21/02/2026: A very warm welcome from the owner, a generous aperitif, quick service, and very good, tasty dishes for the price. Don't hesitate to stop by this restaurant; you won't be disappointed. It has a large indoor dining room and a pleasant little terrace, slightly removed from other establishments and therefore very peaceful. If we return to Lagrasse, we will definitely eat here again. Sincerely.

18/03/2026: Found it by chance a month ago. The very kind manager found us a table for two even though it was sold out. We were able to eat some delicious crepes (they're quite large, but I overdid it). I highly recommend it if you're in the area. (Better to book.)

06/03/2026: Following my previous review, I would like to provide an update. The manager of the establishment took the time to contact me personally to apologize for our negative experience. She very kindly offered to let us return so we wouldn't be left with such a bad impression. We accepted and went back. This time, we received a very warm welcome and the service was impeccable. This allowed us to realize that our first visit, during the first warm days and when the managers were absent, did not reflect the true nature of the establishment. The servers had clearly meant well by welcoming a large number of customers, but the organization had been overwhelmed. On our second visit, we arrived earlier in the service, ordered a drink and a main course, and the meal was indeed offered to us on the house as promised. We ate very well and had a very pleasant time. We sincerely thank the manager for this gesture of goodwill and for her professionalism. This kind of attention is unfortunately becoming quite rare these days and deserves to be highlighted. Thank you for taking the time to listen to us and for wanting to improve your customers' experience. We didn't leave on a bad note and we will gladly return. ------------------- It's difficult to judge our experience because there wasn't one! We had a reservation at 1:15 pm on Sunday, February 22nd. The first hint of winter sunshine, the streets were packed and the terraces were full! We arrived at the restaurant, no one came to greet us. I had to tell two different people that we had a reservation for two before we were seated. It was very busy, and I understood and guessed that we would be late eating, but that didn't matter, it was Sunday, we weren't in a hurry. We were immediately given the menu, cutlery, and a glass of water. After 45 long minutes, no one had come to see us, not even to offer us a drink or take our order. I was understanding up to that point, but I became annoyed when my husband noticed that people had just been seated by the canal, their aperitifs were being served, and their orders were being taken! We decided to leave the restaurant around 2:30 pm, hungry! We told a waiter (many of them were just wasting time) that we were vacating the table because no one had attended to us after an hour and fifteen minutes. He simply nodded and left! That was our experience, what a shame...

08/11/2025: I'd been wanting to stop at this ideally located restaurant in the Bauges mountains for a long time, and I'm so glad I did this Friday evening when I invited my best friend to share a delicious meal! We received a warm and friendly welcome throughout our meal. They paid particular attention to our comfort, making sure everything went smoothly. The waiter was perfect, and the chef excels in her home-style cooking, creating flavorful and beautifully presented dishes. The cuisine is generous, hearty, and rooted in local traditions. We enjoyed an exquisite hazelnut foie gras, a generous charcuterie platter, delicately seasoned duck in filo pastry, and a venison stew that was simply divine! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and we promise to be back. A place to remember.

24/02/2026: The atmosphere and food were very good, but the practice was dishonest, with inflated bills. A €12.90 menu turned into €23. After checking, we found no error on our part, but it was clearly a lie on theirs.

24/02/2026: Exceptional cuisine crafted by a Mexican-born chef who blends exceptional ingredients, and we were truly convinced by the Michelin star awarded to owner Jacky Ribault, also the proprietor of L'Ours (Vincennes) and Les Mérovingiens (Noisy-le-Grand). Go there immediately; you won't be disappointed and you'll have a magical evening. We were truly blown away by the chef's talent and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. A MUST-TRY! If anyone thinks the portions aren't generous enough, they should go eat at Buffalo Grill! This is top-notch gastronomy with multi-course meals.

02/12/2025: How sad to learn of the closure of Bistrot du Parc... The food was perfect, everything you could ask for in a bistro. You could go there without hesitation, for lunch or a drink, and you were always greeted with a smile. It felt like home... This is the first time I've felt so sad about the closure of an establishment. We'll miss the whole team. And especially Cédric, with his humor and kindness. Best of luck to the whole team. And good luck to Bistrot de Loulou, which is taking its place, to try and maintain the same high standards...

10/11/2025: Great Restaurant in Houat with a FABULOUS view We loved this place, the weather was great and we eat crepes and the service was GREAT the staff super nice. Highly recommended. Obviously the view was also amazing!
