22/08/2026: A pleasant surprise! We stumbled upon it by pure chance, passing through the region. Super friendly welcome, refined cuisine and unbeatable value for money – the kind of small restaurant we wish we could find more often.

07/07/2026: Absolutely avoid this place! The rude staff threatened us to leave their hotel and parking lot! We booked a room for €120 for three people, and the parking fee of €10 for one night wasn't even included in the price. The room smelled musty, the bathroom looked like it was from the war era—it's not a hotel, more like a haunted house. The photos are nothing like reality.

06/09/2026: We stayed overnight at the hotel and decided to eat in the restaurant. After about 25 minutes, we finally received the menu. When we asked about it, the waitress couldn't explain, in either French or English, what, for example, the Butcher's Cut of the Day was. (At the next table, a man who arrived after us was already being served bread and water after about 20 minutes, while we were simply ignored.) For the sake of simplicity, we then asked about the vegetarian menu. She promptly disappeared to get a colleague, but this colleague never appeared. So, after about 40 minutes, we got up and left the restaurant. We drove into the village to another restaurant where we had a good meal and received friendly service. For a four-star hotel, such a restaurant is a disaster.

13/09/2026: Never order tarte flambée at James'On. We ordered two tarte flambées, which cost €12.50 each, only to receive small frozen ones from Picard, priced at €2.99 for the pair. I doubt the grated cheese added on top and the labor justify the (25 - 2.99) / 25 = 88% markup.

09/09/2026: The welcoming person was very pleasant, and the sea view was good. However, the waiter seemed to spend his time vaping as opposed to tending drinks tables at sunset. And most importantly, they were the two worst cocktails I’ve ever had in an establishment, regardless of price, for which this is at the top end. Both were watered down, and I say both, I can assure you I would not have ordered a second myself, I refer to mine and my girlfriends. Margarita was just vile, and had table salt as the rim. Caipirinha was low quality, watery, probably had 10ml of rum max. Only up to 2 stars to try and be fair as we did not eat here. Should have stuck to a beer or a wine to avoid disappointment, but the person making cocktails here needs some help, or a new job. €28 badly spent

06/09/2026: I think the food is fairly priced, given the location. The sunbeds are expensive everywhere so honestly, they are just aligned with the others beach clubs. Would recommend paying a tiny bit more and staying on the Pier!

20/08/2026: A wonderful discovery. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the welcome was excellent. The meal was superb. We highly recommend it.

07/08/2026: We had lunch on the terrace today; the setting was lovely, shaded, and peaceful. The meal was delicious; we had a quenelle made by the chef, which was not only enormous but also excellent! For dessert, the floating island was also very generous and tasty! It came with good bread! It was perfect!

12/08/2026: It's advertised as suitable for children aged 0 to 3. We didn't really see how. The photos are misleading. When you arrive, it's clear you can't leave a 19-month-old on the play structure. There's no suitable 0-3 year old area. It's a shame we drove 40 kilometers only to find that out once we got there. The little one crying because we left without playing was just not good.

28/10/2026: I suspected it wouldn't be amazing, but on a Monday night, we thought it wouldn't be so bad, and above all, not very expensive. Big mistake. What I really want is for customers who frequent these kinds of places not to think they've formed an idea of ​​what Asian cuisine is. Every dish is an insulting heresy to every ingredient. We've never eaten so badly in our entire lives. On the other hand, the wine was a big surprise and delicious 😮 The atmosphere was noisy and impersonal. We tried many things to find something good, from appetizers to desserts. But right to the end, everything was very bad and poorly cooked. I will never go back to these all-you-can-eat establishments. There's no secret to it: the quality suffers from the large quantity. A disaster. That said, this experience gave us a good laugh, but was the indigestion worth it? I'd recommend a proper Asian restaurant instead; it won't be more expensive, it'll be more authentic, and so much better. Oh yeah, the bill: for two people with a bottle of wine and two beers, it cost us over 70 bucks! 🤯🤢

27/10/2026: Nice little restaurant where you can eat all kinds of food, not just Asian. The dining room was a bit too hot. Also, the chandeliers could use a bit of cleaning.
