18/08/2026: Passing through the area for one night, we stopped by as a family. The previous reviews were spot on! The owner was very welcoming, had a huge smile throughout the entire service, and to top it off, the food was very generous and excellent. You're really lucky to have a restaurant like this in your area.

Everything was perfect, from the very friendly and warm welcome to the excellent dishes served quickly and with a contagious smile. We will return to Arles and we already know where we will have lunch!

02/09/2026: Fantastic restaurant in the heart of Tarbes, in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful dinner on the terrace last night. The food was excellent. The ribeye and tournedos were perfectly cooked. The desserts were delicious. Thank you to the servers, and especially to the charming young brunette with the lovely accent. We will gladly return on our next visit to Tarbes.

03/08/2026: The setting is very welcoming, the staff is attentive, the dishes arrive quickly, and they are as beautiful as they are delicious. I recommend the French toast, which is excellent.

28/07/2026: The setting and service were pleasant. However, I ordered the meagre (fish) with mashed potatoes and a green salad. The portion of fish was very small (half a fillet) and from the tail end, so very thin. I think it's outrageous to pay €24 for such a small portion. I mentioned it to the waitress, but no one came to see me or mentioned it when I paid.

20/09/2026: An exceptional experience. For our trip from the North to the South of France, we had planned a stop in Valence to sample Madame Pic's cuisine. We couldn't afford the 3-Michelin-starred restaurant, but Bistrot André, Pic's second restaurant in Valence, promised a wonderful culinary experience. And it delivered. To quote Emmanuelle Jary (it's better when it's good), "when you cook well, you cook well on every level." From the welcome to the service at the table and the small plates on the tasting menu, we were delighted with the restaurant's offerings. We also made a point of trying their signature appetizer, a blend of land and sea, and a passionate sommelier who amazed us with his wine pairings. The conversations and the short tour offered by the hostess brought this culinary experience to a perfect close. Being from Northern France, we clicked immediately. 🥰 Thank you for this wonderful experience, if you are ever in Valence, if you have a must-see, it's Maison Pic!

20/09/2026: It was our first time dining at Bistrot André, thanks to a gift certificate we received. A wonderful opportunity to discover this sublime place! We were lucky enough to eat outside in a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, feeling like we were in another world. The food is simply exceptional, and the staff is truly outstanding! We particularly appreciated the attention paid to allergies: the allergens we mentioned when making the reservation were carefully taken into account beforehand, and suitable dishes were offered to us with great care. The recommendations regarding wines, as well as the non-alcoholic alternatives to accompany the different dishes, were also a delightful discovery. Everything was perfectly paired, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. A truly wonderful experience, with excellent value for money. We're already planning to come back more often to explore more of Bistrot André's cuisine!

10/09/2026: Lovely accommodation. Unfortunately, the neighbor next door has two dogs that are outside at night. They bark a lot. The owner is unwilling to listen and lets the dogs out anyway. It's a real shame, because Farm Mellon is a lovely place to stay and the owner is very nice, but you might not get a good night's sleep.

24/08/2026: The room was clean and comfortable, although the beds were perhaps a bit narrow. Dinner was great, and breakfast was good. Highly recommended!

From the country-style buffet to the roast pig and the dessert, everything was generous and delicious! The entire team managed our evening perfectly, following our wishes. We were able to relax completely, without any stress. A huge thank you to Christine, the owner, and her entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. We recommend this venue 100%! ❤️

27/09/2026: I don't like doing this, but I have to leave a negative review... The place was dirty, the crepe was inedible. The staff seemed completely asleep and didn't take our orders properly, even though there were only three of us at the table... Nothing was right. I was very disappointed with this experience.

09/08/2026: Excellent little restaurant! Everything was perfect: the food was delicious, and the champagne, served at the ideal temperature, was simply divine. 🥂 This family-run restaurant richly deserves all its stars, and then some! A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend.
