30/05/2026: This hotel is aging; it smells of mold in the hallways and rooms. The room hadn't been cleaned when I arrived. The carpet was filthy, the armchairs were covered in dust, and the bed was barely made. Avoid it at all costs! The restaurant has been closed since March, and the pool is a disaster—the water is green, making you not want to swim in it at all. The owner is unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented. I wonder how it's still in business. I don't understand how it got three stars; it deserves zero. I think it couldn't get any worse!

09/07/2025: Hotel that had no qualms about throwing my 17 and a half year old daughter out because she was a minor even though they knew she was a minor. I called several times to warn them and no one told me that she couldn't stay for me. It's dishonest and shameful.

21/07/2026: I don't know what to think of this restaurant. We arrived first, but were among the last to leave because the service was incredibly slow. The meal was decent, although some of it was clearly not made on-site. As for the drinks, you shouldn't be too concerned about the bartender's hygiene. The same gloved hand used to cut fruit or handle ingredients was also used to open the trash can—which, ironically, has a foot pedal! And let's not even mention the ice machine door, which is closed with a foot pedal and then reopened with the same hand that prepares your drinks... And it's a bit pricey for the quality of the drinks and food. In short...

25/07/2026: We went to the drive-thru tonight and honestly, we have absolutely no complaints! The service was impeccable and fast. A huge shout-out to the tattooed lady who served us—she was incredibly sweet! A massive thank you for her kindness and smile, even at this hour! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

24/07/2026: The waitress gave us a warm welcome and a "bon appétit," which was a nice touch. The interior decor is lovely and a welcome change from other McDonald's.

02/08/2026: The food was very mediocre and the pizza had more crust than toppings, and that for 16.90... We received our food first and only then the drinks.

02/08/2026: The lakeside setting is lovely, which is definitely a plus. However, my experience was rather disappointing. The welcome seemed quite cold, and there's no table service for ordering. You have to queue at the bar, and no one offered me a menu; I had to go get one myself. I ordered a two-scoop ice cream. It arrived already half melted, and the portions were really tiny, more like two half-scoops than two regular scoops. It's a shame, because with a warmer welcome, a little more attention to service, and more generous portions, the experience would be much more enjoyable.

21/06/2026: We stayed there for a motorcycle trip; the welcome, the staff's availability, and the meals were all excellent. In addition, there was a secure garage available, and the value for money was very good.

09/05/2026: The hotel is very well located for visiting Murat. Parking is in the immediate vicinity. I recommend it.

09/08/2026: We arrived in Risoul yesterday... first experience last night... given the time it took us to get to the resort, we hadn't eaten lunch... so my husband had an XXL burger... absolutely delicious... generous portion and tasty... and tonight, a porcini mushroom fondue... a huge pot for two, and so good... The service was top-notch, the waiter was incredibly kind, and the owner was lovely... I highly recommend it... Wagner 😉

31/07/2026: The food is extremely basic, the ingredients are of very average quality, and it's overpriced for what it is. The waiter didn't take notes, so dishes were sent to the wrong tables. In short, avoid this place!

24/07/2026: We came to eat on the terrace and waited about ten minutes without anyone coming. At the bar, I was simply told, "Go to the terrace, someone will come to take your order." After another ten minutes of waiting, still no one. So we decided to leave. When we pointed out the situation to the owner, his only response was, "Very well, have a nice day." No apology, no interest in our comment, no sense of customer service. An establishment survives thanks to its customers. The very least one can do is welcome them with respect and, when a mistake is made, apologize.

17/04/2026: What looked like a slightly dry, old duck confit miraculously transformed into a Bresse chicken on the menu. The only thing it had in common with a Bresse chicken was the price.

04/08/2026: I was refused service. Yesterday, on our way to our vacation destination, I decided to stop at 11:30 am with my 4-year-old daughter and my 10-year-old dog for lunch. I was thinking of something simple and pleasant, a childhood memory: Flunch. We left at 6:00 am, hungry and very hot. It was already 35°C (95°F). When we arrived, one of the employees refused us entry because of the dog. She suggested I leave him in the car, or that someone wait outside with him. This was impossible due to the obvious heat and the fact that I was alone with my daughter. My child was refused service because she has a dog. She cried as she left the restaurant because she was hungry. We were forced to use the drive-thru at McDonald's, eat outside in 35°C (95°F) heat, and on top of that, she wasn't even allowed to go to the playground. This ban, besides being ridiculous because restaurants accept dogs these days, is a disgrace. Denying access means depriving people of a balanced, hot meal at a table in a well-ventilated dining room, and also denying them access to the restrooms. For my child's emotional well-being, I remained calm, but rest assured, I was this close to losing it in the shop. Whatever the reason for this ban, it's invalid. For the simple reason that everyone is responsible for their children as well as their pets. And covered by liability insurance in case of an accident. Furthermore, we arrived at 11:30 a.m., well before the rush, when our colleagues were finishing their meals. We could easily have eaten and left without anyone noticing. On the road to vacation, a tired and hungry single mom. Vacation's off to a great start. Thanks, Flunch.

01/08/2026: The tray was unclean, the cutlery was the same, and the glasses were even worse. You had to hunt for salt and pepper, and the food needs a lot of improvement (thanks for the digestive problems I had last time). Avoid this place if you don't want to get sick. I do not recommend it. 👎👎
