07/10/2026: The pizzas are edible, but the dough is rubbery, and on top of that, they're expensive. The kitchen staff is very unpleasant, with no customer service whatsoever. Do they charge for a smile?
We made a special trip because the rain prevented them from sending their delivery drivers, which I understand, but I expected a warmer welcome. Just a basic welcome, really.
07/10/2026: Perfect, delicious pizza and impeccable delivery service. The lady on the phone was very pleasant.

20/03/2026: Exceptional cuisine, from appetizer to dessert, everything to delight your taste buds. What's more, everything is homemade. If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, don't hesitate; you won't be disappointed. The ambiance and service are on par with the food. This restaurant deserves a Michelin Guide review.
05/03/2026: We booked a table for nine, but unfortunately, only seven of us arrived at the last minute and we mentioned it upon arrival. We were immediately attacked before we were even seated for not having given prior notice. We apologized and asked for an explanation, but instead of a sympathetic response, we were met with a rigid and unresponsive person. After several minutes of discussion, another person arrived and made things even worse, so we decided to leave.

It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary.
Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away!
The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child.
The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm.
And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors!
A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet.
I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!
28/10/2025: We had booked a lunch table and received confirmation from the manager. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We waited for over 15 minutes beyond our reservation time, but there was no sign that it would open.
I do not recommend it.

06/08/2026: We had a drink on the terrace around 11 am today, August 6th. Between the wheat beer (which turned out to be blonde), a "blonde, blonder" beer, and two (small) scoops of ice cream served after a 22-minute wait, we were still waiting for the water... We were treated to the owner's good humor, as he cleared and cleaned the table without saying a word to us, even though we were still seated and had barely finished our drinks. A real treat!
23/07/2026: The homemade dishes and ice cream are excellent! Despite the staff appearing understaffed, the service was impeccable, and we had a very pleasant time.

A special thank you to the staff and the exceptional attention of the owner who welcomed us. Adults and children alike were pampered.

07/07/2026: It's impossible to reach them despite several calls and voicemails on different days and times… and when you go there in person, it's almost as if you're bothering them. They bluntly tell you that without a reservation, it's not possible.
30/06/2026: It's a shame the interior isn't air-conditioned when it's 40 degrees Celsius, despite the generous shade under the trees.

I ordered an omelette which came with a lovely salad bread and frites (not that I like frites) but everything else was lovely and sufficient and here I am again four weeks later and Leo and his staff are just as beautiful and the food is just as good
