PS: Take the time to chat with the owner; he's a former rugby player, a winger in the Top 14. It just goes to show that there aren't only cyclists here...😎

08/09/2024: Avons pris des pattes carbonara... réalisation facile appartement...mau vais produit des lardons qui s écrasent en purée et sans goût..la sauce n as que le nom ..pas de jaune d oeufs.. pattes trop cuite de mauvaise qualité..quand on met des pattes a sa carte il faut être du métier surtout quand on les dit traditionnelle..a déconseiller fortement

Thanks for everything. We were warmly welcomed in a very pleasant atmosphere (nice update with the new owners) and the dishes were excellent!
The portions are generous, the quality of the products impeccable, the price more than fair.
We are delighted and when we come back to Groix we already know where to eat!

28/08/2024: A pure pleasure to go to Gaëlle and Ludovic. We have often had dinner or lunch in their establishment, as a couple, with family, with friends, it is always a pleasure.
Everything is perfect: decor, atmosphere (inside and outside), service (what a smile!), food, presentation, pairings, real discoveries, a beautiful wine list...
It’s a staple in our repertoire when we’re looking for a table.
Last year we asked them to organize the "refreshment break" between the civil ceremony and the religious ceremony for our wedding: a challenge met with flying colors!
Everything was perfect again (choice of drinks, variety, service, decor).

Cadre historiquement agréable sur la place Champollion.
La patronne est très investie, dynamique, souriante, très à l'écoute de vos choix pour les accompagnements non désirables (oignons ou autres...)
Les serveurs sont jeunes, souriant et à l'écoute aussi...
Produits frais, carte très intéressante, assiettes généreuse
La cuisson demandée est respectée.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix.

01/12/2024: We took a wine pairing menu, the white wine was very good with the fish, when we switched to the red wine, we pointed out to the sommelier that it was sparkling. he agreed with the first bottle, the second was good, but the other two that followed had the same problem, there, the sommelier told us that it was normal.
So we didn't consume his bottles but we had to pay the bill.
I find this unacceptable from an establishment like this.

Good value for money.
24/08/2024: An ideal location close to the old quarter, a friendly welcome, renovated, very comfortable rooms, for a reasonable price. What more could you ask for? An excellent address in Lavaur.

The menu offers varied and interesting choices, giving pride of place to quality ingredients very well cooked and highlighted, and the price is reasonable considering what is offered, in particular the desserts which are copious for the price. . In addition, the service is impeccable, the waitress was friendly, smiling and very kind. One of the best restaurants in the area, which I highly recommend and which I will promote excellently to my loved ones!
