10/11/2025: It's very, very, very bad. The pissaladière was cold, the pastry was dry and tasteless, like it had been thawed from frozen, and the stuffed pastries were tasteless. It doesn't smell homemade at all, it's disappointing. Never again. It's just a food truck. And the prices are like a restaurant!

02/09/2024: "On y mange bien et on y revient"...Pas sûr ! Un plat de charcuterie : 2 tranches de saucisson et une de jambon avec un petit rectangle beurre...Un bout de pâté coûte si cher ?...Cuisses de grenouille, petit calibre, petite part presque trop cuites...Entrecôte d'Aubrac pas grillée mais brûlée au goût cramé(sur une grille pas nettoyée ?) et en plus dure, quasi immangeable...Heureusement que mon collègue avait pris la même mais avec sauce au poivre, je lui ai braqué un peu de sauce...Quant à la sauce au poivre à +2 euros, il a osé demander le remplacement par la sauce aux morilles à +3 euros : Refus de la serveuse car il fallait prendre le menu à 39 euros et pas celui à 31,50 euros (+7,50 euros quand même !)...Quant au service, les hommes sont servis avant les femmes...L'eau n'est même pas fraîche... Enfin, un ensemble très moyen qui ne vaut pas le déplacement et surtout qui ne relève pas la cuisine de montagne. Peut-être le résultat du tourisme de masse qui se satisfait de peu...Ou de ses personnes agées sans exigences. Sans intérêt...

01/09/2024: Un restaurant planté voir planqué au beau milieu des Cévennes. Il faut y aller, la route est aussi belle que la table y est bonne. Vous êtes accueilli par une couple heureux de vous recevoir. Dans l’assiette, toute en simplicité, des produits cuisinés avec la même envie de faire plaisir. L’addition est d’une légèreté incomparable. Allez y, les cuisses de grenouilles à elles seules justifient de prendre cette petite route. Lou Raiol, un restaurant, une institution aux dires des habitués du coin.

17/12/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale per pranzo: locale piccolo con menù esposto che prometteva bene. Già dal nostro arrivo si respira un’aria poco simpatica: la signora, appena apriamo la porta per chiedere informazioni, ci spinge fuori richiudendo velocemente la porta e dicendo di aspettare dieci minuti (che poi non si sono rivelati dieci minuti). Una volta entrati ci fanno appostare in un tavolo vicino alla porta dove capiamo il perché della sgarbatezza della signora: ad ogni apertura di porta entrava un’aria gelida che arrivava dritta ai reni. Ordiniamo quattro crêpes salate: poco dopo l’ordinazione mio marito chiede di aggiungere un ingrediente se possibile e ci dice che è un problema borbottando ma alla fine portano le crepe come ordinate. Crepe accettabili, niente di particolare ma niente di eccessivamente delizioso. Nel bere però mia figlia si accorge che il bicchiere è sporco, guardiamo anche gli altri e vediamo che Han tutti pezzi neri all’interno che con l’inserimento dell’acqua galleggiavano. Chiediamo di cambiare il bicchiere perché sporco e la signora ci chiede “perché è sporco?” Io rispondo “non lo so” e ci porta dei bicchieri in plastica a loro volta sporchi (presumo non abbia capito la richiesta ma allo stesso tempo capisco che l’igiene non è il massimo ed infatti ci fermiamo dal bere). Quando è ora di pagare ed uscire mio marito va a pagare e nel mentre rivesto le bimbe, riapro il passeggino e la signora dopo aver offerto un chupa chups alla bimba ci spinge (letteralmente) fuori dal locale mettendo fretta pure alla bimba. Abbiamo speso poco ma abbiamo anche avuto poco!

10/12/2024: What a unique experience. I you want to understand the cuisine of Normandy without going to Normandy - this is your place. I ordered a Norman Calvados/cider based aperitif called Pommeau. I've been in the wine business for 35 years. It takes a lot to surprise me. It was wonderful. Don't miss the experience. We ordered buckwheat galettes - mine with ham, cheese and egg. It looks like breakfast but they are very filling and classic country cuisine. The salads were also good. The staff is friendly, helpful and informative. There is outdoor seating for warmer weather. It is a small place so reserve or go early.

18/04/2025: We entered the place thinking it would be your average mountain restaurant. Place was messy with bad music but we didn't think much of it. There wasn't one free table, which was fine, so we sat on a mound, not disturbing or harming anyone. We got our sandwiches out as we were going to buy some drinks thinking it would be fine as we would've given them business, and there was no signs saying we couldn't do this. Not even two seconds after getting them out a very rude man charged over to us and started shouting at us in french, very rudely. Told us to get away even though we were about to order drinks, and it's not even our fault that there isnt any tables to spare. Sat outside the restaurant with our sandwiches and sat by our skis whilst being rudely stared at. Terrible experience and i had to convince my dad not to bash the man's jaw in because he was being a right idiot. Not the first time this has happened looking at other reviews. 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!

06/12/2025: A Toulouse restaurant not to be missed! It's always a pleasure to come here: the service is simply wonderful, warm, and attentive, just like the city itself. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh, local ingredients, and you can really taste the care that goes into each plate. It's a place you'll return to without hesitation, whether for a romantic meal or a get-together with friends. I highly recommend it!
