02/10/2024: Dinner restaurant recommended by the tourist office and the Hôtel des Pierres Dorés, whose restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.
Good attendance, the rooms were full.
We had a reserved room for our group of 15.
Varied and very fine menu.
Good wines.
Free coffee and bottled water.

04/09/2024: Regular customer, the welcome is always adorable. The coffee is very good. You can have lunch there at midday, or a snack at any time of the day.

Everything was delicious, with high-quality ingredients. Special mention for the veal, which was cooked to perfection!
The atmosphere is warm and elegant.
Thank you to the waiter who was so attentive.

I had the mushroom velouté, the Comtoise salad, and the chocolate mousse; everything was delicious!

Smokers are better off than dog owners. This is a nice restaurant for people who enjoy meat. My flank steak was perfect. However, as a dog owner, you have to sit outside in 15°C (59°F) weather; there's an enclosed area for smokers so they don't freeze.
My suggestion: set aside a separate area for dog owners in the large restaurant. The staff is nice, but sometimes not open to criticism. If they improve a few minor things, this could be a great place.

The evening was very pleasant by the fire and the meal was very good.
Quality products and pleasant service.

01/10/2024: The restaurant in the small hotel in Hourtin is often overlooked but has excellent cuisine! The predominantly traditional French dishes are very tasty and lovingly prepared. The selection of wines is decent for the Médoc. The service is very friendly! The rooms are simple but nicely furnished and clean. The prices in the hotel and restaurant are reasonable. You should definitely treat yourself to dinner here!

Too bad because the place is nice.
30/08/2024: We ate an ice cream that seemed to be homemade. They were very good. Just a little disappointment with the salted butter caramel ice cream, the taste was really good, but I didn't find the taste of salted butter caramel... (This flavor being my favorite, I know it quite well).
I also tasted their chocolate there.
It's pretty good for French chocolate (I'm Belgian ;-))
