12/01/2026: Best restaurant ever, truly! The service was welcoming and warm, and perfect. As for the food, from the appetizer to the dessert, it was absolutely delicious! Real ingredients, fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and exceptionally tasty. Plus, the portions were generous and the price was very reasonable. Thank you, we had an unforgettable family meal.

04/01/2026: The welcome was perfect... many very friendly and smiling young women gave us a wonderful reception. Disappointment with the menu... - The restaurant was unheated... just a small fan in the corner of the room trying to create a semi-warm atmosphere... (outside temperature -1°C). - The prawns served were not raw... we pointed this out (which was acknowledged), except that we should have mentioned it as soon as they arrived at the table! - The lamb shank was far too dry, having been overcooked and reheated, and was supposedly served with a truffle sauce that had no flavor whatsoever... - The very generous profiteroles thankfully left a positive note at the end of the meal for this otherwise renowned restaurant... it's a shame because it's no longer the cuisine that used to be served.

15/06/2025: We had a wonderful time in this lovely, carefully decorated brasserie. On the wall, you'll see beautiful photos of Belley in the last century. A master restaurateur who presents sublime recipes, excellent cuisine with quality local products. If you're a fan of tartare, it's prepared according to the rules of the art with a knife and perfectly seasoned. I really liked the scallops. We loved tasting the regional specialties. And the desserts are a pleasure for the eyes and the taste buds. A must-see restaurant in Belley.
