I stopped by completely by chance on a Saturday evening for dinner. The owner gave me a warm welcome, and the service was excellent.
The local dish was delicious and very pleasant!
I have no experience with the hotel itself, only with the restaurant…
26/05/2026: I was just passing through and ordered a simple coffee to go. They asked for €3.50! After I commented on the price, she (the owner, I think) let me have it for €3! Shameful and petty! I don't usually leave reviews on Google, but on principle, I can't let this go.

22/06/2026: The meal was pleasant, but the chicken was a bit dry. The service was a little slow, but the atmosphere was nice.

11/09/2026: Good meal, good welcome, good service, just one downside, you end up at a table with strangers, no choice and that's not great.
27/08/2026: Friendly and welcoming owner. Efficient waitress. A complete €18 set menu with a varied buffet including starters, a hot main course with vegetables, cheeses, and desserts. Very good food. Very busy at lunchtime. A good place to eat if you're in the area.

12/08/2026: While cycling the Vagabonde, we received a very warm welcome. A friendly, no-frills campsite. I loved it. For campers, the owner reserves a shady spot by the stream. Perfect. Note that the restaurant is closed in the evening, but the bar remains open ;-) The swimming pool is a welcome treat after a day of cycling.
05/08/2026: Bike-friendly accommodation for two overnight stays. A quiet and shaded spot. The facilities are clean. The pool is lovely. We really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the genuine, welcoming attitude of the managers.

03/10/2026: A roadside diner...right in town! Excellent homemade food, varied daily specials at unbeatable prices, and efficient service. A must-try in Armentières.
Open for lunch only, Monday to Friday; reservations are highly recommended...especially on Fridays.
16/08/2026: My dad had tar in his molds, but they wouldn't change them... Disgusting.
Never again.
