14/04/2026: Go without hesitation, the fondue (royal for us) is excellent and made in the purest Savoyard tradition. The waiter (who is also the owner) and his partner (who cooks) are warm, smiling, and friendly people. From the "mountain" ambiance to the drinks and dessert, everything was perfect for us.

01/04/2026: The food was amazing. I highly recommend it. As a foreigner, I tried mountain cuisine for the first time. The fondue was so good, and don't hesitate to order the tiramisu for dessert. The staff is very friendly. You can tell they love their work.

04/09/2026: The burgers are delicious; we're regulars, eating in or taking away, and we always mention it. The fries aren't good, though—mealy, not crispy, and sometimes cold. It's a shame...especially considering the price of not having good fries.

28/08/2026: Two days ago, we discovered the Safranier restaurant with friends, and it was a wonderful experience! We enjoyed several dishes, including fennel, sardines, and tuna, as well as delicious desserts: a pavlova and a crème caramel. Everything was homemade and absolutely excellent! Special mention goes to the servers, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness truly made our meal even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you, we'll be back very soon! 👏

27/08/2026: Excellent restaurant! We dined at Le Safranier last night and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I had the octopus, which was excellent, and my husband had a delicious bouillabaisse. The meal was truly superb, and the servers were exceptionally pleasant and attentive. We will definitely be back!

13/09/2026: The welcome, atmosphere, and setting were impeccable. The sauerkraut with five different meats was simply perfect, absolutely delicious. My only slight complaint is about the ice cream scoops; they were tiny and full of ice shavings, which was a shame! Otherwise, it was perfect!

13/09/2026: The food wasn't great at all, and I think it came out of the kitchen far too quickly... the vol-au-vent lacked flavor, it had no taste at all, and the vegetables were the same. The children's dish was really disappointing: the red mullet cream and pasta were equally tasteless! Except for the mussels, which were good... but we were very hungry and ate everything, especially me 😅 We mainly came because we saw good reviews about the restaurant and for the mussels, as my husband is very picky! On the other hand, the service was excellent... lovely view... the tables were a bit too close together for my liking outside... the waitress was super pleasant, smiling, patient, and very kind 💖 but we won't be back for the food. Best of luck to you!

05/08/2026: We knew this lovely place from the time of the father, but today it was the son who welcomed us personally. Our first impression was a visit to the beautiful kitchen, followed by the understated yet truly delightful patio. We immediately felt the relaxation and tranquility, and of course, after all that, the superb meal with a surprise in between that I won't reveal. The staff was very attentive. 06/08/2026: An absolute gem in Pernes-les-Fontaines and fantastic Belgian beer stop. We stayed in La Roque-sur-Pernes and regularly walked or cycled just to have the pleasure of a beer here. Very welcoming. The owner is fantastic and very knowledgeable, as were all the staff. The locals were just as friendly. The beer selection is top tier - the shelves were filled with all our favourites. We didn’t stop for food but we wish we had! Highly recommend a visit or 3.

The staff are kind, professional, attentive, and generous, not to mention the creativity and talent of the chefs in both the kitchen and pastry shop... A feast for the eyes and the palate... an address not to be missed, whether for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or for seminars and corporate events. I highly recommend Domaine de Bellevue!

26/04/2026: I visited this estate twice (2024 and 2026), during the day, for family gatherings with a savory and sweet buffet. The setting is absolutely magnificent, the grounds are very well maintained and spotless. The food was excellent (fresh, with plenty of choice, and the savory dishes were piping hot!), and the staff is kind, discreet, and professional. It's always a pleasure to return!
