05/08/2026: I'm so glad I didn't listen to the harsh opinions of some who compare this place to much more expensive restaurants… A starter, main course, dessert, and coffee for under €18, and everything was delicious. The waitstaff cleared the table and offered great advice—10/10, much better than in most places. Big plus for the desserts, which are all homemade by a pastry chef 😋 A place to keep in mind if you're in the area on your lunch break!

10/07/2026: My boyfriend and I came to eat here last night. It's wonderful to find a modern, good-quality restaurant with great value for money right by the sea in Arcachon. The restaurant is beautiful, and the food is delicious and affordable for a place like Arcachon. We were also served by Kiss, an attentive and caring waiter who brought a real sense of joy to the table. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back!

11/04/2026: The welcome was adequate, the menu limited, and it's a shame to have an outdoor banner advertising a pizzeria restaurant but not serving pizza! A bit disappointed as that's what I came for, but otherwise, it was fine overall.

22/03/2026: The Amateur Photographers' Union, following its General Assembly, gathered at the footbridge for a meal among board members. A warm welcome, impeccable service, and special attention to children. Don't hesitate to book with them.

29/06/2026: We were in the streets of Le Lude looking for a restaurant when a kind gentleman (Jean) stopped his car on the sidewalk. He recommended Auberge des Isles and even called for us since it was almost 1 p.m. It's wonderful that there are still such thoughtful people around! 👍 The restaurant is lovely, with a terrace overlooking the river. The waitresses are energetic, friendly, and have a great sense of humor. The food is excellent (homemade). Very good value for money. Thank you again for this very pleasant experience.

28/07/2026: I spent 44 minutes waiting in front of the drive-thru booth for my order, which had been packaged in front of me for 30 minutes. Terrible service, no attempt at customer service whatsoever.

22/07/2026: Today, July 19th, around 12:00-12:15 PM: I was having lunch with my family: EVERYTHING WAS FINE!! But next to me, a young couple... the waitress spilled a large glass of Coke on the woman... it was everywhere, on her dress, on the table, on the chairs... the waitress didn't clean anything and put the tray on the "filthy" table... she left and came back with the husband's tray and put it on the same table. It was dripping everywhere... the young couple didn't dare say anything and left... The people nearby were shocked. A woman filmed it and said she was going to post it to McDonald's France... and contrary to what McDonald's told me, no, the table wasn't cleaned right away. 10 to 15 minutes later, she was still in the same state... it is true that there was a crowd, but still.

04/07/2026: A very good find. The duck breast with morello cherry sauce was delicious, as were the beef pear skewers. A small menu, but that's a sign of quality. A nice bonus is the outdoor terrace!

07/06/2026: I was particularly disappointed by the lack of humanity shown by this establishment. Refusing tap water to a cyclist in the sweltering heat is unacceptable, especially since we were paying customers (over €20 spent). A local shop should be a place for social interaction and mutual respect, not just a cash register. A little empathy would have been appreciated.

22/05/2026: If only there were more shops like this, with so much choice, quality, and above all, such friendly staff. Many young people go to fast food restaurants when there's something like this just a stone's throw from the city center. Finally, a delicious dish of the day with a variety of meats at a great price! Everything was reheated and served with kindness. Thank you! We're from Italy and were lucky enough to find you, so we didn't have to eat the same old restaurant fare. Good luck!

14/07/2026: Terrible experience, both in terms of the food and the broadcast of the France vs. Spain match. Food: The rump steak was bleeding (it had clearly defrosted quickly), and the green beans were barely cooked...completely tasteless. As for the match: The TV was ridiculous, and the sound outside was nonexistent. Honestly, invest in an 86-inch TV; you can find them for 500 bucks. It's shameful to offer a broadcast of a match that you can watch a thousand times better at home.

22/07/2026: Just so you know, I was served an expired burrata, and they made me pay for it… The waitress said she tasted it, but I saw the cook throw it away in front of me…

31/12/2025: 6 euros for a "hot chocolate" that turned out to be cocoa powder diluted in milk, served in cardboard cups. And it was so diluted it was more white than brown. This is extremely disappointing for an ice cream parlor, especially considering the price.

31/12/2025: What is this inedible chocolate ice cream?? I took a teaspoon of ice cream and immediately spat it out! How can you make ice cream that bad? Even the worst store-bought ice cream at 15 cents for a 35-pack is better
