01/07/2025: We received a very warm welcome, and the place is very pleasant despite the summer heat. The food is excellent, and the wine cellar is well stocked!

19/06/2025: An excellent establishment located at the entrance to the village with a beautiful terrace. Mainly frequented by regulars (so a good place to go), the staff is very professional and particularly friendly. A very fine and extremely varied wine cellar where you're sure to find something you like. Drink on site (corkage fee) or take away. Delicious charcuterie and cheese platters are available, to be enjoyed without moderation.

16/12/2024: Nice restaurant, attentive service, local cuisine, hearty plate, we appreciated the availability in fact being served at 2 p.m. is absolutely not common these days, thank you.

03/12/2024: It was a real pleasure to warm up in this friendly restaurant on a beautiful autumn day while enjoying a Bay stew with lovely spicy flavors and a chtiramisu (dessert revisited with excellence with notes of speculoos, pear, chocolate and hazelnut). Yum ;-)

30/08/2024: Very warm welcome in this hostel in which we took a break between Cholet and Lyon. Starter, cheese dish and dessert for €16, all served in sufficient quantity. Pleasant terrace.

23/01/2025: A big congratulations to the new cook, the dishes were delicious! Great welcome, and special mention to the super friendly bartender who prepared me a unique Disney-inspired cocktail (mango, pineapple and vanilla). A great experience! 😉

11/12/2024: Good value for money, warm welcome, quality products. Small downside, on this winter day, the temperature in the back room was a bit tight for eating in comfortable conditions.

09/09/2024: Concernant l'hôtel il n'y a rien à redire. C'est vraiment top. En revanche la restauration n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Le service est très lent et complètement désorganisé. Arrivés les 1ers j'ai dû demander que l'on veuille bien prendre notre commande, celles des autres arrivés après nous ayant été prises. J'ai dû également demander la carte des vins. Les verres ont été déposés sur la table n'importe où et on ne nous a pas fait goûter le vin. Les verres apéritif ont été enlevés pendant que nous mangions le plat. Concernant le menu seul le foie gras était bon. Même garniture quelque soit le plat choisi. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Dommage car le site est absolument magnifique. Marc Franche

17/06/2025: Very good restaurant. Everything was very good. Frankly disappointing to arrive at 8:15 p.m. and be sent out at 9:30 p.m.. barely finished dessert when they had packed up the outside tables and everything that goes with it.. don't set foot there. .not great

28/11/2024: I recommend this restaurant which, despite the fact that it is not marked on the menu, agrees, with a smile, to adapt a hot vegetarian dish. I recommend that the restaurant add it as a note at the bottom of the menu :) “vegetarian plate of vegetables and starchy foods of the day”. I advise vegetarians to take main course + dessert because the starter buffet is quite “meaty” but vegetable soup is offered. Pleasant service. Draft beer available

04/11/2024: The Bois Joli restaurant is located on the roadside and has ample parking. If the exterior doesn't look like much, you will be surprised by the classy atmosphere of the interior room. We nevertheless dined on the outdoor terrace which is very pleasant during the summer. We opted for the starter/main course/dessert formula at €59. The dishes are very good and the cooking well executed. The service is quality. I opted for the truffle ravioli, a house specialty and I was not disappointed, it was excellent!
