30/05/2026: The food at Les 4 Saisons absolutely deserves its many positive reviews. Both visually and in terms of taste, the dishes are outstanding. The ingredients appear high-quality, the presentation is very appealing, and the cuisine is consistently excellent. The pricing is also particularly noteworthy, being exceptionally fair and customer-friendly considering the quality offered. Unfortunately, the ambiance doesn't live up to the quality of the food. The restaurant is rather uninviting, the decor isn't particularly cozy, and there was a slightly musty smell. The service could also be more attentive, as we didn't always feel optimally looked after during our visit. Those who primarily value excellent food at fair prices will certainly be very satisfied here. However, for a truly enjoyable dining experience, there is still room for improvement in both the ambiance and the service.

29/05/2026: Very disappointed with the experience, fish rillettes and salmon Glavelax-style were far too salty, asparagus was hot and not lukewarm, the floating island cream was tasteless, the rhubarb marmalade was disappointing, the small vegetables in the dish were overcooked... The prices are reasonable but the quality is not there.

17/05/2026: We came to this restaurant for dinner and the meal was truly excellent and generous. Special mention goes to the waiter who was remarkably kind and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

08/06/2026: My wife and I recently ate at Chez Lionel while visiting Paris. I almost never write restaurant reviews, whether good or bad, but I felt compelled to share our experience. We discovered this restaurant by chance, and what a lucky find it was. We arrived early, and the owner and chef, Lionel, also served as our waiter, making the evening feel warm and personal. The food was outstanding, the service was exceptional, the atmosphere was charming, and the value was remarkable. My only two regrets were being too full to order dessert and discovering the restaurant on the final night of our stay, which meant we couldn't return for another dinner. If you're looking for an authentic Parisian dining experience, bring your appetite and enjoy. Chez Lionel was one of the highlights of our trip.

12/04/2026: Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit to Restaurant La Chaudanne in Morzine. The location is fantastic, especially if you're coming straight from the slopes – perfect for a relaxing break. The food was high quality, freshly prepared, and delicious. The regional specialties are particularly recommended. The portions were also generous. The service was friendly and attentive, although at times a little stressed due to the high volume of customers – which is understandable given the location. A bit more attention and speed would have been the icing on the cake. The ambiance is cozy and suits the alpine setting, but could be a bit more modern in some areas. All in all, a very solid restaurant with good food and a great location – we'll definitely be back!

However, the vegetarian/vegan tart, which looked very promising, wasn't well made; the vegetarian in our group was very disappointed. The dish could easily have been better executed. The rest of us were very satisfied with our meals.

13/05/2026: There aren’t that many 3-Michelin-star restaurants in Paris, and the one I visited a couple of years ago left me feeling a little underwhelmed. Michelin-starred restaurants can be a bit hit or miss, so I was genuinely curious to see how Kei would compare. I’m happy to say that Kei is easily one of the best Michelin-starred restaurants I’ve been to. I’ve visited more than 20 so far, so that’s saying a lot coming from me. The staff were all fantastic and very amicable. While they maintained professionalism throughout the service, they also didn't take things too seriously and were more than willing to have fun with the guests. The chef's signature dish was a salad that had foam around it and the instruction was simple: mix it up until you don't see any "white" anymore. At one of the tables, they were a little shy to ruin the look of it, but the staff encouraged them to keep mixing and mixing and mixing. It's a fun little scene that you wouldn't expect at a high class Michelin restaurant, but it's very welcomed and we had a blast. They offer three different menu choices and they're all somewhat similar. I personally suggest going with the most expensive option if budget allows as it's the type of experience that you won't be able to find elsewhere. Every dish was succulent and was a treat to the palate. The easy winner would be the Wagyu, but in reality, the lobster and salad signature dish were a pleasant surprise that really stood out in terms of uniqueness. Overall, we really enjoyed Kei and would love to come back again the next time we visit Paris. If you're in the area or even if you're interested in visiting one of the best 3-stars in the world, I highly suggest you reserve your seat now. Small note: to find the place, follow Google Maps and look for the gray door. It's a little discreet, but the address is accurate and you'll find a somewhat subtle Kei logo on the front. If you're there early, the place opens at 7h45 PM, so don't worry too much if it's doors are still locked.

27/05/2026: Extremely disappointed, despite the good reviews. The day after a long 3-day weekend, as soon as I saw the fries, I thought, "Well, no fries for me." The fries were swimming in old grease. The oysters were very good, oh yes, they clearly weren't cooked properly. The tomato salad was uninteresting. I ate the mussels marinière and fries, but they were so-so, and obviously not the fries, as they were swimming in grease. The tuna tataki was very tender, but the risotto was undercooked and had a mediocre taste. The half-carrot was cooked well. So, we cut our losses and didn't order dessert, thank you. We mentioned this to the waitress, who was very friendly but didn't seem surprised by our comments. At the till, we paid separately, but the third person was charged an error of over 20 euros. I don't recommend it; it's a tourist trap where they don't care about customer loyalty. Very expensive for the quality; I don't think everything was fresh.
