The best I've ever had... The gratin was also delicious. The atmosphere and setting on the terrace are perfect. A peaceful break where time passes in complete tranquility. Don't hesitate. 02/04/2026: Found this amazing charming little crepie. We had a crepe with ham Swiss cheese mushrooms and cream. The children had chocolate pancakes which again were delicious. Would highly recommend. Worth the trip as very traditional. Lots of locals eating there which is always a good sign. The waitress, Linda spoke good English and was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

28/02/2026: A really lovely place. A very warm welcome. We came for a surprise birthday party, a table for 15 people. The organization was top-notch; the waitresses managed to find us a table upstairs (we called on Tuesday at lunchtime for Friday evening). The setting is very cozy, their kindness and the presentation of the dishes were excellent—well done! A great place that we highly recommend. 10/05/2026: Sometimes, you just crave a simple, tasty, and popular dish! Mussels and fries are a perfect example. Known to everyone, this dish is very popular. Unfortunately, it's quite common to be disappointed. Either by the mussels, which are sometimes cold, or by the fries, which often taste like they're from a factory. That's not the case here! We can only commend the quality of their preparation in a setting that, while admittedly rather ordinary, is served by a smiling and friendly staff. So, let's eat!

15/03/2026: This is by far the best restaurant in Guillestre (and even in the entire Hautes-Alpes department) where I've had the pleasure of dining. The venison with morels is a delight for the taste buds, the truffle tartines are a little gourmet luxury, and the cheese and charcuterie boards with their pâté are simply irresistible. As for the chef's desserts, you can taste the pastry chef's experience. The atmosphere is warm, the setting idyllic… and each winter closure leaves a painful void 😭. Alban, if you're reading this, reopen without delay: I'm dying before your very eyes!! ⚠️ Reservations are essential: without them, no table awaits you ⚠️ I can't wait for the winter season to end so you can open in Guillestre ☺️

25/04/2026: We chose this restaurant for a Valentine's Day meal, with a menu advertised as including a steak. To our great surprise, what we were served was clearly beef cheek, not a steak as indicated on the menu. Despite my comments, the staff insisted it was indeed a steak, which is hardly acceptable. As a former butcher, I know perfectly well how to distinguish between these two cuts. For a three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) at €50, I find this very disappointing and misleading. The price does not correspond to the advertised quality or the expected transparency. I do not recommend this establishment.
