10/05/2026: We gladly returned to this superb restaurant where the cuisine is at its peak. Perfect cooking, succulent dishes, a wine selection as judicious as the advice given—in short, a rare example of absolute perfection. Bravo! 👏🏼

08/05/2026: A beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful location in the south of France, surrounded by nature and offering complete peace and serenity. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more special. It definitely leaves a lasting impression.

23/08/2026: The menu with champagne was simply fantastic. We found it by chance; it's not pretentious, but the food and hospitality are excellent. If you're near Reims, definitely include it in your plans. We'll be back on our next trip to Brittany.

26/06/2026: We went for lunch. We had a very good meal; the food was of very high quality, with fresh ingredients, at reasonable prices for both the food and the wine list. The service was very welcoming. I highly recommend it.

03/04/2026: A perfect stay at Les Servages d’Armelle. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. The room was superb, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The restaurant is excellent, featuring high-quality local produce and truly delicious cuisine. And what a pleasure to enjoy a genuine ski-in/ski-out location! We highly recommend it.

10/01/2026: The restaurant has been sold, what a shame! It was a real gem in the area, offering excellent value for money and a warm welcome! We'll miss Armelle and Julien! The bar was set high :) Let's hope whoever takes over will live up to it.

25/01/2026: We ate at Le Sauloch for the first time this past Saturday evening and we'll definitely be back! We were served quickly by two very friendly waiters, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented! The setting is lovely, all wood with a large fireplace in the center, and the decor is very tasteful! There's an outdoor terrace where it must be lovely to eat in the summer. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

31/08/2026: We held our wedding reception at Jardin de l’Aber. We were immediately captivated by the venue, the view, and the atmosphere. In addition, Laura was very helpful and offered excellent advice. If we were to do it again, we wouldn't change a thing! The cocktail area is spacious and inviting, the reception room is full of charm with its exposed stone walls and starry sky, and the kitchen is practical and spacious. The best part is the sleeping area, allowing guests to stay overnight! Thank you, Laura, for everything you did! Marine & Yann

The asparagus, like everything else at Restaurant à l'Aigle, is perfect; it's pure quality. What can you say? The Aigle's superior quality comes from experience... over several generations... from Colbert-style management... from a top-notch leadership team and waiters and waitresses of immense efficiency, professionalism, and kindness... In short, when you're at Restaurant à l'Aigle, you're at the pinnacle of quality. I even propose creating a fourth Michelin star for this exceptional restaurant... I mean it... Restaurant Aigle, I adore you, we adore you, everyone adores you... You are the absolute benchmark. Bravo and thank you, thank you for all these hours spent in your company; it's pure bliss... 01/07/2026: Meals during the holidays in the Queyras Restaurant with local specialties and drinks, very nice dining room, excellent service from young Gabin, who also knows the products he serves and the local environment perfectly.

19/06/2026: We are a botany association. We stayed at La Baita du Loup for four days for a workshop. There were 15 of us. We will cherish very fond memories of our stay.
