30/12/2025: A superb discovery! Le Moulin in Aire-sur-la-Lys is an exceptional restaurant. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, a true feast for the eyes and the taste buds. We came with friends and had a wonderful time. We chose a set menu (starter + main course + dessert), and everything was perfect. Special mention for the starter, the ravioli with gorgonzola, which was simply incredible! Flawless from beginning to end. This restaurant has officially become my new favorite, and I will definitely be back! 🍽✨

27/12/2025: Really nice restaurant with very pleasant staff and delicious food!!! A minor point about the dessert: the fondant was more of a soft cake than a true fondant, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.) I recommend this restaurant.

27/04/2026: We were traveling between Brest and Roscoff and, quite by chance, we had dinner at Le Bistrot de la Butte: a very pleasant experience, a warm welcome, excellent cuisine and a fine wine selection, a very spacious dining room with a magnificent view! A very, very pleasant surprise; we will definitely return. And as promised, we did return (April 2026). While the food and service were still top-notch, what a disappointment the wines were: a majority of French wines, which often held some… uncontrolled surprises. A real shame for lovers of classic wines like ourselves… hence 4 stars instead of 5.

22/05/2026: This is a beautiful oasis in the heart of town. They cooked my salmon and vegetables on the wood fired bbq in the garden. It was simple and delicious . Enjoyed it with a great glass of wine . Service was amazing. Location is perfect .

15/03/2026: This is by far the best restaurant in Guillestre (and even in the entire Hautes-Alpes department) where I've had the pleasure of dining. The venison with morels is a delight for the taste buds, the truffle tartines are a little gourmet luxury, and the cheese and charcuterie boards with their pâté are simply irresistible. As for the chef's desserts, you can taste the pastry chef's experience. The atmosphere is warm, the setting idyllic… and each winter closure leaves a painful void 😭. Alban, if you're reading this, reopen without delay: I'm dying before your very eyes!! ⚠️ Reservations are essential: without them, no table awaits you ⚠️ I can't wait for the winter season to end so you can open in Guillestre ☺️

31/05/2026: Pretty annoying how they have changed the portion of the pastilla, it is now half the size of any pastilla you normally find in Moroccan restaurants.

29/05/2026: Excellent experience at this Moroccan restaurant! From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome. The manager is particularly lovely, friendly, and attentive, which immediately puts you at ease. You truly experience the hospitality and conviviality that Moroccan culture is so renowned for. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated, with a pleasant and authentic atmosphere. As for the food, it was impeccable: the couscous I ordered was absolutely delicious, generous, and bursting with flavor. My friend also ordered couscous and loved it. A big thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and excellent service. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend and where I will gladly return!
