08/07/2026: Hello What a disappointment! We come every year, and this time we were very disappointed! The food was bland and not very generous! It felt like we were in a snack bar! The service was adequate but cold! We missed the old team! The atmosphere isn't the same anymore!

19/05/2026: We stayed two days at this hotel, which promptly charged us for breakfast upon arrival. The problem is that the hotel charged us for four adult breakfasts instead of two (I imagine the staff couldn't distinguish between children aged 1 to 6 and an adult), and despite a promise of reimbursement, nothing has been done. I should add that we didn't have internet access in our room. I will remove my review if the refund is issued.

06/05/2026: Excellent welcome. The staff is pleasant. Breakfast is very basic.... I recommend keeping the scrambled eggs and sausages separate from the hot plate. Nice room.

23/05/2026: The hotel was closed upon our arrival. Without any warning. Thanks for the reservation, but there's no need to inform other guests.

03/05/2026: Warning: this establishment is permanently closed. We had a reservation on Saturday the 25th. Upon arrival, there was no one there. No information. It's shameful.

22/07/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The atmosphere and service were excellent, and the food was delicious—I highly recommend the accras! The price is very reasonable for the quantity and quality of the dishes; we'll definitely be back!

20/07/2026: No disappointment on my first visit to Les 3 Brasseurs. The place is warm and tastefully decorated. The waitress who took care of us was cheerful and friendly. The dishes were delicious.

15/07/2026: We came for dinner as a group of six. The food was generally good. However, the service was very disappointing. I won't even mention the particularly long wait for dessert, even though the restaurant was far from full. We also had to ask for bread, and then twice request a carafe of water and glasses. Despite this, no one responded to our requests. After waiting for quite some time, I finally had to get up and fetch the glasses myself from the bar so we could simply have a drink. It's a real shame, because with more attentive and responsive service, our experience would have been much more enjoyable. That said, I sincerely hope the team takes this feedback constructively and improves, as that's exactly what I told the person who was serving our table before we left.

23/04/2026: A lovely hotel that has retained all its pre-war charm. I felt like I'd stepped back in time. It's a shame I couldn't learn more about the building. I'd gladly return.

26/03/2026: I was excited to spend a night at the Hotel La Sirène during a business trip and enjoy its restaurant. I called several days in advance to make a reservation. Twice I spoke to a gentleman who told me he wasn't there and couldn't take my reservation. He assured me, however, that he had rooms available and that I could be accommodated. So, I arrived at the hotel on Thursday evening at 6:15 PM to find the doors locked and all the shutters closed. I called the hotel twice, but there was no answer. I had to drive an extra 35 km to find another hotel. You won't get my money. Appalling service.

03/07/2026: While in the area for the French Championship, I went to this restaurant and had a wonderful meal. The meat was grilled over a wood fire, giving it an excellent smoky flavor. The side dishes were generous (though not visible in the photo), the service was impeccable, and the setting was picturesque and pleasant. I recommend it 2000%! If you're hesitating between this restaurant and the Italian one next door, I strongly advise you to choose this one and forget about the Italian one, as the waiters there shamelessly harass customers.

26/07/2026: Yes, the view and setting are exceptional. The rest... WOW. This restaurant used to be such an institution, what has become of it? The only redeeming feature is the waiter (the one with the shoulder-length hair) who is as kind as he is professional. Kudos and thank you to him. The rest is a DISASTER. The owner, I presume (the elderly lady), is incredibly cold. She's so unpleasant it's quite shocking; even in the worst government office, you'd receive better service than from her. She doesn't say hello, looks us up and down when we arrive, doesn't speak, never asks if we're alright or if we enjoyed our meal, she (literally) throws the dishes on the table, she's incredibly rude to the poor waiter (who, unlike her, does his job perfectly), she berates him in front of the other customers, tells him he's useless, that her mother managed it so why couldn't he? She criticizes him, constantly berates him, tells him he's doing a terrible job, and the other waitresses (her daughters?) do the same. This waiter is truly courageous; in his place, I would have left a long time ago to find a job where I'm respected and my skills are recognized. The old woman criticizes the other customers in front of everyone. She acts the same way with every customer who arrives; it's awful, so unsettling when we saw her coming to our table. You should probably replace those table runners that are falling apart and riddled with cigarette burns... As for the food: well, it's not good, plain and simple. - The octopus carpaccio 😂😂😂, well, actually, it was a carpaccio of unseasoned tomatoes, sure, 70% salad, sure, but the octopus carpaccio? I'm still looking for it. Tiny, bland slices in an equally bland jelly, yuck. The medium-rare beef arrived blue, like, really blue. And that thing... don't even think about attacking it with baby teeth, you could easily lose a tooth, or rather, a piece of a hiking boot sole. The Seahorse salad, the house specialty! Well, 80% salad, a tomato, an egg, and some hearts of palm, and that's it, I think. Of course, not dressed at all, obviously, we had to do it ourselves. No salt, no pepper, no oil, nothing. And that costs around twenty euros, I think. Luckily, the bottle of olive oil on the table is good. The seafood platter, or something like that, was a tasteless ratatouille, two pieces of fish (okay, let's be honest, they were cooked well), a prawn in its shell, and that's it. Two pieces of fish, a prawn, a cookie cutter of ratatouille, and there you have it, 30 euros. Do you think we would have gotten a finger bowl? Since we have to peel the prawn ourselves, NO WAY! And again, no taste whatsoever, bland as hell. And for this marvelous meal, they rip you off on price! Of course. Roquebrune, the beautiful view, people will still come anyway. The dessert was good, though (all is not lost!). I think it's time for management to either get a serious dose of self-doubt—a major reassessment is definitely needed—or simply sell the place so this institution doesn't die or become just another run-of-the-mill restaurant. Stop trying to recapture what you used to be, because you're very, very far from it now. In short, I no longer recommend this restaurant. It's such a shame, considering the history of this place...

22/07/2026: Seaside location above a private beach (managed by the restaurant) with exceptional views of Menton. Decent meal with fresh, seasonal produce. It's a shame the menu isn't available online beforehand. Expect to pay around €50 per person including wine.

02/07/2026: Terrible experience, the waiters were arguing on the terrace, the owner was reprimanding all the staff in front of the customers, poor communication, I waited almost an hour for the bill.

30/06/2026: It's impossible to know the drink prices because there's no menu or QR code displayed. A Corona at €6.90, when the taps weren't working, seems excessively priced. They serve 33cl bottles of 1664 beer, then 25cl bottles when you order another. I understand it's not your fault if the taps aren't cooling properly, but you shouldn't take advantage of the situation.

03/06/2026: we waited 30 minutes for a pint of beer and a cocktail, despite reminding them every ten minutes. they were not busy at all either, which i would totally excuse if they were. we also got a planche and it was kind of basic - we asked for an L but they charged us for an XL… not a bad bar but not a super great one either

20/05/2026: Review of this hotel restaurant: We ate there while passing through. I'm being polite, but the meal gets a 0/20. Meat reheated in the microwave. Fries inedible, hard, black, microwaved. Fish cooked in the microwave and undercooked, barely defrosted. Even the toilets weren't clean. My advice: run far, far away. To answer your question, I'm a chef in a bistro-style restaurant, and I can tell you that your filet mignon was anything but low-temperature cooked. Low-temperature cooking results in flavorful meat that can be cut without a knife. Your filet was tough, dry, and inedible! No offense...

12/01/2026: We had an excellent meal, a lunch for two, right in the middle of the Christmas holidays. Very good value for money. Perfect welcome and service. We are not hotel guests. I recommend the restaurant.
