arrived without cutlery or glasses. We waited another 15 minutes before we could start eating. Just 5 minutes later, the main course was served, even though we hadn't finished our appetizer. As a result, the main course had time to get cold. We asked for sauces for the fries and a carafe of water. After waiting 10 minutes without seeing anything arrive, we had to get up and go to the reception desk to ask for them, also requesting salt and pepper. We waited another 10 minutes. The sauces and water finally arrived, but we never received the salt or pepper. In addition to the very disappointing service, the fries were hard and unappetizing. The waitresses were also very unpleasant, giving the impression that we were bothering them with every request. Unfortunately, this isn't our first visit, and every time there's a problem. Between the lack of organization, the endless wait, the unprofessional service, and the subpar food, the experience is truly disappointing. It's a shame, because we've given this establishment several chances, but this time was the last.

11/07/2026: Hello, I used to come to the bakery in the morning after my workout! But since the change in management, the atmosphere is completely different! I'm quite disappointed, especially since just a year ago it was perfect.

20/01/2026: I placed an order less than an hour ago on Uber Eats for a Bolero pizza (with a free one, but never mind). I received two pizzas, but neither was a Bolero. I'm not going to blame the delivery driver; I don't think he prepared the order.

24/12/2025: I ordered online and I waited for one hour then they suddenly cancelled my order without any explanations! This is not acceptable!

16/05/2026: I recently returned and discovered traditional home cooking under the new chef; the portions were very generous and a real treat. I highly recommend it.

07/07/2026: Very expensive for the portion sizes offered. (Not enough fries, salad, etc.) Had to ask for water in glasses, no sauce provided. A good restaurant for tourists! However, the exterior is nice, especially the courtyard.

04/07/2026: Appalling service, it's hard to imagine anything worse… and yet they seemed to be pushing their limits 😅 Absolutely no friendliness, no sense of service whatsoever, and for the essentials of the meal (salt, pepper…), we had to ask the next table. Luckily, they were better equipped than we were. The restaurant experienced a brief rush of about an hour, apparently enough to turn the organization into total chaos: irritated glances, tension between servers, nonexistent communication… We weren't sure if we were in a restaurant or in the middle of filming a documentary about stress in the restaurant industry. The most entertaining aspect was undoubtedly the overall atmosphere: the “show” was clearly in the dining room, not on the plate. And to top it all off, a small mistake on the bill, like the cherry on top of an already slightly botched cake. Luckily, we checked, otherwise the experience would have included an unexpected extra charge. In short, an experience worth having… perhaps, but more as an observer than as a customer.

21/07/2026: Excellent restaurant. The food was perfect. The service was quite fast and the atmosphere very pleasant.

21/07/2026: Yesterday we ate at this restaurant in Anduze. The setting was lovely, the owner very welcoming, and all the servers very friendly. The food was truly excellent. The quality is on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant. The sausages were a delight, unlike anything we've ever had, the charcuterie board was very generously filled, and the steak tartare was a pure delight. Even if we hadn't been able to try everything else, we wouldn't have been disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant. From the owner to the servers, everyone was smiling, attentive, and very professional. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely be back to eat there.

25/05/2026: A small, quiet place with good, simple, and satisfying food. I highly recommend this nice little restaurant; it's definitely worth the detour. The staff are welcoming and always smiling. The prawns are truly excellent ;)

22/07/2026: First and last time for me! Passing through the area and staying at a nearby B&B, I decided to try it… But honestly, it was nothing special!!! No atmosphere whatsoever, bland food, green beans straight from a can with a metallic, acidic taste. In short, I was disappointed. I told the receptionist, who said it was the first time they'd ever received a negative comment 🤔 I do wonder, though, about the mere 3.7 rating on Google; my bad, I should have checked beforehand… The service was quick, perhaps too quick. Maybe they should have focused on the food, the taste, the presentation… That's what you expect from a restaurant outing, even in a brasserie! The only positive point was the decent welcome, despite everything, but unfortunately, it's not enough to make me want to come back… Unsurprisingly, I don't recommend this place.
