It would be good to update the website so that reservations aren't taken... What a shame.
30/01/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant in Biarritz, to be honest. The quality of the daily menu is excellent, the waiter's service was great, and the atmosphere was fantastic. It's definitely worth it and very reasonably priced.

15/02/2026: We spent Valentine's Day at Le Duo restaurant and it was simply perfect. The cuisine was refined and elegant. Each dish was crafted with finesse, the flavors perfectly balanced, and the presentation worthy of a top establishment.
The service was attentive, the atmosphere elegant and romantic, ideal for a date night. You can taste the passion and attention to detail in every dish.
A superb experience that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

A restaurant worthy of a fine dining establishment. Cloth napkins, even individual ones in the restroom!
The service is excellent and attentive.
The meal was beautifully presented and delicious down to the last bite.
Reservations are necessary.
Absolutely recommended.

the owner of the Hotel Restaurant 375, is incredibly kind!
My car broke down in town and I had to wait until the next day for it to be repaired.
Hotel 375 was full, and I had no choice but to sleep in my car.
Christophe kindly lent me a pillow and a duvet so I could spend the night outside.
I am so grateful to him.
I will definitely come back, because everything was perfect: dinner and breakfast.
