24/07/2026: Exception brasserie recommended by a winemaker in St. Emilion. The wine by the glass was exceptional and both the Medoc and Sauternes were glasses I'll remember. The duck, squid, and crepe Suzette were full of flavor and the restraunt decor was delightful.

17/07/2026: A deplorable experience. It was our first time, and there definitely won't be a second. My partner and I ordered "perfect eggs," which were far too expensive for what they were—bland and tasteless—a beef burger (the waitress didn't even ask how we wanted them cooked), and chicken and morel linguine. The burger was nothing special; it was clearly not worth the price, and the same went for the pasta. The only redeeming feature was the morel mushrooms; otherwise, it was completely bland. Not to mention that we waited 40 minutes between the appetizers and the main courses. Needless to say, we weren't hungry anymore by the time our food arrived. I mentioned this to the waitress when we paid, but she didn't even bother to apologize for the wait. In short, don't go there. It's a waste of money, and there are plenty of other good restaurants in the area.

20/07/2026: We went there as a couple to try the calf's brains and sweetbreads. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The acidity of the sauce accompanying the brains was perfectly balanced and enhanced its flavor beautifully. As for the sweetbreads, we were very pleased with their preparation. The service was warm and welcoming. We will definitely return. I highly recommend this restaurant.

19/07/2026: We had booked a dinner reservation by phone, leaving a specific message as instructed on the answering machine. Upon arrival, the owner informed us that the only way to book was through their website. There were no more tables available for dinner. They made a mockery of us... Watch out, boss, success is going to your head...

26/07/2026: Very disappointed with our experience. I ordered the suckling pig for €34, a dish from which one can legitimately expect a certain level of quality. Upon arrival, the plate consisted almost entirely of fat and stuffing. The actual amount of meat was ridiculously small, barely enough for a bite. When it came time to pay, I expressed my disappointment to the owner. After going to the kitchen, he returned and admitted that the suckling pig we received was indeed very fatty. Despite this admission, no compensation was offered, and the full €34 was charged. I find this attitude particularly unprofessional. Another point that shocked us: the owner was unpleasant to his employees throughout the service, which created a very disagreeable atmosphere. Finally, we witnessed a surprising scene: while the owner was carving a fish near our table, it fell off the plate onto the serving counter before being placed back on the plate by hand as if nothing had happened. For an establishment claiming to be in this category, this is frankly perplexing. A very disappointing experience that does not correspond to either the prices charged or the expected level of quality. -------------------------- Following the owner's response: Your response unfortunately reflects the welcome we received: aggressive and insulting. You accuse me of lying. Yet, after going to the kitchen, you yourself admitted that the suckling pig served was particularly fatty. Despite this, you chose to charge €34 for the dish without any compensation whatsoever. Therefore, it is not the price I am questioning, but the discrepancy between what was served and what was charged. Regarding the fish, I stand by everything I saw. We were seated less than a meter away from you when the fish slipped off the plate onto the counter before being placed back on the plate with your fingers. These are the facts I personally witnessed. I also mentioned that your manner of speaking to your employees deeply surprised me and contributed to a rather unpleasant atmosphere. On the other hand, publicly calling me a "stingy stingy person" only confirms the lack of respect you show your customers. Everyone will surely appreciate your communication skills. For my part, I have nothing further to add.

26/07/2026: Excellent lunch on the way back to Ajaccio. We chose this restaurant for its fish menu, and in the end, the lobster ravioli were simply amazing, not to mention the grilled octopus. The owner is welcoming without being overbearing, and it's just fantastic! Thank you for this wonderful experience.
