30/10/2025: The decor and style don't exactly make you want to linger. Now that we've addressed that issue, we can move on. I had a fantastic raclette, but the service was really lacking in tact. They could do much better.

07/06/2026: Very unpleasant service. Luckily, there are plenty of other Vietnamese restaurants in the 13th arrondissement. The soup wasn't even anything special. One more reason not to go back.

18/07/2026: Because I can't give it zero stars, they send you to the bars next door because the tables are already set for dinner service... at 5:40 PM!!! Avoid this restaurant at all costs; they turn customers away to avoid dirtying and washing two glasses on a Saturday during the sales!!!

01/04/2026: I wasn't expecting such a good restaurant in this location. The portions are generous and tasty, in line with the price. Personally, I thought the Caesar salad had a bit too much mayo. You definitely don't leave hungry! The atmosphere is rather blue-collar. It was a bit too noisy, though, as there's no soundproofing and the restaurant was full.

04/05/2026: I was very disappointed with my lunch at Le Grand Café de la Mairie. I ordered a Caesar salad which was far from satisfactory: wilted tomatoes, four small pieces of chicken, and to top it all off… stale bread. I wonder if the establishment has recently changed ownership or management, because the quality no longer seems to be there. At this price point, one would expect a minimum of freshness and a generous portion. It's a real shame, but as things stand, I don't think I'll be returning.

17/07/2026: I'm leaving this review to share a friend's experience, which deeply shocked me. Upon arrival, the waiter told her that all the tables were reserved and that no seats were available. Yet the restaurant was empty. About ten minutes later, another friend arrived and simply asked for a table: she was greeted with a smile and seated immediately, without any mention of a reservation. This difference in treatment gave my friend the distinct feeling that she had been discriminated against because of her appearance. This is a very concerning situation. All customers should be treated with the same respect and consideration.

12/07/2026: It could have been nice, but that was without taking the staff into account... I should have read the reviews before coming... we were thrown out like dirt at closing time... with loud slaps from a very unpleasant waiter... a simple "gentlemen, we're closing" would have sufficed... the awful feeling of being treated like cattle... never again!
