19/07/2026: Stopped in for a coffee and breakfast with products from the bakery next door. Great welcome, lovely location, it's simple, efficient, and pleasant. Everything you could ask for in a nice spot like this. As a bar manager for over 20 years, I know a server who wants to spread good cheer, and that was definitely the case here. We'll be back.

16/07/2026: We came in for the reviews but.. We were in the shop less than 30 seconds. Came in, the guy didn't acknowledge us... after looking at the food on display you can see at FAT GREEN FLY touching the food!!!!!!! These flies breed in dead animals, feces and garbage!!! Omg we were so thrown off by it we ran out !!!

07/07/2026: The food was very good, thank you to the staff. However, I suppose it's the owner, but it's about time you spoke more respectfully to your employees and customers. A little courtesy wouldn't hurt... given the high staff turnover, it's not surprising. We've been several times, and we always hear the same remarks directed at the employees and at us customers. It's becoming a real issue within the company. It's a shame.

19/06/2026: I went there this morning to get a "Piedmontese Fresh Salad," supposedly made with halal chicken, shallots, mayonnaise, potatoes, parsley, and wholegrain mustard. Well, the description itself clearly states it's nothing like a Piedmontese salad. What I ended up with was boiled potatoes covered in mayonnaise, tomato wedges, and lamb's lettuce. There was absolutely no trace of chicken, not even a tiny crumb. And all this for €8! I know times are tough for everyone, but where are we headed with prices like that, when you end up eating boiled potatoes with slightly improved mayonnaise? I'm disappointed with this dish.

21/06/2026: Excellent service despite the large crowds for the Fête de la Musique.

21/06/2026: They refused to serve me even a simple glass of water when I was on the verge of fainting. Which, if I remember correctly, is required by law? And unfortunately, the waiter was rather unfriendly.

05/07/2026: July 2026, Brasserie du Théâtre, Annecy. A party of six for dinner, table set for five. I took an empty chair next to us, and the waiter arrogantly told me, "Put it back." I reminded him that it was his job to take care of the customers. All the staff were unpleasant, clearly because we were tourists. No apologies, no solutions offered. You may hate tourism, but it's thanks to us that you make a living. One star, unacceptable.

16/06/2026: We stopped by this morning. We were disappointed by the distant, cold welcome from the saleswoman! She didn't even wait for us to leave before turning her back on us. It's a shame, our dessert was good.

21/06/2026: Waited about 30 minutes for probably the grossest iced tea I’ve ever had. Ordered food and asked for it to go and was returned by extremely rude remarks, very understaffed and lots of complaining from other customers about ridiculous wait times and horrible customer service. Not to mention that the prices here are RIDICULOUS for absolute mediocre food and small portions. Please save your time and do not fall for this tourist trap scam of a cafe.

14/06/2026: Really bad customer service. I spilled my (6.50 euros!!) flat white because their lid is really hard to fit on, and they refused to give me a new one. It’s a classic type of Mont-Martre tourist trap, they have so many passers-by that they don’t care about repeated customers or any type of traditional service to be expected in a professional cafe. They don’t need to, it’s filled with tourists that makes 99% of their clientele. Just good at taking the money.

22/05/2026: The hotel was excellent, with very friendly staff. They have an excellent kitchen and a reasonably extensive wellness area. In addition, there is a very beautiful garden where it is pleasant to spend time. The location was by the river, a 5-minute walk from the center.

12/07/2026: Avoid this place! The carrots aren't fresh, and it's expensive for what it is. It's low-quality school cafeteria food.

24/06/2026: The room was bright and well laid out, with a nice buffet area. The air conditioning worked perfectly despite the heatwave, and the staff were friendly, smiling, attentive, and always available. The buffet was pleasant and appetizing, and the homemade food was very good with a wide variety of choices. Excellent value for money. A highly recommended option.

05/07/2026: A great start to the season for the warm welcome, friendly staff, and delicious group meal. We also enjoyed drinks and ice cream throughout the day. We stayed during a club weekend at the bike park. I highly recommend this place. They sell merchandise 🤗 Thanks 👍
