26/02/2026: Popped by this funky bar in Saint German des Pres, Paris. What fun! They make their own beer, which rocks, but they are also spreading their wings and making artisanal cocktails. Thanks to Celia and Yousef the great cosmopolitan cocktail and what a good playlist they have going here. A great place to chill out.

13/03/2026: A unique and worthwhile place. If you like bread dough, Le Fouet is perfect. Except for the very good mogette beans. The rest... no comment! Sorry, but the rest is just cafeteria food!

16/12/2025: A peaceful farmhouse, terrace overlooking the Bugarach mountain. The farmyard animals frolic in the grass, putting on a show. The set menu is €29, and we choose from several courses. A buffet of well-prepared charcuterie and crudités. House dish (boles de picoulat). Dessert (profiteroles). Aperitif with Maury wine, followed by a meal with white wine. Three hours of dining and relaxation. It's a bit warm on the terrace; the curtains aren't up yet for the season. The chef makes a special effort with the presentation, adding small decorative touches and flavor combinations that are worth noting. You can sense his organization in his desire to serve all the guests in roughly the same order. Main courses for everyone, then desserts for everyone. There are only two of them, so they need to be methodical. The furniture and layout could use a touch of modernization (budget constraints, of course), but it's lush and full of flowers. We had a wonderful time during our two-wheeled tour of Bugarach and Rennes-le-Château. Limiting seating to around 20 people to prioritize quality over quantity, reservations are recommended. For groups, the farm indicated they can accommodate larger groups with prior booking, similar to classic car club outings. Parking is available on the property. I will definitely return. Thank you to this young couple.

12/11/2025: Excellent. We had lunch as a group and thoroughly enjoyed it. The €29 set menu is truly delicious and generous. The starter buffet, cassoulet, and profiteroles were all very plentiful and flavorful. I highly recommend it. The dining room is lovely, and the terrace is also very pleasant. They don't accept cards.

07/11/2025: Dinner this evening in early November. Honestly, it was a treat! The Breton galettes and crêpes were delicious! The staff were incredibly welcoming and the price is unbeatable. I highly recommend it!
