12/09/2026: We stopped here somewhat by chance after a stroll through Bercy Park and across the Simone de Beauvoir footbridge. There were two adults and two children, ages 11 and 13. We had a very good meal and received a very warm welcome. For starters, the tzatziki, the grilled vegetable bowl, and the bruschetta were excellent. For our main courses: flank steak with vegetables, poke bowl, and cheeseburgers. The grilled vegetables were truly delicious, as were the homemade fries. The waiter was very friendly, the view of the Seine was superb, and the children could play safely. The music was there without being too loud, just right. We had a wonderful time and it was a great find. We'll gladly come back!

08/09/2026: A lovely spot on the banks of the Seine. We had lunch there with colleagues. The service was very pleasant and the lunch menu offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I had a poke bowl which was quite good. Especially enjoyable in good weather.

03/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The service today was a little slow, but it didn't matter too much for us retirees. The portions were generous and very tasty.

31/10/2026: Incredible restaurant! The staff were so friendly and smiling, it was a pleasure! Especially when paired with such a delicious meal!! The duck breast with its sauce was simply divine, and the garnish was fantastic and plentiful! The view and the sunset were breathtaking!!!

14/10/2026: A must-visit, the food is simply magnificent. The trout, the lamb, the sides (gratin, vegetables…)—you get everything in reasonable portions on a beautifully presented, elongated plate. And the desserts!!! Need I say more? The blueberry tart, the crème brûlée, to name just a couple of the desserts we tasted. Best of luck to the whole team. A special shout-out to A and B, the managers (you make a great team).

19/09/2026: You need to have (a lot of) time… 1 hour and 50 minutes to eat the starter, which doesn't seem to require much preparation (a charcuterie platter, but very good nonetheless). Then we ended up getting takeout given the time we needed to have for lunch, especially since there weren't many people there. We didn't think we'd have to specify that we wanted to eat in under 2 hours. And unfortunately, when we got home, the portions were quite small: Cantonese rice that seemed to have come straight from the freezer with very little sausage rougail (the same goes for the fish). It's a shame because the place is very nice with its garden terrace. Perhaps we just had bad luck, but looking at the other reviews, we weren't the only ones with this opinion.

06/09/2026: A truly deplorable experience. We called the store twice before 11:15 PM, the posted closing time. The first person told us the store was closed and hung up on us. So we went there in person, and while we were inside the store before 11:15 PM, we were again told the store was closed, even though it was clearly open. The staff then even claimed we had never called, even though we had screenshots of our calls to prove it. It was only after we showed them the evidence that they finally agreed to take our order. Very unpleasant staff, completely unprofessional behavior, and appalling service. A shame, especially for a store located nearby. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Being pregnant, with a few specific cravings 😅, she truly went above and beyond to make me happy and ensure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. I don't usually leave Google reviews, but I wanted to take a few minutes to thank and congratulate her again. Despite the negative reviews I've read about this establishment, my experience was very positive, largely thanks to her. Thank you again, Fatima-Zahrae, for your kindness and attention; it truly makes all the difference! 🙏

26/09/2026: I'm not giving it one star because I can't judge the service since we didn't end up sitting down, and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and not completely ruin the reviews and ratings. We wanted to have ice cream and a drink on the terrace. We arrived and didn't know whether to sit on the terrace or serve ourselves at the counter. After asking upon entering, since no one came to greet us on the steps, we were told we could do as we pleased. So we said we would sit down since we had spotted an available table outside in the shade. We were told to pick up the menus on our way out, which I already found a bit much, especially since the two waitresses were chatting inside, but whatever, the weather was nice, it was the weekend, so it wasn't a big deal. So we took the menus and went to find a table, but unfortunately, other people had arrived in the meantime and sat down at the last remaining table in the shade. So we went to ask the staff if we could get a table in the shade (many tables and chairs were folded up), and they told us, "No, we're not adding any more tables, there's space inside or out front." We wanted to be outside, but not in direct sunlight, so I asked if we could have a parasol, and they didn't answer me; they just looked at me as if I were speaking Chinese. So we put down our cards and left. That's it, a lost sale. I find this behavior very unacceptable for a business. Your advantage is being one of the only ice cream shops open on the Place du Château in Aubenas on this last weekend of September. Luckily for you, because judging by the staff's behavior, there's nothing to encourage us to come back.

29/05/2026: OUTRAGEOUS!!! I've never stayed at this hotel and I certainly won't!! They accept dogs, but at €15 per dog per day! We wanted to book for 4 days with our two dogs; do the math, it's more expensive than the price of a room!!! This is a blatant refusal to allow dogs!!!

13/09/2026: What a disappointment... Everything looked tempting on the menu, but what a letdown as the courses progressed. As far back as I can remember, I think this is the first restaurant I've ever left hungry. As for the service, a 45-minute wait between the main course and dessert, with immediate payment... What a shame.

31/10/2026: I can't comment on the food since I took refuge there at the end of the day, caught in a downpour, for a hot cup of tea. I can, however, attest to the excellent service provided by a very gracious, professional, and efficient waiter. The portions were very generous and the quality was very good, all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely return to eat there; the menu is affordable and offers a wide variety of dishes.

22/10/2026: Beaulieu, pure bliss! I've been eating there every day for months. Always packed. The staff is welcoming, smiling, competent, and quick, even when it's busy. The portions are generous, beautifully presented, delicious, and appetizing. Excellent value for money. It's hard to find better elsewhere. I highly recommend it.
