17/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! We were staying at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The food is incredibly fresh, which is evident in every dish. The menu is intentionally small—3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts—which is very reassuring, as it guarantees high-quality, expertly prepared ingredients. The wonderful welcome also makes all the difference: the staff is warm and attentive. Finally, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality. A truly excellent place that I highly recommend!

11/02/2026: Booked through their platform. Very friendly welcome. The room was perfectly adequate. Secure parking space. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and despite it being full, the only waitress did her job while remaining very courteous! Simple dish at a reasonable price! This is my second time staying at Campanile Nature and I'm really satisfied with the service. Well done to the team!

09/07/2026: We were strolling around... We saw the daily special: mussels, fries, dessert... The restaurant was full, but the staff found us a table from inside, moved it outside, and voilà, the experience was perfect. Excellent mussels in generous portions. A generous dessert and a very reasonable price. Truly, an excellent place!

17/06/2026: They weren't serving free water even though the heatwave was stifling and they had no customers. The man was far too aggressive; in my opinion, he probably doesn't have any friends or family. 😬

14/07/2026: Perfect spot for brunch with friends, we got fresh juices, iced lattes, the breakfast burrito, the egg sandwich and the sloppy joe quesadilla, everything was delicious!!! fries as well. i definitely recommend

05/05/2026: The establishment offered good value for money. We found it clean, quiet, and very well located with ample parking. However, the breakfast room was very poorly soundproofed—a nightmare. And above all, despite choosing the half-board option, which we prepaid, we were charged a few euros extra instead of the main course. The manager himself responded with very curt, almost rude, comments. This was incomprehensible to us, especially since we had chosen and paid for half-board. The quality of the food was good, but once again, there was no sauce with the lamb shank, the asparagus was served with a cold mousseline, the risotto had a lukewarm Oxo-like sauce, the salad had no vinaigrette or dressing, and the crème brûlée was cold! The hotel is certainly not to be avoided, but the manager needs to ask himself the right questions and, above all, learn how to serve the customer.

05/05/2026: My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times. Our children even gave us a gift voucher last year. Since then, I have had a serious illness, and my wife has passed away from a rapidly progressing cancer. It is impossible to use the gift voucher before the expiry date: May 3, 2026. During several phone calls, management was informed. I also sent them several emails with supporting documentation requesting a simple postponement of the dates. I received no response, even though it was simply a matter of postponing the stay without any financial loss for the hotel. What contempt! Today, due to the hotel management's lack of humanity and business sense, the gift voucher is no longer valid, so I am giving only one star (I cannot give less).

14/07/2026: An affordable daily special with excellent service! Ideal for discovering Vidauban

14/06/2026: We're on holiday in the area. We went to the Sunday market in Vidauban and then wanted to eat in the lively village square. What a mistake to choose this brasserie! Fish and chips, basic as a main course. Unwashed salad, sand and fruit flies, overcooked fries, reheated in cold oil. As for the fish, it was edible considering I was sitting by the kitchen window and it was unwrapped from a tray. So I went to the counter to say that it wasn't acceptable. The owner told me he would take care of our plates himself. It came back with salad still unwashed, sand, fries in yet another deep fryer, and fish. The same plate with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and two cherry tomatoes added. The waitress was very friendly and offered us scoops of ice cream or coffee, which was complimentary. But at €15.50 a plate, it's a rip-off of tourists. I have a photo to prove it, but I can't seem to share it.

18/06/2026: A very warm welcome despite a packed terrace and a busy schedule with a table of 20 people. The starter and main course were delicious and homemade. The wine selection was also excellent. A great place to eat.

27/06/2026: Great restaurant! I always get the same dish when I come, I'm so used to it that my egg-free Bolognese pizza is always ready when I arrive 🤣 Thank you for this loyalty, a real source of relaxation to recharge in the afternoon ☺️

08/06/2026: To be clear this place is busy all the time. This means that if you go prepared to wait a long time for food then you are in luck. Two stars does not reflect the waitress ans waiters just the delay. I.e. this is an afternoon or evening out and not somewhere for a quick bite. It has the right balance of price and quality. Menu in French and English. Visited 3 times over a weekend. Had Coquilles Saint Jacques. Moules Marinier. Steak (don't bother unless you get the fillet). Pork ribs. Really nice service and atmosphere. Puddings include wide variety if ice cream, dame blanche and banana splits! Kids had those but they looked delicious. 3 course menus between €21 and €26 although maybe a little more at weekends. Wine not included but lots of choices for half-bottles.

27/06/2026: Frankly, we were disappointed with the food. We opted for the brunch menu, and it was dry and lacked sauce. The French toast was reheated. The hot drinks were good, and we had to ask twice for ice. It's a shame about the setting, as the location and ambiance are quite pleasant.

22/06/2026: Very disappointed with this brunch. The egg muffin was really dry and bland. Overall, the brunch was nothing special and not worth the trip. I don't think I'll be back.

05/07/2026: We passed through the town of Quillan on our way back from vacation, and what a way to end a holiday on a sour note! No welcome, no ice in our glasses, and then we asked for a carafe of water—no response. We felt like we were bothering them when all we wanted was to cool off in 40-degree heat.

15/04/2026: We chose a 4-star hotel hoping for a good night's sleep. But here, it's impossible to sleep with the room at 27-28 degrees Celsius. The air conditioning doesn't work in April, or at least the manager refuses to turn it on (it's a centralized system), and it's impossible to sleep with the window open because the highway is right next door. In short, two horrible nights and unhelpful staff. We had a child with us who didn't sleep at all, and it completely ruined his visit to Futuroscope. I only gave it two stars because the breakfast was good. Avoid this hotel!

13/04/2026: I am very disappointed with this hotel. It's not a 4-star hotel! No toiletries in the bathroom (makeup remover pads, cotton swabs, etc.). The cup was a cardboard one (a glass one would be better). The carpet was in poor condition. And the restaurant is awful!!! What does 4 stars even mean? When you stay in this type of hotel, you expect good service. What a shame!

11/06/2026: We had lunch there last Saturday. It was very busy, but the staff were excellent and very efficient. The meal was delicious and quite generous. The setting is also pleasant. I recommend it.

25/07/2026: A very nice room with plenty of space and pleasant decor. The waiter and waitress were very friendly. The food was excellent: beef carpaccio and tartare, burgers, strawberry soup, and ice cream. The restrooms were clean! Nice terrace. When arriving from the parking lot, the exterior could be a bit more "maintained," but children (and adults) can play a little ping pong, soccer, or pétanque ;-)

14/07/2026: Superb place, amazing dining room, lovely outdoor area. Top-notch service, varied menu. Very reasonable price for the quality and quantity. I highly recommend it.

03/05/2026: We went for lunch and ordered the set menu. All the dishes were a feast for the eyes and a delight for the palate. I would eat there again in a heartbeat.

26/04/2026: The establishment cancelled our reservation for February 14th. They claim to have tried to contact us—this is false. No calls, no voicemails, no emails received. Our Dutch phone number was correct, as was our email address. It's hard not to wonder if the table was simply reassigned to a customer deemed "more valuable" that evening… When we called to find out what was going on, there was no clear explanation or acceptance of responsibility. Very disappointing for an establishment of this caliber. A lack of professionalism and customer service.
