04/04/2026: You can eat there quickly or at your leisure, with family or alone. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere is pleasant. The value for money is excellent; for €20 you get a starter, a good main course with multiple choices (including dishes cooked on-site), a delicious dessert, a quarter-liter of wine, a cup of coffee (long or short), and a complimentary aperitif (a small selection). That's more than enough for a lunch. And you can eat in a truly relaxed atmosphere with a smiling and attentive staff.

26/04/2026: For a weekend, I had the opportunity to spend two nights at the Puy d'Anché farm: a wonderful and peaceful setting, close to town and its amenities, a very pleasant room, a spacious bathroom (and separate toilet 👍), perfect bedding... And a major bonus: the possibility to recharge your vehicle!!!! Thank you again for this stay! P.N.

14/12/2025: The very concept of a "café-bookshop," the enchanting setting tucked away in a courtyard terrace in the heart of the city, the warm welcome—everything comes together to make this a must-visit spot in Charleville-Mézières. Don't hesitate to step into the imaginary world of comics, manga, and games while enjoying a meal, a snack, tea, or coffee. The upstairs also holds some delightful surprises! It's an incredibly pleasant place, just like the wonderful people who bring it to life in every role! You can purchase beautiful notebooks, journals, and postcards, each one more beautiful than the last... Settle in under the outdoor pergola when the weather is nice, and as an added bonus, you might even be greeted by a cat! 🐱 As you can see, Plume et Bulle is a truly magical place!

08/11/2025: It’s all about the simple things in life: the short hike up the mountain, the beautiful setting and sweeping views, our dog running across the hills with the kids, and the crunch of warm potato beignets with eggs and Beaufort.

18/09/2025: We loved eating at the Herney mountain pasture. Everything was magnificent: the walk to get there, the environment, the quality of the food as well as the breathtaking view of Mont Blanc! We would do it again!

The dishes are generous, well-seasoned, and served without excessive waiting—perfect for a simple yet very satisfying meal. Classic recipes are executed with care, reminiscent of good, traditional restaurants. The welcome is warm and genuine; you can tell the establishment has its regulars and also knows how to make newcomers feel at ease. The setting is simple but clean and inviting. The prices are very reasonable for the quantity and quality offered. An authentic place where you can truly enjoy a good meal.
