01/09/2024: Re - découverte du Saquana depuis sa reconversion Nous avons connu ce restaurant à ses débuts il y a 18 ans et avons connu à de multiples reprises son ascension jusqu' aux 2 etoîles La transformation de l immeuble après de nombreuses épreuves suivie de la crise du covid ont poussé Alexandre Bourdas à reconsidérer son offre Et c est réussi Nous avons retrouvé les plats signatures comme la lotte pochée Desserts remarquables, service alerte et prompt, carte des vins très raisonnable Excellente soirée donc Un petit bémol les tables pour 2 sont trop rapprochées

No false note, the tone is set from the reception thanks to Edwige, Laurent works in the kitchen with a masterful hand and the whole team agrees on the same tempo! Well done to all of you, a pleasure these 3 evenings! The racket raclette and prime rib are a must try. Beautiful season and maybe see you very soon!

The dishes were delicious: the tender and tasty chicken and chorizo ​​skewer, the perfectly cooked duck breast, and what can we say about the enormous floating island, a real treat to end the meal! 30/08/2024: Très bon accueil, un bistronomique à l'ambiance feutrée, de jolies tables et des plats recherchés avec des produits locaux de qualité. La mise en bouche - toast à la mousse de chèvre - était parfaite. Nous avons beaucoup aimé nos plats et adoré nos desserts : essayez la nage de pêche avec sa délicieuse sauce/infusion à la verveine et glace au yaourt, vraiment excellente ! Merci à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme, nous reviendrons sans faute.

12/10/2024: Authentic atmosphere of yesteryear, albeit low season, unfortunately too limited options (30 minutes) to order dinner, but generous to provide a tasty, large pot of soup... Lots of potential in an otherwise dead village environment. Work on it. We will definitely come back if we pass through. Grtn

14/09/2024: Few hotels have welcomed us as well as the Hotel Richelieu. We were doing the Transpirinaica on a road motorcycle and the rain and fog on the Tourmalet stretch to the hotel was very hard. To the point of arriving at the hotel at 8:45 a.m., which in France is finding everything closed. Well, Viviane, who knew about our setback, had prepared an excellent hot and super filling dinner for us. His welcome was splendid, he had the table ready for us to have dinner. A very familiar and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and very acceptable. We slept very well. I sincerely hope to repeat the Transpirinaica and we will certainly stop and have a restaurant at the Hotel Richelieu. Thank you very much Viviane for your great courtesy!!! See you!!

01/12/2024: J'y suis allé à plusieurs reprises, du coup j'ai été tenté par le burger, mais c'est vraiment vers le plat du jour qu'il faut vous diriger, en effet il est la plupart du temps bien servi : copieux et très bon.

11/12/2024: Arrivées là par hasard en fin de service le midi , je peux dire que c était une excellente surprise. Repas divin avec beaucoup de goût et de recherche. Le menu n est pas celui que vous verrez partout ailleurs. Carte courte, originale et vins excellents. Bref une superbe découverte. De passage à Paris mais nous reviendrons. Bravo à toute l équipe!

11/11/2024: Une belle découverte !!! Une carte courte mais suffisante pour se régaler. Le chef prépare avec amour de belles assiettes à partager ou pas. Ne pas hésiter à demander d'enlever un ingrédient qui ne plairait pas car tout est fait sur place avec des produits frais. Le service est pro et attentionné. Une carte de vins intéressante de producteurs confidentiels. Pour résumer nous avons passé une très bonne soirée, à refaire. Un conseil pensez à réserver car la salle est petite.

25/11/2025: The connection was incredibly noisy; you could barely hear yourself speak, which was very unpleasant! The food wasn't anything special either. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

30/09/2024: Highly recommended! The service was amazing. Absolutely felt at home - fantastic plates either to share (smaller size) or not. Food was excellent but it was the buzz and service that made the night special.

11/12/2025: Disappointed! The pizzas were tasteless, too big, overflowing, and the plates weren't the right size! The restaurant was filthy, with cobwebs, dirty windows, and the cook kept the kitchen as dirty as he did! And don't even get me started on the toilets—they were horrific. Absolutely avoid this place!

23/11/2025: The pizzas were very good; great flavor, good size, pleasant place; nice nautical decor, cozy, easy parking, fast service. The waitress who served us was very, very friendly. However, the bartender, a thin, bald man, was one of the most unfriendly people you could ever meet; he gave us challenging looks and served us reluctantly. I suspect it was because we arrived at 8:45 pm, and, get this, Google Maps says the restaurant is open Saturdays from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm... and the sign on the door says pizzas are available for takeaway from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, even though we ate from the set menu there... and it's not the first time, as we've been to this establishment several times. It's a shame because it spoiled the evening. I repeat, the pizzas are delicious.
