After many years of enjoying your dishes, I can confidently say: you make the best tripe in France :) We live in the Paris region and gladly make the trip to come and enjoy them. Some people travel hundreds of kilometers to admire a monument; for me, it's for a plate of tripe à la provençale... Everything is homemade, prepared with passion, and at prices that remain more than reasonable. That's becoming rare enough to be worth mentioning. Thank you for your hard work, your kindness, and all the wonderful moments spent at your establishment. Don't change a thing!

08/06/2026: A pleasant, nicely decorated little restaurant. The food is very good quality. The main courses and desserts are generous. The service is simple and efficient. It's a bit noisy at times, but that's probably due to the acoustics of the room. It was very good; we had a very enjoyable meal. A good place for a reasonable price: a main course, dessert, beer, coffee, and a large bottle of water for around 35 euros.

19/01/2026: A truly lovely time spent with friends. Thank you for welcoming us to share the superb and absolutely delicious galette des rois. This experience, following my first time at a tea time, has definitely made me want to come back on another occasion. As for the drinks, I found the hot chocolate (made with cow's milk) a bit underwhelming. I would have preferred something richer, creamier, and more traditional.

15/07/2026: For our wedding reception, the White Whale barge provided a wonderful setting on the Seine, with a refreshing breeze despite the heatwave, much to the delight of our guests. The venue was much more spacious than it appeared in the photos, with two decks offering two distinct atmospheres. The manager listened attentively beforehand to best meet our expectations, and the professional team strived throughout the event to provide the best service. Additional services, such as catering and a DJ, offered a high-quality, all-inclusive solution. Not to mention the photo booth with costumes for a touch of fun and wonderful memories. Our only regret... booking only from 5 pm to 2 am. Time flew by! Highly recommended for your Parisian events.

19/07/2026: Absolutely amazing!! We have been in Paris for 2 weeks now and this restaurant has been the best experience by far!! All thanks to our waiter, Mael. What an absolutely delightful human :-) the world needs more people like you in it!! The atmosphere and crowd the restaurant attracks was kind, considerate and respectful. Other than the sensational service & atmosphere, the food was fabulous and generous serving sizes. The weekend menu was also fantastic! Also, the toilets downstairs were so clean and the stairs had pictures lining the walls - so clever!

25/07/2026: We came to Sauzon as pure tourists for the first time. And to tell you the truth, this meal with my partner is among the best we've had in our 18 years together (that's saying something 😅). The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are spot on, there's nothing superfluous, and the presentation is impeccable. The staff is friendly and the owner is dedicated. So yes, good things come at a price (without being excessive), but it's all justified. It's good, even very good. As a side note, on the menu, a small note reminds you that products not made on-site are marked with an asterisk (*). I invite you to find the asterisk.
