06/08/2026: I'll keep it simple and short: the pastries are awful, completely tasteless! The staff is a disaster—you leave this place angry and upset by their behavior, and when you get home you're annoyed and disappointed to have paid so much for pastries that have no flavor! I absolutely do not recommend it!

05/08/2026: Good news: if you're looking for room fragrance, tea towels, chicken, or even a handbag, this former pastry shop is now the place for you. Less good news: if you came for the pastries, look elsewhere. Since the takeover, the quality has taken a serious hit, and so have the prices! More expensive, less good. As for the service, it's hard to imagine anything more unpleasant! In short, we're done with it; we won't be going back! The place used to have a real reputation, a real soul... Now it's just a run-of-the-mill "bakery-general store" concept.

23/07/2026: Delicious, we ate very well, the portions were generous, the prices were average, and the service was efficient!

22/07/2026: I called for lunch as I was passing it was a beautiful lunchtime and I enjoyed a ceasar salad on the terrace. The service was attentive. The food was delicious and good value at 16€

25/07/2026: 3 soft drinks and 1 water: 18.5 euros. No service. Glasses not clean.

19/07/2026: We sat for 5 minutes, then l a young man standing by our table - never said a word until we asked if we could help him - then we realized he was the server. Put our food order in with drinks. Never received our carafe of water. As soon as the food was served they asked for payment. No issue about that. Then the server proceeded to remove the plates and drinks not served 5 minutes previously. We stopped him and requested time to finish our meal. We felt rushed as if they wanted our table. As soon as we finished our meal and drink we gave our table to a couple looking at the menu. Please allow time to appreciate the meal and drink

19/04/2026: The food was a bit disappointing. But otherwise everything else was nice.

06/05/2026: Our experience was very mixed. Positive: - Comfortable bedding and a lovely view - The staff was very pleasant - The wine was very good (perfectly paired) - The view was beautiful, especially at sunset - Very quiet Negative: - For a seven-course dinner, we expected fresh bread, but it was dry. - The service was very slow; two and a half hours to eat is far too slow, especially since it wasn't really seven courses. The amuse-bouches aren't supposed to count as a course (we're used to Michelin-starred restaurants), and the rest of the meal should have been served quickly. - The room was shabby: peeling paint, noisy shower (when all they needed was a new faucet), and a bandage was used to repair the hairdryer... - There was a room with lots of board games, which was great! Except that the games are incomplete; we tested about ten of them, and there's always something missing...

05/05/2026: A haven of serenity (and delicious food) overlooking the mountains! An absolutely perfect stay at this aptly named establishment. From the moment you arrive, you're struck by the tranquility and the breathtaking view of the valley, but it's the welcome that truly makes the difference: warm, professional, and genuine. Spa: A pure moment of relaxation. The facilities are impeccable, and the view from the relaxation areas is simply magical. It's the ideal remedy after a day on the trails (or slopes!). I'll just mention the absence of a jacuzzi. There's a hammam, sauna, massage shower, and hanging chairs with a tea area. But no jacuzzi. Dining: Special mention for the restaurant! You can feel the genuine attention to local products, which are enhanced with finesse. It's top-notch, both for the palate and the service. The hotel's eco-responsible commitment (the first bioclimatic hotel in the region, if I'm not mistaken!) allows you to enjoy luxury guilt-free. In short, whether it's the attentive staff or the quality of the services, La Croix de Savoie is a rare find in Les Carroz. You come for the view, you stay for the experience. Thank you for this timeless moment!

05/04/2026: Sorry, but this was a very disappointing experience. The meal was not worth the price! Our plates were sent back to the kitchen almost full because it was so bad. We felt like we were bothering them! The waitress shouldn't confuse efficiency and speed with what customers might perceive as aggression. We hadn't even finished our aperitifs before our main courses were already on the table... The desserts were also underpriced... We paid almost 20 euros more than in other restaurants for a comparable meal!!!

03/06/2026: Lots of choices on the menu, very affordable prices. Located on a small pedestrian street, pleasant atmosphere. The food was good, but the service... oh my god, appalling! Three people serving the same tables who couldn't remember what had been ordered or brought a completely different dish instead?! I waited 20 minutes for my dessert because they couldn't find it on the menu—yes, it's clearly listed. The worst part is that they came to ask me three times for the name of this supposedly delicious dessert. Luckily, we had some very friendly neighbors at the next table, so we could laugh about it. The worst part is that it was the same story at every table. We reread our order twice to make sure they hadn't made a mistake, which was the case for the person in front of us. In short, the street is full of restaurants; keep walking when you see this one, you'll find better elsewhere.

24/04/2026: A memorable experience at Cloche. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor, featuring high-quality ingredients that immediately showed. Special mention to Léa, who was always smiling, efficient, and attentive, greatly contributing to making this moment even more enjoyable. A place to remember and recommend!

12/04/2026: They offer you dishes without telling you the price, and then at the end, they finish you off by saying, "YES," we warned you, and that's the price everywhere! The meat, however, was of the same quality as any basic chain restaurant. And don't even get me started on the condescending way they speak to you when you dare to give your opinion. Avoid at all costs!

03/08/2026: Well, disappointing. Had a cocktail and thought it would be a nice plate of cured ham... You be the judge: half a centimeter thick cured ham, and the owner claims it's supposed to be tasty. I'd love to hear your opinions... But the owner was a rude, stingy money-grubber... sorry to those who actually like this *bras* series...
