15/05/2026: A huge thank you and congratulations to Tiphaine at reception who calmly, patiently, logically, with a smile and a touch of humor, managed the disorganization of a group of nearly 80 people for several nights in a row, ensuring everyone had a room to sleep in safely. Beyond her professionalism, she demonstrated great compassion. The hotel is close to the Zenith concert hall, the rooms are very clean and quite comfortable. No complaints whatsoever :)

12/07/2026: I sat down in the back room with my friends, and the brunette waitress rudely ushered us out to block off the back area. Then she accused me of leaving the Kraft terrace without paying for three pints (even though I don't drink alcohol and had just arrived)... I explained that she was mistaking me for someone else, but she didn't believe me and then verbally attacked me?! A complete lunatic who confuses her customers and pressures my friends to order? A disgrace! Not even an apology... if you want a terrible time, I highly recommend it!

08/07/2026: On the shaded terrace, quality beer, but the meal was so-so... I ordered a steak tartare that was supposed to be prepared with a knife, but it was incredibly bland and, in my opinion, had been prepared in a meat grinder or food processor. It came with very greasy fries, but the salad served with it was well-seasoned.

18/05/2026: Appalling! A typical tourist trap!!! The staff are grumpy, the "homemade" aspect is questionable, and if it really is homemade, they should learn how to cook (it's cold, tasteless, the aligot was awful even though it's supposed to be the local dish)... come on, we were on vacation, and if you don't get ripped off at least once in this kind of "restaurant," you're not really on vacation... avoid it!

07/05/2026: While we had a package deal booked through an agency that included meals, drinks, etc., when it came time to pay the bill they refused to include wine. As a result, they got paid for the package by the agency plus the price of the wine. A real profit for them! At no point did they tell us that wine wasn't a beverage! We didn't make a scene, but frankly, we found it dishonest.

28/07/2026: I had a warm tomato and mozzarella sandwich, it was delicious with soft bread flavored with Provençal herbs – I loved it! Not to mention the homemade chocolate cookie which only confirmed the excellent meal I had. Thank you so much! It was delicious and the welcome was very warm and pleasant. I highly recommend it.

02/06/2026: Neither the shape, nor the smell, nor the texture—nothing indicates that it's a traditional baguette. It's a shame. They could do better with a little respect for Parisians.

31/12/2025: The food was served cold, then sent back to the kitchen and brought out again on the same plate after we had already eaten—probably just reheated in the microwave. This is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant with this reputation. In addition to being unacceptable in terms of quality, this raises a serious hygiene issue. Judging by the numerous negative reviews, I see that I am unfortunately not the only one who was disappointed.

15/07/2026: Excellent bakery. Personally, I always receive a very warm welcome. If the people who leave negative reviews about the service came with a smile and friendliness and didn't get defensive over every little thing, it might help.

13/07/2026: I came with my partner and parents. The starters (Around the Salmon) were as delicious as they were visually stunning, like a true work of art. For my main course, I ordered sea bream (substituted for whiting this time) with baby vegetables. The fish was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the vegetables had a slight crunch, creating a beautiful contrast (in addition to being truly delicious). The cheese plate was also very good, although some of the cheeses were still a little firm, but that's just a matter of taste. Finally, the gourmet coffee was more than satisfactory. Now, let's talk about the service. The staff was top-notch from start to finish, and they even joked back at our teasing. A truly wonderful discovery; I'll definitely be keeping this address in mind for future visits.

10/02/2026: I came with two children to eat in. The attendant told us at the entrance that the toilets were out of order, they were being repaired; we just needed to wash our hands before eating. And 30 minutes later, a customer went in... basically, they treat people like fools.

24/12/2025: Lydie and Eric make a great team, especially in the morning around 8:15. I highly recommend them. Eric might seem a little laid-back, but don't worry, it's part of his charm. Lydie, on the other hand, is very professional and always knows how to make us smile. 😊 Thank you both!

23/07/2026: Since the change of ownership, this bakery has become a drive-through where you go in, choose your bread, pay, and goodbye! However, the staff seem to be having a good laugh amongst themselves, and sometimes you get the feeling you're bothering them (to put it politely) by coming in to pick up a baguette. The quality/price ratio for the bread is very poor. For example, the "Pain Grand Siècle" (Grand Century Bread) is only 2/5 quality; I ate it the same day (bought at 9 am, already hard by 8 pm!!). Prices are on average 20 cents more expensive on all breads and pastries compared to other bakeries.

15/07/2026: A busy place where you meet lots of people. The food is good, nothing fancy. It's a shame the pastries aren't more elaborate. The welcome is always friendly, especially to people with disabilities like my son.

17/07/2026: Ordered a small they gave me a pretty small glass. Turns out that was their “big” while I didn’t ask for that. Specially said small. And then pretended they didn’t understand when i was paying. While i speak fluent french. Either be really clear and double check your order or just don’t go

13/12/2025: How dare this place still call itself a “restaurant”??? We had reserved a table for 15 people around 8 pm. Some arrived at 8:35 pm, others were still stuck on the road because of the farmers. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was icy: we immediately felt like we were intruding. The waitress curtly announced: “It’ll be a straight course.” That’s professionalism for you. As a restaurant owner myself, this kind of attitude is simply unacceptable and I would never tolerate it in my establishment.
