15/02/2026: Fantastic experience at Moulin de Poustagnac! The Valentine's Day menu was delicious, refined, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with attentive servers from beginning to end. A huge thank you also to the owner for her warm welcome and kindness. We had a truly memorable evening and will definitely be back.

17/01/2026: Serving a critically endangered species (elvers) on the menu is truly shocking. I don't understand how a restaurant like this can still offer this type of product. It's all the more regrettable because the food itself is quite good. However, I won't be returning and I won't recommend this establishment.

03/03/2026: Hello, We stayed with you this weekend, but unfortunately we didn't get the room with a balcony we requested. A major drawback was the restaurant being full with people who weren't even staying at the hotel. Otherwise, it was a great hotel.

03/03/2026: The food is terrible, though the sleep is awful. It's unbelievable that in 2026 they're still offering such mediocre quality products for a €16 breakfast. The sourcing policy goes against common sense and environmental and public health realities. It's a real shame because overall it's a lovely establishment run by very friendly and welcoming staff.

09/01/2026: Don't be fooled by the fact that it's not very busy: this restaurant is clearly underrated. The dishes are excellent, generous, and served in very large portions. All this for a more than reasonable price, which is becoming rare these days. A very pleasant surprise that I recommend without hesitation.

17/12/2025: We came for a business lunch and had a wonderful meal! The food was home-style but very refined, with quality ingredients and generous portions. To top it all off, the staff were exceptionally kind! The team went out of their way to offer us a complete menu that fit our budget. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the background music was well-chosen. Highly recommended!

31/01/2026: Today's menu this Friday. Monkfish, bland sauce, one piece had a strange taste, chuck roast with an overly salty sauce. Vegetables of the day: salsify, 1 Brussels sprout, broccoli, (1 potato, well, I didn't have one...) Out of the 4 people, 3 have gastroenteritis. Doubts about the freshness of the food.

03/01/2026: Do as I did: come and discover this warm and unpretentious roadside restaurant. It's so good you'll want to come back! I gave it 5 stars because they truly deserve it! The quality of the varied meals, the efficient and friendly service, and the great atmosphere are all outstanding! I'm so happy with it that I keep going back and I recommend it to everyone! They are hard workers who give their all, so we should encourage them, motivate them, and keep coming back for everyone's enjoyment! Thank you again to them, and see you very soon! 19/02/2026: Classic bistro dishes reimagined, delicious, generous portions. Friendly, helpful service and generally a very pleasant atmosphere. It was a bit noisy but we put that down to bad luck. Overall an excellent experience.

A warm and friendly welcome, quick and attentive service, but above all, delicious food! There's something for everyone: Italian or Savoyard. Fresh, homemade, and expertly prepared dishes. A great place to remember in Valloire. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the whole team for this lovely memory at the end of our vacation before heading home.
