30/12/2025: I stayed here last May with my family on a trip through France and Germany. This hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. However my favorite part of this town were the cats. We had been in France for 3-4 days and I did not see any cats. I missed mine back home very much. When we arrived late at night there were several near the shops and hotel.
13/11/2025: Comfortable hotel in the heart of the city. The castle is a 5-minute walk away.
Spacious and comfortable room.
Highly recommended!

We hired Guillaume for Christmas Eve dinner (main course and dessert) and it was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

The tranquility, the view of the marina, the comfortable bedding, and the breakfast (featuring local products) made for a truly delightful weekend in Barneville-Carteret.
The owners are attentive and offer excellent advice.

The quality of the food is as perfect as the welcome we receive. It's a real pleasure to go to Le Colombier du Touron, our favorite spot to celebrate good times... but also to make everyday moments feel special thanks to this place. Go without hesitation!

We discovered this restaurant during a family meal and were charmed!
Upon arrival, you're welcomed into this beautifully renovated house. The small dining room is bright and spotless, with a clean, modern design that overlooks the well-maintained garden.
The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the food is delicious!
Everything is homemade using vegetables from their own garden. A must-try!

14/02/2026: A comfortable, family-run hotel, very well located in the city center. I received a very warm welcome during my stay. The two owners are lovely and happy to offer advice about Ploërmel and the surrounding area. I regret not having had the chance to try the restaurant, but judging by the delicious aromas, I bet it's wonderful.

11/05/2026: A truly magnificent place, peaceful and with a beautiful atmosphere. The view is breathtaking and relaxing. The staff and owner are charming, as is the masseuse who gives excellent massages. We had dinner and breakfast there, both of which were perfect (succulent sweetbreads, trout, etc.). Nothing to add except to let yourself be carried away by the charm and tranquility of the house.
29/04/2026: A remarkable location, seemingly lost in the middle of nowhere, which is part of its charm.
Excellent food. Professional, attentive, helpful, and always considerate staff. Spacious room with excellent bedding. We will be back.

We were a group of seven and had booked well in advance.
