17/12/2025: A very good meal. You can tell everything is homemade and expertly prepared. Perfect seasoning and generous portions. A minor drawback was the service; the welcome and communication were good, but it took a little while to receive our food.

11/10/2025: We’ve been here twice a week, and every time it’s an absolutely perfect dinner! The chef clearly knows what he’s doing — everything is cooked with love and passion. The tartare, beef, and gnocchi are simply outstanding. You can really feel the quality and care in every dish. The atmosphere is warm and homey. The chef, who is also the owner, creates a truly special experience. One of our favorite places — highly recommended

26/02/2026: I don't know whether to start with the service or the food, both were absolutely top-notch! 😍 The manager anticipated our every need throughout the entire meal, even as the restaurant gradually filled up. He runs the service with a master's touch. For starters, we had the escargots (a generous portion for one person, but a delight to share) and the foie gras (a wonderfully textured start to the meal). For our main courses, the supreme with truffled mashed potatoes was delicious! 😍 And the crayfish pasta was very generous with crayfish! 😋 To finish, we had some excellent Comté cheese and a very decadent chocolate fondant. Personally, I think it's fantastic to have a wine list where each wine is available by the glass, carafe, or bottle (that's so rare!). The price is also very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. I'll be back very soon!

25/02/2026: Another great experience at this restaurant, which is as friendly and welcoming as ever. One of the few restaurants open on a Monday evening, and despite being a bit busy, the service was always quick, friendly, and helpful. The food is excellent, with a small but well-stocked menu featuring fresh ingredients, and a daily special. I recommend it for a warm and relaxed meal in a pleasant, unpretentious atmosphere.

26/09/2025: Cuisine that's always simple, authentic, and refined without being too pretentious. Certainly one of the most beautiful addresses in the area, with a sublime terrace in the summer with historic covered markets. Villebois Lavalette already smelled very good with its magnificent castle, but with a very beautiful restaurant like this... don't hesitate... to book!

15/02/2026: We celebrated our 33rd Valentine's Day at the Auberge des Vanneaux. The welcome was incredibly warm, and the menu, a mix of Thai and European dishes, completely satisfied us. Our waitress's professionalism and attentiveness made the evening a truly enjoyable experience.

09/03/2026: I came to eat Thursday evening with my daughter. We had the ravioli salad and the ribeye steak, which was absolutely delicious with Roquefort sauce. I don't know what went wrong, but the next day we were both sick. It lasted two days. I won't be back.

08/03/2026: I've been to the restaurant at least ten times, and this lunchtime I was disappointed with the service. They gave me a table for two when there were three of us, and the restaurant was half empty. We were therefore cramped during the meal and uncomfortable. Furthermore, they got my order wrong and didn't serve me any shots at the end of the meal. This is the first time I've been disappointed by the service at Meet the Meat.

27/01/2026: There were 15 of us this Sunday and everything was great: bistro-style café, very pleasant managers and staff, varied menu, very good and very generous portions!
