01/07/2026: I do not recommend this place. The waitress was not at all welcoming and was unpleasant. We had barely sat down when she jumped down our throats, demanding to know what we wanted. We replied that we hadn't decided yet and needed five minutes. She struggled to understand, giving us a very unfriendly look as if we had just spoken a different language. We repeated that we would like her to come back in a few minutes because we hadn't decided yet. She responded in a haughty and nasty tone that if we wanted to sit down, we had to order immediately. She didn't give us a menu to choose from; we had to ask for it. She also forgot to bring one of our three drinks.

15/05/2026: The barmaid, not at all customer-oriented and quite dishonest, ordered a large coffee inside. She asked for 3.50. I told her it was expensive, and for a large coffee, she said, "I thought it was a cream coffee. There's no one here." She couldn't remember what she was there for and ran away as fast as she could. If this is a new direction...

08/08/2026: Having traveled a long way, we stopped by the restaurant around 1 p.m. to try and have lunch. We asked the staff if there were any tables available. The welcome was icy, both from the first person we encountered at the entrance and from the two others inside. We had no choice but to give up, leave without a word, and go to have lunch elsewhere. In the late afternoon, after getting off the red train, we were tired and, given the restaurant's proximity to the parking lot, we went back a second time to order ice cream. The table was dirty and hadn't been cleared yet, and we were waiting for the waiter to clear it, but he walked right past us twice without paying the slightest attention to our wait. I had to call him over myself. He then came back to clear the table, seemingly reluctantly, and didn't clean up, leaving piles of trash, leftover mayonnaise, and juice all over the table. I ordered two ice creams, and he told me to go get them myself. I had to serve myself, pay at the counter, leave a tip, and ask again if someone could clean the table. My wife and I waited, but no one came. I then had to dig out some paper from my bag and clean the table myself, grab our ice creams haphazardly, and leave a second time, very disappointed. I will never go back; I do not recommend it in the slightest.

21/07/2026: The place is nice. The waiter is very friendly. However, I was quite disappointed with the drinks. We ordered iced coffees... no ice, no milk, for €7.50... just a cold coffee that had been left to cool down, and lattes for €10, also without ice. I think they need to rethink their recipe.

02/07/2026: A very bad experience for a 9-year-old's birthday. We had booked a package including bowling and laser tag. Upon arrival, we were informed that a water leak had rendered the laser tag unavailable. This type of unforeseen event can happen, and we sincerely thank the staff for their welcome, kindness, and professionalism. However, the manager's attitude completely ruined the day. We encountered a problem with the lane barriers. When we reported this malfunction to the manager, he simply denied it, without the slightest apology. He was also unpleasant. The most shocking part was his final remark: according to him, it would have been better if the children hadn't played laser tag because some were "too boisterous" and it would have been dangerous. We would like to point out that two of the children present have ADHD. When hosting groups of children, it is essential to demonstrate kindness, understanding, and adaptability. No apology from the manager from beginning to end. Only the staff showed empathy and professionalism. Thanks to the staff, the children still had fun, which is the main thing. If the staff hadn't been kind and professional, the rating would have been much worse.

29/06/2026: We came on a Saturday night for a bachelorette party. We had to ask for the drinks menu. We had to ask for our food. There was no sauce to go with our grilled meats. We had to ask for pizza sauce. There was no assistance whatsoever, no apology. The service and helpfulness were completely nonexistent. In the bowling area, there was music playing sometimes, and not other times. When we asked for music, it was turned back on, but much too loud. We felt like we were bothering them. We didn't feel safe. We had to check our change. There were 10 of us! I had a good impression of this place. Not anymore!

07/12/2025: A warm welcome in a pleasant setting, excellent mussels and fries at a very good price, I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: Extremely disappointed with this restaurant, avoid it at all costs. We were a table of eight and came for mussels and fries. We were only informed after our aperitifs that they were out of mussels and shrimp. This can happen, but it should be indicated on the menu at the entrance or at least told us directly. The same thing happened with dessert. We were told there was only one crème brûlée and one tiramisu left… It's a bit much. I ate salami with burnt ratatouille. At the end, when the bill arrived, I asked for a discount or some kind of compensation… The waitress wouldn't hear of it and stood her ground. In short, avoid this place.

04/07/2026: For a small village like this, there's at least one tobacconist. I come here to buy my cigarettes and other things; it's already good to have this kind of shop. The manager does her job, we're not judged for giving an opinion based on a fleeting visit. Parigot And I'll add, for all the angry comments and others of that ilk, be grateful to have shops like this tobacconist and other businesses in Muides. My plus points go to the tobacconist and bakery, and especially the tobacconist. Your opinions aren't objective because the owner is a good person and she's not just a tobacconist, she also handles parcels, etc., etc. So be respectful of her, otherwise there's no point in posting hypocritical reviews, and then you're happy to find her. 21/02/2026: I went in late this morning to buy a pack of cigarettes. The person in charge of the tobacco section was arrogant and frankly disgusting! Avoid it!!

26/07/2026: We arrived at 12:00 PM to eat but received no welcome. We returned at 12:45 PM and the same thing happened. This restaurant was recommended to us by friends, but I think the staff needs to be trained in customer service! It's basic. I can't comment on the food!

22/07/2026: Fabulous place, but the food was spotless and the service was abominable. The perch fillet was disappointing for a €29 dish. What a shame.

14/07/2026: Bad experience. My friends and I wanted to watch the France-Morocco match, and when we arrived at the bar, the owner or manager told us, "This isn't a free-for-all; you can't just walk in and out." So we weren't allowed in at all. A very poor welcome. How can you expect to make a good impression like that? But since we're young, it's easy for them to talk to us like that. Apart from that, the previous times we went there, the waitress we saw was very friendly.

09/07/2026: We arrived at the bar to ask if there was room for the France-Morocco match, and they said yes, provided we waited until 9 pm. After waiting 30 minutes, the bar manager came over and told us in a very aggressive and rude tone, "You're not regulars, so you won't be coming in," adding, "This is my place." I don't think that's the kind of language you should use, especially if you're the manager of an establishment.

29/07/2026: Simple and pleasant service. Satisfactory portions. There might have been a slight staff shortage during peak hours, but it didn't really affect the experience. On the plus side, this location offers magnificent sunsets behind the mountains.

22/07/2026: We ordered Alsatian tarte flambée, one with salmon, a traditional d'gouroy. The tart was quite small, the onion was practically raw. The second was a bit empty and slightly burnt. In France, by presidential decree, water is served free of charge, but I asked for regular water. I sensed a trick, but the waiter ended up bringing water for €3.40. A rip-off! He pretended not to understand, even though I said I didn't include drinks. Overall, I don't recommend this place, be careful. We'd tried flambée in two places before, in Strasbourg and Obernai, and each was better than the other, but this was a complete disappointment.
