11/05/2026: Very good hotel. The room was functional and clean with a comfortable bed. Very good breakfast.

07/12/2025: Our experience, after a night spent at the Hôtel de Bourgogne in Saulieu, included a very pleasant exchange with our host. While the room was admittedly rustic, the bedding was impeccable. Impersonal hotel chains are not for us. We had a delightful encounter with the owner. It all started with a Cuiralatre counterweighted rotisserie that stood proudly in one of the dining rooms. We also learned about the creation of Courtepaille in Burgundy by Jean Loisier, the brand's founder. We learned a great deal and wish him well in passing on the torch; a lifetime of experience is priceless! One night from December 6th to 7th.

08/04/2026: I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a sole meunière with carrot parfait as my main course. Without warning, I was served a pan of tasteless vegetables that seemed to have come straight from a frozen bag. For dessert, I ordered a tarte tatin and received a meager circle of undercooked puff pastry topped with a quarter of a baked apple that had never seen a drop of caramel. Tasteless. When you advertise a tarte tatin, you don't serve a tiny apple pastry. I sent my dessert back, and to top it all off, I couldn't even get the crème brûlée; they were out of it. I would have been better off eating at a chain restaurant.

09/06/2026: Everything was very good and the food was delicious. The only slight drawback was the feeling that smoking had occurred or still occurs inside the establishment in the past, which isn't always pleasant for non-smokers. Otherwise, the service was good and the place was clean. I recommend it.

08/06/2026: Unacceptable! The owner smokes behind the bar. I do not recommend this restaurant. Lack of hygiene and professionalism. It's very noisy and unpleasant. It was a chance discovery, one visit but never again.

19/05/2026: My son, my husband, and I went during the "Open Farm Days" event, and it was incredibly interesting. We visited the ranch and received explanations from a passionate rancher. We were treated to demonstrations in the arena with the ranchers, and we also saw some young bulls. They have a superb hall, available for rent for events, located in the center of the ranch. And their charcuterie is absolutely delicious! 😍 Thank you again for this wonderful experience! We'll be back soon!

11/03/2026: The agency staff were very friendly and attentive. The apartment was very well located, right at the foot of the slopes as advertised. A few repairs were needed, such as a leaking toilet, a shower tap that needed replacing, and a patio door that needed fixing. Otherwise, we had a great week as a family in Les Menuires.

28/04/2026: The meal was decent, but nothing special. Cleanliness needs improvement. The most unpleasant aspect was the service: a bad atmosphere among the servers throughout the meal, with servers constantly complaining to customers. The same server was never assigned to the same table, items requested didn't arrive, requiring repeated requests, and servers were unfamiliar with the menu and drinks, unable to provide information. Some items were initially listed as out of stock but were later returned. We will not be returning.

25/02/2026: The experience could have been good with less of a wait (1 hour to take our order, 30+ minutes for the starter despite the restaurant being two-thirds full!). We asked for the wait to be expedited, but the waitress quickly brushed us off. The dishes were fairly good, although the meat was undercooked (the rare was blue and the well-done was just rare), and there were no fries. We do not recommend it.

16/02/2026: A small restaurant with wood-fired cooking that makes all the difference. 🔥 You can taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The owner and staff are truly lovely, smiling, and attentive. You can feel their genuine passion and desire to please their customers. We had a wonderful time, and it was also very good value for money. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return! 😊

12/07/2026: A large shopping center where you can find everything you're looking for: clothes, phones, etc. – the works, typical for this type of place. Including restaurants. It's so well located in this urban area that it's very often packed.

28/04/2026: A small but very pleasant restaurant, with a truffle fondue that's perhaps one of the best in Lyon. It's child-friendly and the service is very attentive.

23/04/2026: Two reservations cancelled, one at the last minute due to a supposed lack of cook and one for an undisclosed reason. This is starting to become a problem.

11/07/2026: However, sir, the morning welcome from your waitress and waiter was truly off-putting. Their attitude was icy, their lack of courtesy blatant, and the person with the headband displayed misplaced arrogance, acting as if they were the manager. You're going to lose a lot of customers, sir! You display a sign saying "We no longer take phone calls," but has this person even looked at themselves? The way they receive and treat customers is simply unacceptable and disrespectful. It's truly regrettable that the excellence of your work is completely ruined by such poor service. My opinion is also my feeling, and I have the right to express it. Sir, I will come to your establishment, but reluctantly, because I'm not judging your work, but your employees, which is what matters regarding the service. If you're on Google, it's also to get good reviews as well as constructive negative ones. I'm very surprised that you can't seem to grasp this. I did correct my words, but the reality remains. I want to reiterate that your bakery is, in my opinion, the best in Nîmes, taste-wise, but the level of service is utterly disastrous. I have the right to express myself this way. 06/06/2026: I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, a sum of money disappeared from my room without any sign of forced entry. It was as if the money had simply vanished into thin air, and what's most troubling is that there were no security cameras to shed light on the situation. I left the hotel around 8:30 p.m. and returned around midnight. During my absence, a valuable watch and an envelope of cash were stolen. Strangely, the watch was recovered, but there is still no trace of the money. This situation raises serious questions about the security and trustworthiness of this establishment. I expected quality service, especially in a hotel of this size. Guest safety should be a priority, and the lack of adequate security measures is unacceptable. I reported the incident to management, but I did not receive a satisfactory response. Therefore, I filed a complaint.
