07/07/2026: Joss’gem A restaurant in a middle of nowhere, we don't know what to expect and BAM!! The food is amazing, well balanced, and magical presented. First you eat with your eyes and after it's a delicate flavor, a real experience of taste The chef here cook with passion,love and experience. The service is great and kind, Nath knows how to treat people. I strongly recommend this pearl!

16/06/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! The non-smoking/vaping terrace was a real plus, and the meals were exquisite and delicious (we ordered à la carte – thank you to the chef). We also had an excellent suggestion for a post-meal stroll along the Adour River (thank you to the waitress). We highly recommend this establishment; it's definitely worth a visit!

18/09/2026: 10 out of 5 stars, actually! Everything was perfect! From the welcome to the meal, and even the setting in which it was served. The products served were of exceptional quality. Simple and flavorful, they perfectly reflect the expertise of our local region. As tourists from the North, we came looking for the authenticity of the Périgord region, and we found it. Go without hesitation; it's a culinary journey and a delight for the taste buds. A special shout-out to Stefany, who came 3 weeks ago and left a comment about the location not being marked on her GPS... Install Waze; it will guide you there without any trouble 😉

03/09/2026: A perfect moment. It was flawless. The value for money is unbeatable, the farm products are delicious (special mention for the salt-cured foie gras), the service is attentive and genuine with a generous touch, and the children's menu is almost identical to the adult menu, which is much appreciated. Thank you so much for this lunch; it was the perfect way to end our vacation. We were able to leave with some lovely products (the walnut oil, by the way, is truly excellent).

13/06/2026: A marvel… ✨ The dishes are truly delicious: excellent local and seasonal produce, perfectly showcased. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the chili was also a real treat. As for the desserts, let's not even go there… 🤤 Thank you again for the extra praline custard! We absolutely must support this kind of restaurant where everything is homemade, with love. Thank you also for the service, full of humor and thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back very soon!

06/09/2026: I recommend 1900; it's a brasserie with a lovely menu, offering everything you need for a delicious meal. It had been a long time since I'd had such a good Welsh rarebit. A small touch that you don't find in other places anymore: the chef comes to greet the customers.

16/07/2026: Very good, but be sure to book in advance. A little hard to find at first. The waitress was very pleasant, and the cook was hiding in the kitchen, lol... Affordable price: €16 for a starter, main course, and dessert. What I find a shame is that the website doesn't list the price ranges. You can tell she knows what she's selling, and that's nice!

01/07/2026: We came as a family for Mother's Day, and the dishes served were beautiful and delicious! The owner was very accommodating and attentive. The shaded area was lovely, and we had a wonderful time!

16/09/2026: A superb discovery! Impeccable hygiene, a warm welcome, excellent cuisine made with fresh ingredients, and a true chef who knows his craft (perfectly cooked dishes)! I highly recommend it!

12/09/2026: This restaurant near the airport is an excellent option for those of us staying in the area. The food and service are spectacular; it's a shame they're not open Saturday evenings, because we would have returned. Plus, it has parking.

11/09/2026: Fred always gives a very warm welcome. The view from the terrace is splendid. The place is peaceful, the ice cream and sorbet are excellent, and the bookshop is very eclectic... A great place to stop when passing through Castelnau de Montmiral!

15/07/2026: In a parking lot, a small, tastefully decorated restaurant with a very warm welcome. The waitress was smiling and receptive to my partner's jokes (lol). There was hardly any wait. The menu is very short because everything is fresh and homemade. Kudos to the chef! Excellent meal, I highly recommend it, but reservations are recommended. Thank you so much for this lovely experience.

05/09/2026: A perfect meal from start to finish. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and the waitress' service was flawless. This was our first time in Châtellerault, and if we return, we will definitely choose this restaurant again. The terrace is fantastic, and the tataki was divine. Our compliments to the chef; he truly delighted us.
